Hi Dana
Thankyou for your quick reply. Before posting that question, I had gone the link and visited service providers which matches inbound marketing but Im sure their rates are quite high.
If you have any specific actionable tactics, that will be helpful.
Thanks

There is a listing of recommended and very well-vetted companies and services located here: http://www.seomoz.org/article/recommended
It's pretty hard to get on this list, so I'm sure anyone who is listed there would do an excellent job. They aren't all Inbound, but I'm sure a few of them would probably be a perfect match. Hope this is helpful!

Do you use interns in your company/agency?
I was reading a CNN article about interns at the White House and how much it costs them financially as the position is unpaid. Recently there was a story re a Bank of America intern who had died after working 72 hours straight - I did not read up on it and have no opinion, but interns are in the news. We use interns regularly and we only use paid interns. The rationale behind it is that we are not looking for free labor, we are looking for bright people who want to learn and contribute and if they are going to contribute, why would we not pay them. Secondarily, whenever I have been in a place where the interns were not paid, they seemed to be in charge of coffee and donuts. (And that's my job.) We want to have them teaching and learning from day one. We place real client issues in their hands and we are very serious about it. The work is always checked by a senior staff member, but I never cease to be amazed by what they can produce when you believe in them. We recently had 6 heading back to college or HS and we put on a crepe party with a local creperie in our offices. It was a huge success. It was funny to see a couple of other marketing firms that know us come out within a day or two with how they are looking to hire interns. As I looked at those and others, I found several large agency types stating they take interns but they are not paid and mainly because of the superior experience, etc. So, if you have interns do you pay them or not and why? I am not looking for anything around right or wrong, I am trying to let you know if you are diligent in hiring them, you will be astounded at what they and you can achieve.

Hi, this is a little off topic but I hope someone can help me. I am looking for a good E Learning provider.
Within our organization we would like to start training our people at our global offices in SEO using E Learning. Just as with SEO, there is so much available, but I don't know who to trust and who not. I was hoping some of you might have some names for me, or experience with certain providers you can recommend. Best regards, Astrid

Wrong Descriptions for Title's on Google SERP?
I put descriptions in for each of my product categories a couple months ago and a few of my category pages rank high. The problem is that most of my category pages have the wrong meta description on the SERP. The descriptions that are shown sometimes have the home page description, which isn't a big deal, but some have descriptions of different products and most have descriptions of sub categories. Below is an example of a subcategory description (specialty feeders) for a main category: Co-matic Power Feeders - Products - Shop Gear Inc www.shopgearinc.com/products/co-matic-power-feeders/Specialty Feeders. Specialty Co-matic feeders are built for use on a variety of machines and for specific operations. Shop Gear supplies a variety of specialty **...****Any Suggestions?**Thanks

Email Marketing Resources?
Hi All, I'm fairly inexperienced when it comes to email marketing and know that it isn't as simple as firing off an email and hoping for the best. Realistically it involves tracking responses, clicks and overall the conversion of what you are trying to achieve. My job involves email marketing on a monthly basis and although I'm capable of sending emails I want to be maximize the results and perfect them. I'm sure that those reading this agree and have looked into perfecting their email marketing campaigns over the years. Can those with experience point me in the right direction with this?. I'm open to all resources both free and paid including videos, blogs and other various resources. If you can recommend a book of some sort that would also be appreciated. Personal experience and advice would also be fantastic. As mentioned, I'm capable of actually sending emails and we use 'dotmailer' as it features analytics. I need to know how I can better my skills and ultimately increase the success of email campaigns. Kind Regards, Luke Hutchinson.

Schema, RDFa or microformats? Which is best for long-term success in a competitive market vertical?
I've read statements compelling one to think about Schema as a "sports car" and RDFa (and microformats) as a diesel truck... both having merit depending on what you want to do. Although Schema was just announced and seems to have broad support - is it compatible with RDFa 1.1 syntax? I've utilized microformats on a few site with great success but embarking on a very large project and feel structured markeup would give an edge over the competition. Would love to have a discussion with folks on this subject. Thanks!
