What is the best chat client application for a website?

My answer is not necessarily the best, but it is one worth checking out because of other benefits: Woopra.
Woopra is a real-time stats package; the main function is not real time chat. One of its features, however, is a real time chat client. The client can be popped open by the site visitor, similar to what you see on many ecommerce sites or - somewhat unique - forced open by the Woopra user if you spot behavior that warrants it (keep in mind the potential creepiness of that one for most sites).
If your needs run towards an analytics package other than Google, real time data, and chat, Woopra is a nice option.

I have an e-commerce site currently selling in Canada and am now looking to branch it into the USA. We have both the .ca and .us domain names, but I am not sure what the best approach to this would be. If we put up a website on the .us domain name it would be virtually the same.. So I would assume we would have a duplicate content issue. What would be the best way to approach this type of situation?

One site with one product or multi product website
Lets suppose that i have 10 NICHE products under me. Should i make one site for each product or one site overall. If i make 1 site for each product i get several advantages Domain name has keyword Title tags etc will be dedicated to one keyword only. Disavantage - Backlinking for each domain will become tougher. Advantage of one site onl Good management Seo / backlinks becomes easier Blogging to attract traffic becomes easier Can target a lot of keywords through business blogging Disadvantages Can become messy with unimportant keywords gaining importance. What is the best out-of-the-box optimized WordPress Theme?
I've reviewed other answers on this forum and searched the web. Still looking for a good answer that's actually specific and can explain why. I've looked at studiopress.com themes, pagelines.com which I love but doesn't appear to have much optimization out of the box, http://themeforest.net/item/udesign-wordpress-theme/253220 http://www.vklabx.com/wordpress-themes/wordpress-theme-ad-flex-niche.php PS - not looking for answers that involve the use of SEO plugins, but if there's a theme you know of that takes minimal editing to improve optimization I'd be interested as well. How to Resolve Google Crawling Issues for My eCommerce Website?
I want to resolve Google crawling issues for my eCommerce website. My website is as follow. http://www.vistastores.com/ Google have crawled only 97 webpages from my website. My website is quite old. (~More than 6 months) But, Google have indexed only 97 webpages. I have created one campaign over SEOmoz tool and found some errors over there. So, I just assumed that due to it Google did not crawled my website. But, I have created one another campaign for my competitor website to know actual status and reason behind it. I found that, my competitor website have more error compare to me but, Google have crawled maximum pages compare to me. So, What is reason behind it?
