Why have I stopped receiving emails about crawl reports and rankings reports?
-
I used to receive emails weekly telling me a new crawl had completed and the reports were ready and also another email saying the new rankings and on page reports were ready to view - I am not getting these anymore. Does this mean these are still happening but I need to find them within the package or has something changed?
Thanks

Hi Abe
Thanks for the reply. I guess there are 2 main problems - the first being that we need these tools to help with our site and the second that we chose SEOmoz as it seemed like the best solution out there but it is expensive at $99 a month - is there any refund available for the period when the features are not available or is it possible to stop the account and then re-start when it is working again without losing all the data already setup?
Thanks
James

Hello James,
Our Rankings ran into these unexpected outage issues last week. Unfortunately, Google has changed the way that they present rankings information, so we have had to make some changes to our collection in order to keep up with these changes, I'm afraid that this has caused some issues with providing the real time data for our Rankings and the Keyword Difficulty tool is also currently unresponsive. Our engineers are working tirelessly through this holiday weekend to fix this for you. At this time, unfortunately, we do not have an ETA for when that tool will be up and running again. I thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this issue and I will update you when I have any further information for you. I am hoping for an ETA soon.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and I assure you that this is our Top Priority.
Best,
Abe Schmidt

not at the moment. or rather, not that I know of. This problem with the google keywords tool API is affecting many other companies using this API - like Raven Tools.
I haven't come across anything that states when it will be resolved. quite painful for us who rely on it.

Thanks Marcus
Do you know if they have a timescale for fixing this because this is one of the main functions of the package?

there is a problem with the google keywords API, and so seomoz is unable to connect with them at the moment. that is why ranking reports may be on hold now. crawl reports should still continue though.

Shopify crawl issues
Hi Moz'ers, I am a total newcomer to this level of seo. Recently I transitioned to Shopify and I'm puzzled by why I'm getting 803 errors - incomplete crawl attempts due to server timing out. Wouldn't this have to do with Shopify? How would I go about fixing it? I'm also getting 804 - SSL issues, but I assume that will go away. Any advice? Thanks! Sharon

I need an interlinking report for my site, is there a report in Moz or another application that tell me how all of my pages are linked to other pages on my site?
I am in the process of doing a redesign for one of my sites. I need an interlinking report for my site. Is there a report in Moz or another application that tell me how all of my pages are linked to other pages on my site?

Is the Moz Ranking Report correct?
Hello here, today I got my weekly report from Moz by email and it reported a strong decline of rankings on some of our major keywords. Then I went to check on Google personally, and instead I found my pages ranked much higher than reported by Moz (please note that my results wasn't personalized...). I also use a desktop program to check my rankings, and what I found personally on Google corresponded to what my desktop program reported me. Here is an example: my website is virtualsheetmusic.com, and Moz reported a rank NOT in top 50 for the following keyword: "moonlight sonata sheet music" Whereas we are actually on the 19th spot. Another example for the keyword "czardas violin sheet music", Moz reports NOT in top 50, whereas we are actually at the 5th spot on the first page of Google results! Why's this? Anyone can explain? Is there anything wrong with Moz ranking report?

Has the Crawl Test gone?
Just checked the new Moz, am I right in thinking the super useful crawl test functionality has gone? I use it for existing sites to download all the title tags and meta name descriptions, is there more to come??

Can you export a keyword rankings report with the keywords listed in order of ranking ?
My keyword ranking report shows the results all jumbled. I can put them in order when viewing the report online, but when I export it , the results go back to all jumbled rankings.

Pro Dashboard Rankings Report not accurate for the UK?
We rank in the top 5 consistently for our keywords on www.google.co.uk However, the ranking report (set to Google UK) shows that we don't appear in the top 50. When looking in more detail at the keyword in question, it shows the top ranking sites to be all US sites with .com domains that don't rank at all on google.co.uk. Can anyone shed some light on this or tell me if there is any way of getting accurate ranking reports via SEOmoz tools for UK sites, so I don't have to do it manually? Thanks in advance

Ability to have .csv files automatically emailed on a weekly basis (after rankings are updated)?
Hi I am not sure if this is the proper place to post this. I was wondering if there are any plans to add automated emails to SEOMOZ Pro. Each week I find myself logging into SEOMOZ Pro to pull csv files across several profiles (I use PRO Elite), does SEOMOZ have any plans to add this functionality sometime in the future? All I need is an email to be sent to a specific email address after the ranking report has been updated. SEOMOZ staff - Great job on the tool, definitely the best ranking tool I have ever used. Thanks, Chris Phillips
