Any advice on the following greatly appreciated:
1. How to get multiple subdomain data into 1 Google Analytics profile?
2. Can we get multiple subdomain data into Google Webmaster Tools (and if so how?) or do we need to set GWT up per subdomain?

I think that you want to track subdomains of the same domain, is'n it? Then you have to put:
```
_gaq.push(['_setDomainName',  '.example.com']);
```
into the analytics code (http://code.google.com/intl/en-EN/apis/analytics/docs/tracking/gaTrackingSite.html)

GWT: Yes, you only have to validate the property of the diferent subdomains, but you'll have the data for each one.

Help with GA Filters - IP Addresses

I'm having a hard time filtering out both of the IP addresses at our office. One is easy with regular expressions, but the other one does not seem to be working. Here are the two IP addresses: 2606:a000:4e2b:d500:61d9:9d4e:c539:ea86

Canonical Tags & GWT Parameters

A site I'm working on has canonical tags which I find to be accurate, regardless of tracking parameters or anything else added to the url. The tag looks like: And we have alot of parameters in Google Search Console that look like Parameter Crawl page Let Googlebot Decide destination Let Googlebot Decide filters Let Googlebot Decide Since all of our parameters follow a question mark, like http://www.examplesite.com/questions/avocados?source=ad12345 and all of our pages have canonical tags showing the representative url without the additional parameters, why wouldn't we just have the one parameter in GWT as Parameter Crawl ? Representative URL I ask because I find that Google analytics shows pages with parameters as landing pages in search, which has me concerned about Google seeing it as duplicate content. Thanks! Analytics - Video Tracking

Hello, As i've ended up confusing myself, I thought I would ask the moz community whether i'm on the correct track! I'm wanting full GA tracking on individual videos from our destination URL. In short I need the name of each video to have specific tracking. Example;
Video 1 (Apples)
Video 2 (Oranges)
Video 3 (Pears) We need to be able to see the amount of plays per session, per video. As well as any extras if possible, such as;
Watched 25%, watched 50%, watched 75%, video complete, video paused. If the following script is used; https://github.com/sanderheilbron/vimeo.ga.js As well as using the Google URL builder (https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1033867?hl=en-GB) , what would be the best way to set each video to see the statistics within Google Analytics, so I can see how many plays the 'Apples' video has had. I think it is the ordering of the 'event, campaign, label etc' which has confused me. Many Thanks for any replies in advance, I appreciate it.

Goal tracking in Google Analytics

Hi folks I read from various sources that if you setup goals in Google Analytics each of these goals can only be fulfilled once per visit. Also some sources suggesting that only one goal from each goal group can be fulfilled per visit. On our site we have a goal for external links since this provides value to partners. Some users do open an external link in a new tab, then come back to the main site. Any further goal completions would then not get tracked. Since we apply a result based payment model for our work this means we are literally loosing money. Anyone has official info from Google on this? Can it be configured? How long is a visit? 'Search Queries Report' in Webmaster Tools Question

Hi, How much do you use the search queries report in webmaster tools to research current rankings/movements? It does look like a great tool but the data doesn't seem to be spot on. For example a keyword over a week might have flux in position so lets say 6.0 then 9.2 for 3 days then back to 6.0. But I check the serp's for this keyword everyday and didn't see any movement?!?! Is this a good tool for you?

Wordpress + Google Analytics = Pulling My Hair Out

Hey Mozzers, Quick question for you- I have analytics set-up for a personal site I run and I know, verifiably it's receiving traffic, however, whenever I access my Google Analytics dashboard, it says I've had zero visits. Interestingly, today I had a colleague check the site from a foreign country and I could see the page views (within 15 minutes), however, I could not get any information about the site viewer. I have verified that the Analytics profile is 'receiving data' (which it is) and my Google Webmaster Tools is not reporting any issues? Finally, I went ahead and updated my profile so that it is pulling from 'www.mydomain.com' instead of 'mydomain.com', I don't know if that'll make any difference, but likewise, I didn't want to go and create the 'little kid in the elevator' analogy, where I'm just pressing a bunch of buttons just because they're there. So the only changes I've made thus far were deactivating Yoast's SEO plug-in and manually placing the GA code in the header and updating the 'Website's URL' in the profile settings tab of GA from 'mydomain.com' to 'www.mydomain.com'. With that, I am stumped and praying another one of the esteemed Mozzers out there may be able to help me resolve this. Any thoughts?

Is there a tool to automatically gather website SEO data?

I am looking for a tool that will crawl a website and create a spreadsheet listing out all key data such as title, meta description, etc. Anyone know of an available tool to do that?
