Why is this page not ranking?

Can you please tell me why this page is not ranking.
The page doesn't rank at all for keywords but even if I copy a line or 2 of text it still doesn't rank for that text.
Any help will be much appreciated.

The keywords you are trying to target are a bit competitive and you don’t have enough authority to get this page ranked in search engines. The idea is to get some high quality domains inlinking to this so that this page can rank for the desired keywords!

I checked and saw that other pages from your site do rank. For example, reward charts, reward charts for kids, chore chart template at #5, #8 and #15 respectively. Looks like Behavior Charts is relatively a higher volume keyword and to me it's a page authority issue. You probably need to build some internal and external links to improve your PA and DA to better rank for this and other keywords as others have also recommended.

It's because you're gettin' beat. You need to build some links!
You only have 32 linking root domains (according to OSE) and a DA of 26. That's why you're gettin beat, I'd venture to guess.
Time to SEO it up!

I checked and I don't have any notices. I think it is related to an algo and not to a penalty as I haven't done anything that I could be penalized for.
It used to rank for behavior charts but it doesn't anymore.

I just looked for "needs to earn should be determined by the age of the child." in both Google and Bing, and that phrase shows up in both engines, so your site is indexed. Have you gone into Google Webmaster Tools and looked for any notices?

No. It isn't new. It is indexed but just doesn't rank at all although it used to. I don't know when it stopped ranking so its difficult to know which algo caused it to stop ranking.

It's definitely in the Google index and has been cached. Is this a new page?

Async JavaScript page load times affect on ranking.
Our company plan to use in our product page a live chat support app. But I concern about the page load time. The script is loading asynchronous and in the inner tests increase the average page load time with around one sec. Previously the load time was between 2.5-3.3 sec after the chat support increased to 3.8-5 sec, but sometimes there was extreme +10 sec worse results. Mozers, I am of the believe and as a person who puts the utmost emphasis on the index page of any website I am trying to rank, especially with a new domain ... insuring content is relevant, structured, optimized and we have some link juice flowing in. I find once we get the index page ranked, Google's little bots then start to index and rank accordingly the rest of the website ... and we start producing results. We also develop websites (dare I say its where we expertise in) and unexpectantly the client has asked us to carry out SEO work additionally to their web development. Problem lies here, their index page, has absolutely no written content at all, just one large image with a logo (Fashion Website) ...Which I identify as a huge issue as per my explanation is paragraphs one or two. I am sure withe the many more qualified SEO experts and gurus within the SEOmoz community, you have also come across this issue So a few questions, if you don't mind adding advice. 1 - Am I putting too much emphasize on content within the index page, in terms of indexing and actually ranking ...yes I appreciate that terms within the website will be ranked against other pages other than the index page, but will it harm us for having no content at all within the index page 2 - If so, and yes is the answer to above, how do we handle it, we have spoke with the client and he is pretty adamant that he want the index page as is, he has been through out the whole website building process. As suggested, any advice would be really appreciated, its a difficult market to rank within a it is, and i can only see this index page making the task a lot more difficult Cheers John

How important are internal pages to overall site rank?
This seems like it should be an easy question (and probably is), but it has stumped a few of us over the past few days. Here's the scenario: We have a site that we are trying to optimize to rank well for a set of keywords. We have a lot of internal pages that are important to users when they visit the site (case studies, for example), but they aren't the pages that we want people to find when they search for our primary keywords. Our question is, is it valuable to optimize those internal pages for our keywords? In other words, will having a lot of internal pages that mention our keywords affect how well our overall site ranks for those keywords? Or, is it only important to have one "hero" page for our important keywords? Thanks!

Jquery in top of page vs text on bottom page

No Content on home page + rankings
If a home page has no content will it hurt the sites ability to rank? The interior pages will have content but not the home page. (See attached image) My client does not want content on the home page as he feels it will take away from the look and feel he wants to achieve. This website is actually 10 sites or locations in one as we intend to market each location (a total of 10) separately. In reality the home page is a doorway page to each separate location. I'd like feedback if possible as to the necessity or not, of content on the Home Page of this or any website. Will the lack of content hurt on the Homer Page hurt with SEO? Thanks

My homepage no longer ranks for a keyword, instead a page from the blog now appears in the results
Hello, Our site used to rank for a specific keyword - "eco products", with a link going to the homepage. However, in the last few weeks, we've noticed that the home page no longer ranks for this keyword, and instead the second result on the page is a link to a catagory page on our blog.
