Adwords conversion data is contradicting

I am looking at my Adwords data from a segment of last year. It shows my total for all ad groups in this campaign at 18. I only have one ad and it shows 7 conversions. Where are the other 11 coming from?

Is it showing All adgroups (as opposed to All Enabled/All But Deleted)?

Facebook conversions - issue in calculation
Hi, I have a few campaigns for conversions on Facebook, but any of them don't show to me real numbers. There are 4 times more conversions on Facebook than in GA. I did a little research. The problem is that - Facebook pixel calculates all possible conversions from all sources, and because my campaign results are wrong e.g.: Facebook campaign results: Conversions: 10 | Cost per conversion: 1 GA for that campaign (real numbers): Conversions 1 | Cost per conversion: 1 GA from all campaigns and sources: 10 It's that correct? Google Adwords Offered to Redesign My Website & A/B Test... Thoughts?
I received a call from the Google Adwords team today offering to redesign major pages of my website & A/B test their design against mine. The rep said that this is not a standard service they offer and that we had been "selected". Despite it's overt marketing overtones, I would hate to pass by the opportunity to apply Google's conversion insight to my site. Has anyone experienced this before? Good experience? Bad experience?

Adwords and Seller Ratings
We are in the process of having an agency take over an adwords account. Will we lose our seller ratings? The website we are advertising will not change, just the adwords account. Based on what I've read google pulls data from display URL. We were concerned with losing them as we've had a CTR% since they started showing up in our search ads. They will NOT be using our account, but they will be adding us to their MCC & granting us access. Thank You!!

Video Conversions
1)I have observed that female voice converts more then male voice in videos. Any one had experienced this stat? 2)Videos without person reading the slides, what's your take on this? As far as my experiences I have made some videos with music background only, but it seems like that videos with person's voice convert more. Is there any video regarding video conversions and video backlinks.

Query: Analytics Goal Conversion
Please see the attached image. Can anyone please explain the attached image. Goal Overview tab says 8 Goals. but in the attached image says, 3 visitors finished, I've even set the required step as well, so it is also not possible to goal might have completed from any other page. Thanks llSj0

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Best Approach/Plan Documentation
Hey Mozzers - First off, I am well aware of what CRO is, its benefits, and why it is essential for any inbound or performance marketing campaigns. However i am a total newbie at the actual planning and implementation of CRO, so any advice/feedback on the questions below are much appreciated! When planning a CRO experiment/test what is the best way to document it? Should i develop the full plan ahead of time laying out each element? If so, what elements should i include in this plan? What are the KPIs i should report on? What tools should i use for reporting (i was thinking a blend of Google and Clicktale)? Any lessons learned through out your campaigns? Finding your competitors - for SEM and Adwords
Hi, I wish to understand how do we exactly compete against our competitors. Do you mean to say that I search for a set of keywords and if results show something else instead of my website these others become my competitors. Is that all?
