Moz Messenger issue
-
When clicking on messenger (bottom right hand corner) I am getting an error. Is it only my account or is anyone else experiencing this today?
-
I'm not getting a response on email now either. "Hello, is there anyone there?"
-
I am still having the same issue as well. Definitely shoot them over an email and see what happens. I will do the same. Hopefully they are already looking into it for us. I will keep you posted if they get back to me on it.

I've checked today and I'm still experiencing the same problem. Is anyone else getting the message below?
"something's wrong...we're unable to load the messenger"

Thank for for jumping in Kristina!
I am still not seeing the conversation bubble using the latest Chrome browser (version 59.0.3071.109)
I had a similar issue a few years back using Firefox and was able to resolve it by disabling my browser add-ons one by one until the feature worked again. Do you think I should try disabling my chrome extensions to see if that fixes it? Funny I only made the switch from Firefox to Chrome because of how buggy the Moz toolbar was (in FF). Look at me now lol
Any help is much appreciated!

Hi Kristina
I'm still experiencing this problem.
"something's wrong...we're unable to load the messenger"
I'll email the help team.
Thanks

Hi there! Kristina from Moz's Help Team here.
I'm sorry for the delayed response. We were having issues with our conversation bubble in the tool but that has since been fixed. Can you confirm if you're still not seeing it?
You can always write to our team via help@moz.com in the future if you're noticing something similar.
Thank you and sorry about the inconvenience.

Hmmm... now that you mention it, I am using Chrome and have not seen the messenger feature down there over the past few days. I wonder if there is an issue with it or if it is an isolated issue in Chrome.
Moz? Any ideas or feedback on this?

Latest Moz reports (pro) not including competitive link analysis
Hi Pls advise when these have been regenerated once fixed or will they just be emailed out automatically ? My clients all after their New Year monthly & quarterly reports hence this info is needed urgently, pls advise ? Also when will reports start showing social data in the reports and also when will the data that currently shows on the dash start to be accurate ? (or are you leaving this 'as is' on pro since your migrating to Moz analytics ?) Many Thanks Dan

I'm tired of logging in to MOZ
I like this site, I really do, which is why I visit multiple times a day. But I grow weary of these premium sites that require me to log in multiple times a day. This morning I was simultaneously working at ordercup.com, strengthcoach.com, and moz.com, and all three log me out at every turn. Argh!!! What's worse is that some MOZ pages think I'm logged in and others don't. I don't fully understand the logic behind the curtain, so I wander from page to page trying to get the login in sync. Why can't these sites work like lynda.com where I can stay logged in for days and weeks? To top it off, LastPass rolled out a new release that broke auto-login. All this logging in is getting in the way of me getting anything done.

How do I access my Full SERP Analysis Report in the new Moz?
Another possibly dumb question... I ran a full SERP analysis report and had it emailed to me, but in the email there's no link to the report. I logged back into Moz, but I can't find the report anywhere. Thanks! BiDFIvG

How to force MOZ crawlers to search in the right area for local SEO
We do local SEO over here and so our keywords are always followed by a city name, like so: "auto repair+Springfield". If there's ever any confusion within SERPS which "Springfield" the searcher is looking for we can depend on Google to pull query location to assume it's the nearest to them (it does, and is usually correct). And furthermore, if the office ever needs to check for rankings by hand (we're not in Springfield), we just set the query location to "Springfield" and our results match their. However, MOZ doesn't set a query location. Which makes sense, I suppose, because their crawlers are up in the Bay. What I'm saying is that oftentimes there's a discrepancy between how MOZ tells me they rank, and how I see them ranking, the business owner sees them ranking, and how the customer finds them ranking. As such, we can't send them reports through MOZ 😞 Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution? Should the keyword be followed by a zip code instead of a city name? This seems like it would solve the location query problem but it may not provide the same results as service+city name.

Is anyone else seeing that their keyword rankings are pending even though they've been in the campaign for quite some time? Is this a known issue?
