How do you search blogs by targeted demo or language?

I need to make a list of blogs popular with 2 0something men who are bi-lingual (spanish/english)
Any suggestions?
Tried to use Open Site Explorer (it wasn't working)

In terms of finding blogs, I really recommend Google Blog search and Technorati amongst other means.
Then for identifying the demographics that are reading those blogs, try Google's Double Click Ad Planner. Also, if you want to check how many people in a certain demographic might like certain things, Facebook's ad creator.
It's also worth approaching the blogs directly to ask if they have any info about their target demographics.

Is it a good idea to create a blog that offers quality content but also passes PageRank to sponsors
I am a part of a business networking group that has lots of members who services home owners (a/c repair, plumber, home inspector, etc.). I am thinking of starting a blog to help home owners be better informed how to care for their homes. I would like to ask for sponsorship from the people in my group. I would also like to invite them to post on the blog as a way to improve their SEO. Would posting on this kind of blog hurt, help or not affect their SEO? High Quality Guest Blog Swapping
I have tried checking out a few of the big guest blogging sites out there but every time I create a killer article the site that offers to publish it is normally some suspiciously spammy side with a low Moz score. Does anyone know any sites where guest bloggers can link up to swap high quality blog posts. Maybe one that requires some filtering of poor quality host blogs?

How do you use a blog to help SEO.
Hi, So you launch a blog on your website, fill it with lots of great content and update weekly with more great content. From what I know your looking to gain 2 things! 1. Users linking back to your blog and 2. Sharing the content on social networks. Building up social lists on Twitter, Facebook, Google+ etc so when you do post something new you have a hub of users to help push your post by sharing it on social networks which should also help to generate more backlinks. Is this the main purpose of a blog for SEO? Would anything else apart from the above effect the SEO for the site? Maybe the freshness of content also has a positive impact! Also if your blog is picking up lots of links, for this example lets say 100 links a month and the rest of the site outside of the blog is picking up 10 a month will the blogs power of picking up links effect the rest of the sites rankings, would you need to anchor text link out of the posts in the blog to make the most out of it? Post Penguin Blog Commenting Links
I have heard a few different things, and I am still not quite clear. Regarding blog commenting, what is the preferred way to do it now? Should the text that is hyperlinked just be our main website name written out http://www.example.com? Is anchor text the text that is hyperlinked? And should the link always go to our home page, or should it go to whatever page we are commenting about. Is blog commenting still good to do post penguin?

Guest blogging on a "network" of sites. Good or BAD?
Hi guys! We have the opportunity to guest blog on a network of sites. Basically, this is a syndicated network of sports blogs (around 200) that all link to each other. They own and operate a blog for each major sports franchise. They each average a DA around 60, but almost all of their link equity comes from blogs they own and operate.... My question is this, should we take the opportunity to create editorial content with links back to our site. This would not be paid side or footer links, but real content relevant to their blog and our industry. On a side note; All of these site have a very decent DA and show up well in Google... Thanks for any advice!!!

Best to create a new blog as a subsection or as a new site?
Our company has a blog "feature" or "theme" that we'd like to publish every week at least. Should we create a subsection of our current company blog? Or should we register a new domain specifically for the feature? The latter would allow us to do some linking back to the main website, and would probably be good in terms of future career flexibility / personal branding for whoever writes it. Things to keep in mind? Anyone have any suggestions? Best practices? What should I do?

How to target keywords on a new site?
I have a site I launched a few months back, and the niche isn't all that competitive. After a bit of work the domain is now sitting near the bottom of page 2 on google but it's number 2 in yahoo search. I have been manually building the links but they are all targeted to just one keyword, and mainly have the same link text. Will this look suspicious to google, and should I be spreading my anchor text over different keywords? Or is the reason Im ranking so well in yahoo be because they are just picking up more backlinks? 23 from yahoo but only 9 from google.
