Does this content get indexed?

A lot of content on this site is displayed in pop up pages.
Eg. Visit the Title page
http://www.landgate.wa.gov.au/corporate.nsf/web/Certificate+of+Title
To access the sample report or fee details, the info is shown in a pop up page with a strange url. Example:
http://www.landgate.wa.gov.au/corporate.nsf/web/Certificate+of+Title+-+Fee+Details
I can't see any of these pages being indexed in Google or other search engines when I do a site search: http://www.landgate.wa.gov.au/corporate.nsf/web/Certificate+of+Title+-+Fee+Details
Is there a way to get this content indexed besides telling the client to restructure this content?

I would absolutely agree with you that the FAQ and Help pages would be very useful for searchers, and that the current lack of branding on those pages is a problem. I'd be really tempted to integrate their content into regular pages that could be linked to as usual instead of as popups with no site navigation or breadcrumbs.

PS I agree it's the CMS using the "+" signs - big job to change them & create all the rewrite rules, but they sure are a usabiltiy issue!

Thanks, ThompsonPaul. I found the pages on Google eventually but I agree that the + signs make them look strange to a human user. I think it's their CMS that's doing this. I"ll check.
My initial idea was that the content on the FAQ pages was quite relevant and keyword rich and I wanted to ensure it was getting indexed. It looks like it is, but if someone hit that page from a search term the page isn't branded at all - looks quite spamming, so I don't think in it's current state it's worth trying to get more traffic.
I'll focus on the pages higher up in the directory in terms of internal and external links.

Those pages are linked using normal hrefs in the page's code, so there's no reason they couldn't be indexed. The popup effect is being created by a JavaScript onclick event, which, as its name implies, only fires after a visitor has clicked on a link, which wouldn't affect Google.
The site isn't doing itself any favours with its unusual use of a "plus" sign as a word delimiter in it's URLs instead of a hyphen, but that only makes the URLs look strange to a human user and also shouldn't affect the search engines.
Are those pages linked from anywhere else on the site? Because they're on a page that is 4 directories deep, and the page itself has quite a few links, it's entirely possible that the search engine simply isn't crawling deeply enough on the site to get those links.
Getting some external incoming links to those pages might help with indexing, as would linking to them from pages closer to the root of the domain. The FAQ page in particular might be worth earning some extra visibility.
The bigger question is - are they the kinds of pages a user would actually enter a search term for?

Struggling to get indexed and ranked
I am working on a brand new website and really struggling to get the site indexed and listed for it's business name! I don't normally struggle and have got clients ranked for much more challenging keywords so I'm a bit stuck! The site is a new domain and has been live for about two months. The business previously used an old domain and this has been correctly 301'd to the new domain. There is no duplicate content with any other website when checked through Copyscape.com Webmaster Tools has been set-up and verified and this shows the site is being crawled but in Google site:www.website.com.au shows no pages as being indexed. Google Places has been set-up and verified, the site has also been added to local citation sites. There are also a few incoming links from other sources. Robots.txt is fine and has been checked. Business name mentioned in the title tag, footer and throughout the site. Does anyone have any ideas how I might be able to get ranked or is it just a waiting game? Or have I missed out something really obvious?? My last step is doing a crawl test to see if this brings up anything I have missed. Thanks Karen

Duplicate Content Errors
Ok, old fat client developer new at SEO so I apologize if this is obvious. I have 4 errors in one of my campaigns. two are duplicate content and two are duplicate title. Here is the duplicate title error Rare Currency And Old Paper Money Values and Information.

Getting rid of duplicate content with rel=canonical
This may sound like a stupid question, however it's important that I get this 100% straight. A new client has nearly 6k duplicate page titles / descriptions. To cut a long story short, this is mostly the same page (or rather a set of pages), however every time Google visits these pages they get a different URL. Hence the astronomical number of duplicate page titles and descriptions. Now the easiest way to fix this looks like canonical linking. However, I want to be absolutely 100% sure that Google will then recognise that there is no duplicate content on the site. Ideally I'd like to 301 but the developers say this isn't possible, so I'm really hoping the canonical will do the job. Thanks.

Duplicate Content
We have a main sales page and then we have a country specific sales page for about 250 countries. The country specific pages are identical to the main sales page, with the small addition of a country flag and the country name in the h1. I have added a rel canonical tag to all country pages to send the link juice and authority to the main page, because they would be all competing for rankings. I was wondering if having the 250+ indexed pages of duplicate content will effect the ranking of the main page even though they have rel canonical tag. We get some traffic to country pages, but not as much as the main page, but im worried that if we remove those pages and redirect all to main page that we will loose 250 plus indexed pages where we can get traffic through for odd country specific terms. eg searching for uk mobile phone brings up the country specific page instead of main sales page even though the uk sales pages is not optimized for uk terms other than having a flag and the country name in the h1. Any advice?

Up to my you-know-what in duplicate content
Working on a forum site that has multiple versions of the URL indexed. The WWW version is a top 3 and 5 contender in the google results for the domain keyword. All versions of the forum have the same PR, but but the non-WWW version has 3,400 pages indexed in google, and the WWW has 2,100. Even worse yet, there's a completely seperate domain (PR4) that has the forum as a subdomain with 2,700 pages indexed in google. The dupe content gets completely overwhelming to think about when it comes to the PR4 domain, so I'll just ask what you think I should do with the forum. Get rid of the subdomain version, and sometimes link between two obviously related sites or get rid of the highly targeted keyword domain? Also what's better, having the targeted keyword on the front of Google with only 2,100 indexed pages or having lower rankings with 3,400 indexed pages? Thanks.
