Ranking for "dermatology jobs" (<cite>www.dermbuzz.com )</cite> on google.in (INDIA) is on first page whereas on google.com (USA) its on 6th page

There is nothing out of the ordinary here at all. Google India, Google UK, Google France, etc. are all separate instances of the search engine. They can use different algorithms, different languages, comply with different laws, etc.
Google.com is the largest and most competitive version of the search engine. It also uses the latest algorithm updates. It is quite common for a site to be listed on the first page of a given country's index yet not in the top 50 of google.com. An analogy would be if you had a pizza restaurant in Los Angeles. You might get voted the #1 pizza restaurant in LA, but when you ask what the best pizza restaurants are in the entire US, the location may not even make the top 50.

I'm a new moz user who handles the online marketing for www.griefrecoverymethod.com. We provide grief support groups and 1-1 work as well as professional training for caregivers. We are on some websites as a grief resource, but not as many as I think we can be on. We have never attempted to reach out on a large scale to get added to sites. Is this type of link building worth a large campaign for us? Or has the ship sailed on link building with resource pages. I'm fairly new to all of this so any guidance at all would be appreciated. Bloggers "no_follow"
Hi Guy's, We have been sending bloggers products to review and in return we ask for a link back to our website to the relevant product. As I now understand it, Google is no longer giving this any weight & bloggers are being advised to use the "no follow" tag. So have I understood the new rules correctly? If so is it worth us continuing to send bloggers products to review? Thanks Daniel

Will building up the page rank of a page you have a inbound link bring any benefit?
Right then here we go You have a link in an article on a well known national newspaper site that points at your website. Is there any benefit of linking to the newspaper article in order to build up the PR of the article page and therefore passing over some link "juice"? Sub questions 1. Would it be more beneficial simply to gain links to your main website? 2. What are the chances of the article going into the archives and then at some stage being deleted? 3. If the article link points to a domain, which then forwards to a another domain will this pass on any "juice"? 4. If the article points to a domain that then 301's to another domain will this pass on any "juice"? 5. Does Google simply register the link and "juice" on the first pass or will it revisit and upgrade the "juice"? 6. What are the negatives? 7. What are the positives?
