You used the Video Object in e-commerce? I've heard that the videos rarely show up for e-commerce related terms. Could you give any examples of where you are showing up?

In my experience and from what I have read, aggregateRating andoffers are the ones with the potential to improve your conversion rate and CTR as soon as the rich snippets are live and showing.With aggregateRating you can get the rating stars on the search results.There are many case studies where implementing the ratings rich snippets with Schema.org has increased CTR by up to 30%If you are thinking of using schema code on your site, that's the property I'd start with.

How does a collapsed section affect on page SEO?
A client recently asked me whether a tabbed collapsed section of text that is expanded (i.e. revealed) when clicked, is an OK thing to do without negatively effecting SEO. I told him that for starters, he may want to rethink why he would want to hide the text in the first place (this is not an FAQ type scenario). The reason has to do with the aesthetic of the page. Anyway, aesthetic aside, any thoughts on whether a collapsed (hidden from view) negatively affects on-page SEO? Thanks.

Homepage SEO: Does Text Content Help Traffic?
Hi Mozzers! My employers homepage (www.swarovski.com) is - amongst other problems we're about to fix - very thin (not to say empty!) in text content. If we were to put relevant text on the next version of the page, would that be beneficial in terms of traffic to that page? Thanks and cheers, Chris

E-commerce product and review pages
Hi, Can somebody tell me what is the best solution for optimizing review pages of product for e-commerce site? For now situation is this: When somebody write review for product, url-s automatically generate for review page. Review page has same page title, meta description (which is the product description) as product page and link with anchor (excact product name) point back to orginal product. The problem is that I often see in SERP that actually review pages rank better than original product pages. Regards, Nenad

Hey Guys, Search Engine Roundtable has published a short post about this a few days ago, quoting senior member at WebmasterWorld forums who said: "The way I see it, on-page text today is for the "relevance" part of the total algorithm. The whole algorithm is, in broad strokes, "relevance + connectedness + quality". After you've clearly stated the relevance of the page, then the rest of your ranking power comes from elsewhere. I've added on-page bold tags with no effect. I've added or changed h1 elements with no effect. Not too long ago, those might well have done something, but that's not the game anymore. And moving from a table layout to a CSS-P layout today might get you nowhere, too. How Do You Build Good Quality Content on an E-Commerce Site with over 1500 products?
I've been told for a while now that quality is king, and as far as the top level down goes, I have improved the quality of these pages incredibly, working from the landing page down to the categories. Now the problem comes when I know that if I describe each product dynamically with great content, this give the best result, yet doing this on over 1500 products is just a mammoth task for anyone, isn't it? I want a way to have good quality content on each of those pages without writing a million words.... is this possible?

Which method should I use for my URL structure?
I have an existing site that is currently utilizing a structure that is like this: http://www.mysite.com/Ohio/City-of-Cleveland-PRODUCT-NAME Should I restructure it like: http://www.mysite.com/Ohio/City-of-Cleveland/Product-Name We are doing very well with very specific searches already but are sometimes coming in 2nd and 3rd place. For example: If I search for CLEVELAND PRODUCT NAME I always come up in the top three and about 60% of the time I am #1. I want to make it better. We have only launched in 4 states but plan on launching an additional 4 states over the next few weeks and I want to make sure we are building things properly. Any feedback would be wonderful.
