Why Should I stay with SEOMOZ ?

Why Should I stay with SEOMOZ and pay a minimum of 100+ a month when you can get the same tools with no montly fees in other sites?
-
Do those other free tools allow you to save campaigns, have automatic weekly custom PDF reports sent to your email, and pull social data all in one place? Probably not, that right there is worth more than $99 to me
-
Hi Carlos,
I tend to pay close attention to where my money goes. When I first began visiting and using this resource I came to ask myself this same question. I thought to myself, as you do, I can get this stuff from other places. I did spend a little time in this deliberation and found that it can be done, but I did not find it to be easy and most importantly nearly as good a quality. I like getting this type and volume of content in one place. Its easy to use and there seems to be new tools and information constantly coming available. Honestly, the cost of this service never crosses my mind.
-
If you are doing client work then the pricing structure is barely an expense. 5 reasonable clients should make $99 insignificant - if not you need to increase your rates.
-
When I first signed up for pro, I wasn't able to take advantage as I got pretty busy.
This time around, I devoted some time to setting up my campaign.
In the six weeks I've been back, I've corrected multiple errors on my site as a result of the weekly crawl.
And I've seen my rankings rise even with the tumultuous times the SERPs are undergoing.I was actually just coming on the forum to find a place to share this as I have seen real results from my efforts, the weekly crawls, the reports which I can translate into direct changes on my site, this forum, the blogs, etc

Ok, so lets drill down a bit - of course there is information 'out there' - some will be accurate and some will be hype.
Then it becomes a question of looking at the source, how do they come to their conclusions, how much do they test, what is their information based on, who are the people behind the information, what are their ethics and belief systems, what drives them. Is there accountability and transparency ... ? that type of thing
I have been on the internet for a long time, and always learning, but I like to believe that one thing I have sussed is who to follow and where to go for good information.
I use this website for myself, and for my clients ....... and wish I had more time to spend on it.
Why not give it a go for a few months, and make sure you use it, and then decide
Hope it works for you, as it does for me and that this perspecitve helps

Dont get me wrong , I love SEOMOZ , a lot of good Info and resources here , my only dilema is Why pay extra if you could get the same service cheaper.. I dont find 100 dollars a month expensive , not even 400 , 600 , etc . Whoever is in this business and cant pay 500 dollars a month for tools and resources clearly is not doing enough money from this ( so do another thing for a living). I just want to see what you guys think..

Here is a similar question...

I think that the private question that can be asked each month is one of the most valuable services offered. You have access to a diversity of smart experts who will give you very valuable advice - easily worth $100 each time. And, done in private.
-
Well all the information you see on the dashboard and on campaigns are from tools , the other things I see is this forum and the learning tab which is excellent information but is information you can find for free if you know where to look. So I want you guys to tell me what exactly im missing by no joining SEOMOZ.....

As the Oracle said, look at the tools
Take advantage of the SEOmoz community
Get answers to specific questions by the experts
Learn from the experts who have tried and tested their hunches. (There is a lot of rubbish / noise out there from so called "experts")
Join the events - both on and off line
They are really really nice people (and fun - I know, I have met them)
The statistics they run on sites are extremely useful and save you hours of head scratching (You could even sell a report or two to pay for your monthly fee)
Time is money ...... this site will save you time, and make you money
All the very best in your quest ............

Help regarding Backlinks DA
Hey I'm doing web optimization of my site Best Blender under $100 My inquiry is with respect to Backlinks. There are 2 things which can be seen in MOZ announcing 1. DA(Domain Authority) 2.Spam Score Presently how might I choose from which site would it be advisable for me to get Backlinks? From higher DA and Low Spam Score or Higher DA and High Spam Score? Does Spam Score will affect my Rankings or not? Also, my last inquiry is what number of Backlinks would it be advisable for me to make on everyday schedule? Respects,

Confused About Potential Spammy Inbound Link
I unsure how my page got backlinked on this "passive DNS" website: http://pdns.daloo.de/search.php?alike=0&q=66.96.162.137 This looks to be my only inbound link, so I am worried this is negatively affecting my site ranking. Is this 56% spam score link negatively affecting my website? If so, any suggestions? Any feedback or insight would be greatly appreciated as I am very ignorant to what this person's webpage is about and why my page was linked.. Sincerely, Hayden My website: https://cashflo.org/

Community Discussion: The hardest (& most surprisingly valuable) thing you've gone through for your SEO career?
In the comment discussion for Thursday's blog post, An Essential Training Task List for Junior SEOs, there's been mild debate around some of the items, such as having a Junior SEO build a website by hand. It's a fantastic comment discussion (the kind that makes a blog manager's heart sing), and it's got me thinking. We've all gone through the wringer when it comes to boosting our careers. Heck, I was a poetry major and found myself learning SQL last week. What hurdles have you jumped that have been painful and challenging, but have taken your career to the finish line? Maybe even gotten you the gold?* What would you recommend to newbies just starting out (or warn them about)? *Yeah, I got Olympic about it. I went there. 🙂

Does anyone know how I can find out at what stage google.es is at? and what the last update was? and whether there is an equilalent community like Moz for Spain? I am fluent spanish so the language won't be a problem.. Thanks in advance for all your help

Penguin 2.0 Update - Just Hit - Google Messes up again, can anyone on SEOMOZ please tell me why or how some of these websites are ranking?
I am getting a bit tired now writing all of this so please excuse grammar and spelling mistakes, I wanted to post this up quickly tonight so I could possibly get some feedback by morning. So I feel I figured out some of the new update that just hit and I am sure the update will continue to keep coming and rankings will most likely change for a while, but I do have a few questions in the mean time if they stay. Please look below, why would some of those sites be ranking? Some sites utilize no onpage SEO, some no backlinks, one of the sites is a single page site and every page is a broken link even the contact us page and it's rank 1..... I am not 100% sure that Google got this one right. I see many instances below where other sites are much higher quality and have more authority. It's as if Google took terrible sites and said here is a site for you, now deal with it and I hope it works out at the top. I do see several sites that belong on the first page, but I see others that are very questionable. This is how the following is written below. Before the url is the anchor text density % for the site. This indicates the percentage of the amount of times the anchor text was backlined versus other anchor texts they used. Issues with the sites. Most of these sites don't utilize onpage SEO and it's clearly not a factor for onpage density purposes, there is a site with 37% keyword density on it. Some sites even have broken links. Please note: I already know that there is a lot of data that is analyzed to determine rankings more than this, but PA/DA is suppose to be a major factor according to everyone that believes in SEOMOZ.org. So I am taking in account for many of those factors being calculated due to this. These are just some random keywords I picked, because I know you need to analyze other SEO firms after and update to figure out what lasted and what didn't. All of my sites lasted due to ethical tactics, but I had some rankings move down and others go up, very odd. The onpage SEO is sloppy and the writing looks forced. Why is this even ranking? The site also looks low quality. The density is higher than SEOMOZ even and it has less words. How do I keep my question coming up to the top (first page) of SEOMoz?
I'd like to get more replies to my questions. I'm getting a decent amount of views. I'm making an offer and call to action. Do I need to just keep on tweaking the headline question? Or are SEOMoz'ers not necessarily looking for work?

What is your Biggest SEO selling point to prospective clients?
Typically, our SEO questions are around "how to's" and etc. So, to change it up I will ask a business question: What is your biggest selling point when presenting your SEO services to a new client? In a spirit of transparency, I will tell you mine ahead of time. With PPC, TV, Radio, and Print at some point in time that ad comes to an end. When it ends, that is it. There is no residual from that advertisement - or very minimal at best. With SEO, once you are ranked well and well optimized you continue to get clients for a much longer period of time. With clients who TV and print, this rings especially true and is easily provable. I can't wait to hear yours.
