Whoa! Newsletter Subscription Form in Adwords Ad??? How can I do this?
-
I just googled the term "Mobile Lead Gen" and found this ad:
http://cl.ly/260X3f0t1z1j1R1m212d
Sweet! It has the subscription form signup directly within the Google Ad. Looks like Chrome even pre-populated my email address in the form.
Does anyone know how to set this up within Adwords? I've never seen that option before.

Just got off the phone with Adwords Support and they confirmed it is definitely still in beta. If you have an account manager you can request it, but I don't spend enough money with them yet to have one
-
I'm not seeing that extension available for me yet either. Just Location, Call, Sitelinks, Product, Social and App.

Hi Shawn
Even more and up to date info here: http://www.webranking.com/blog/communication-ad-extensions-for-google-adwords#axzz1wTsZPxfK
by "limited" its by query and even advertiser, I know its open in my field of travel, are any of your competitors using it? Either way, hit up your acc. manager? Should be able to let you know and yes, in answer to your question, should be where the screenshot you attached is.

This is all I'm seeing in my Adwords right now: http://cl.ly/2e46010c150T3Z1d0L1S
Are you saying there should be an option called "communication" there if it included for me?
-
Hi Shawn
Yep its a communication ad extension - it wasn't open to all advertisers at first. You need to check in your account to see if you can add this extention in camp/adword settings if you dont see it then contact adwords support, it was trialing, but might now be live for one and all... anyone know?
Theres loads of diff. communication extensions - see here for a full list

Search Volume, Organic Rankings and Adwords
Hi, I hope you can help. And if this has been answered before, I apologise. Just spent two hours searching but couldnt find much at all. So I have this website, and it ranks in the top 10 for around 150 keywords. Its fairly niche market for targeting the UK market, but subject is for a local area, its got a good optimised site, no link issues, works well, good UI etc. Problem I have is this. It used to get a fair amount of organic traffic a few years ago to generate around 30 leads a day, and back then that was from just one keyword. Today, we may get one a lead a day from organic even though we rank for a lot more keywords and our exposure all round is good. However, we also pay for adwords to make up for the lost leads, the same keywords we are ranking for organically! So we bid on adwords and get our 30 leads with the same keywords and monthly search volume as we have organically, yet we dont get any leads for those keywords organically. So Adwords produces leads, organic doesn't, but they are the same keywords and rank next to each other. How does that work? So my question is, why do our organic keywords that rank just under the adwords that we bid for, with the same monthly searches, only give us 1 lead a day (when they used to give us 30) and adwords now give us 30 leads a day? Thanks James

AdWords Device-Level Bid Adjustments for Tablet not working for me
Yesterday Wordstream announced that AdWords rolled out device-level bid adjustments for tablet for everyone, but when I go into my campaign settings, it's the way it's always been, with no ability to adjust for tablet. I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this, or is there perhaps some kind of setting I have to turn on? http://www.wordstream.com/blog/ws/2016/07/26/device-level-bid-adjustments I am so excited about this change, seeing as our cost-per-conversion on tablets is always twice what it is on desktop, and not having control over it was maddening.

AdWords training resources
Hi guys, Aside from Google certification, can anyone suggest a good training program for Adwords? I'm studying their materials, but more formal training, where I can be tested in my knowledge and improve in certain areas as necessary. I want something with videos with demonstrations. Going from organic SEO to SEM and am frightened! Thanks,

2 websites, similar content, adwords placement
Hi - I have 2 sites in a clients adwords account which are based on the same subject, with unique content on the same subject. We're using 2 unique ads, each using the same keywords, 1 bidding fractionally lower than the other, and are trying to do is get them appearing 1 & 2, but at the moment I I can't even get them to appear on the same page. Are we competing against ourselves or is Google seeing the content as too similar to show both?

Variations of keywords in Google Adwords
Hello. Is it worth running ads for both of the following keywords in Google Adwords (phrase match for both)? 1. "keyword one" 2. "keyword one nyc" If I don't run the second keyword, my ad will still be triggered by a search for "keyword one nyc." So is there a benefit to running both? By the way, the Google Adwords campaign is limited in geography to the NYC metropolitan area. Thank you!

Cost of Retargeting (Remarketing) Ad Clicks
If you run an Adwords banner campaign with retargeting, how is the cost per click determined? My hunch is that it would be different than text ads in search result pages.

A question for Google Adwords experts
Hi Google Adwords experts, We own the trademarks to some keywords. When you search for these keywords, only our ads will ever appear but they don't appear every time a search is made. They're hardly ever appearing now that we've dropped our bid from $1+ to the minimum first page bid (1 cent in some cases). My question is; are the ads showing less because our bid has dropped so low? If so, why is this? If we own the trademark to the keyword and no one else can display ads, any bid that we submit should be accepted by Google, shouldn't it? If you can include a link to any articles that will give me more info, i'll vote for your answer. Thanks!
