Crawl Test has taken over 5 days and still has yet to complete
-
I am running some crawls on some sites and I have a number still pending. I have one from 7 days ago, a couple from 6 days ago, and 1 from 5 days ago. The confusing thing is that I have run a few others in that same period that have finished already. Do I need to restart the crawls or cancel them and start over?

Hey Thomas,
Unfortunately, the issue is that the crawl tests are actually completing but we aren't able to access the reports at this time. Our engineers are working to fix the issue as soon as possible, but I'm afraid we don't have an ETA for when these reports will become available. I'm really sorry about that!
I have sent the information for your crawl tests to our engineers so they can look into your account specifically and I am going to create a support ticket for the issue so that I can update you once we have a resolution for this issue. You will receive an email when the ticket is created and you should be able to access the ticket through a link in the email.
So sorry for the inconvenience!

I raised the same issue with help@seomoz.org a few days ago and they did mention it was a glitch that they knew about. I started one of my crawls again and that still did not do it, although a random one in between did get completed. I hope this helps.

I've removed all blocks but two from our htaccess. They are for amazonaws.com to block amazon from crawling us. I did a fetch as google in our WM tools on our robots txt with success. SEOMoz crawler here hit's our site and gets a 403. I've looks in our blocked request logs and amazon is the only one in there. What is going on here?

How can I tell what day I added my keywords to the keyword ranking tool?
I can't tell if a keyword is newly ranking or if it just started ranking because I added it to the system. I have added keywords piecemeal over several months and I can't remember which ones I added on which date. Can anyone help me with this?

Why won't scheduled crawl of my site begin?
I currently have a campaign running on SEOMoz for over a month. It has been showing that a crawl was scheduled to start on 12/21. Now it's 12/23 and there has not been a new crawl, and it still says scheduled for 12/21.. Anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it? Thanks

Is The Crawl Diagnostic tool working correctly?
The Crawl Diagnostic tool shows issues and displays a graph but they don't display the page specific results/suggestion like it used to. I get the "Congratulations, there are no pages affected by this issue!" message.

Crawl Rate for Lower Page Authority Websites
Hi,At thumbtack.com we get tons of links from low (or no) page authority websites, and I'm wondering what the crawl rate of those links looks like. I know Google pulls in the web at an astonishing rate, but I'd imagine they aren't re-crawling lower PA very frequently. Are they discovering these links a week after they're posted? A month? More? I spent a while looking around for histograms of actual crawl rates and found surprisingly little. I'd love to see average crawl rate by Domain or Page Authority if that exists anywhere.

Thanks!-MichaelP.S. Here are some random examples of the types of pages with inbound links I'm talking about. "Issue: Duplicate Page Content " in Crawl Diagnostics - but these pages are noindex
Hello guys, our site is nearly perfect - according to SEOmoz campaign overview. But, it shows me 5200 Errors, more then 2500 Pages with Duplicate Content plus more then 2500 Duplicated Page Titles. All these pages are sites to edit profiles. So I set them "noindex, follow" with meta robots. It works pretty good, these pages aren't indexed in the search engines. But why the SEOmoz tools list them as errors? Is there a good reason for it? Or is this just a little bug with the toolset? The URLs which are listet as duplicated are http://www.rimondo.com/horse-edit/?id=1007 (edit the IDs to see more...) http://www.rimondo.com/movie-edit/?id=10653 (edit the IDs to see more...) The crawling picture is still running, so maybe the errors will be gone away in some time...? Kind regards

Does it really take 3-7 days to crawl a site?
This is what you say on your website: Please note: depending on the size and speed of your site, it may take between 3 and 7 days to complete your crawl. Are you guys kidding? This is unacceptable for almost all of my deadlines, and I suspect 99% of the SEO world... you can fly to the moon faster.
