Hi!
Can you please tell me why ranking report showing No data at page authority and link to root domain. Does it mean SEOmoz not completed the report?

Hello and thank's for reaching out to us! This is Abe on the SEOmoz Help team. It appears as if those sites have not been indexed yet by Open Site Explorer, meaning we have not captured that sites information yet or they could be blocking us from finding them. This would be why you are seeing "no data".
We try to capture as much information as possible with every update but there are absolutely sites we have not pulled in yet. With our next update, you have a chance of this information updating. Here is the calendar that shows our Linksapace update schedule: https://seomoz.zendesk.com/entries/345964-Linkscape-Update-Schedule (the next is set for June 12th).

It looks you like at generating your report it occurred some problems as the data for these URLs is available from OpenSiteExplorer and should so also be available via your ranking report as the data comes from the same source. I would recommend getting in touch with the SEOmoz help team via: help@seomoz.org.

Is it possible to track rank history
I would like to know is it possible to track a keywords past ranking history? We would like to check the ranking history of some potential vendors, but only get data from the point I add them to Alabs, moz etc. Id like to go back a year to see the trend in their rankings. Is this possible and what tool or process can be used to achieve this. Thanks in advance.

Keyword Rankings Report Accuracy
How many of you routinely have inaccurate data in your Moz Pro keyword rankings reports? I just checked 5 of our terms that came in this morning - yes, it's a not logged in, non-personalized, incognito, cleared cache search - and none of them actually ranked where Moz said they ranked. One was listed in the top 5 and wasn't even on the first page. One was listed at position 3 but was actually at position 8, a big difference when it comes to CTR. And the report will have stuff like our brand name not ranked at all one week, then jumping by 45+ positions the next week, then gone the next week. And it doesn't fluctuate like that. I get that the reports are general to what most people see, but should such big disparities be expected?

Rankings Report - figures clarifiction
I've noticed a possible discrepancy with my data and the figures in the Ranking Report >> Rankings which leads to this question: In top 3 : 10 On first page: 19 Is this meant to mean 10 of the 19 are in the top 3, or after the 10 top 3 there are 19 more keywords on first page?

Rankings in Google.be - 3 languages
As the site of my customers is in 3 languages, I also want to monitor the rankings in 3 languages. I do have the possibility to monitor them in seomoz: google.be english google.be dutch google.be french However, in the report (http://pro.seomoz.org/campaigns/227154/rankings) I do see the 3 columns, but the title is only google.be, WITHOUT the language selection. Not really helpfull... Any advice? oNDu9

What's with measuring search rank?
Okay, here 6 different ways to measure search rank on Google U.S. and I get 6 different answers: Looking for search term "Lunch Bags" for the site Zappos (just a random example - no connection to me). SEOMOZ RankTracker - #49 SEOCentro - #36 http://www.seocentro.com/tools/search-engines/keyword-position.html ZendProxy.com - #21 (an anonymizer proxy) anonymouse.org - no rank (another anonymizer) Mikes Marketing Tools - no rank http://www.mikes-marketing-tools.com/ranking-reports/ RankingCheck.com - #38 Can you duplicate a similar variation? What gives? Which if any of these would you rely on? Thanks... Darcy

Very Slow Advanced Reports
Hello All - I've been running some Advanced Reports again lately, and they seem much slower than I remember from last time I ran some. Currently I've got one (Inbound Links) report at 2,500 out of 10,000 links retrieved through LSAPI, and it's been at that point for about 6 hours. Did something get cloggered on the reports, or is it this just the expected performance?

SEOmoz PRO Custom Reports Issues
This post is for all PRO members, On January 2, 2012, we found a serious bug in our custom reporting system that made it possible for some of our customers to see other customers’ custom reports. This affected less than 1% of our customers in total (.6 % to be exact). Fewer than 100 reports could potentially be viewed by another customer. We are taking this matter very seriously. 98 accounts were affected and we will be contacting those people individually via their account email addresses. If you do not receive an email from us, don’t worry - you were not affected. Soon after we discovered the problem, we completely turned off access to these reports; even though people may have been provided access previously, the access was limited to a short time period. They no longer have access to the reports whatsoever. The issue has now been resolved and all reports moving forward are functioning properly. Duplicate Content and Titles in SEOMoz reports
I've had to rename some of the pages on my site and also move them to different locations. I placed a rel="canonical" on the old page pointing to the new one. The reports on my PRO Dashboard are telling me that I have Duplicate Content and Page Title errors. Do the SEOMoz automated reports take the rel="canonical" link into consideration or do I need to remove these pages and do a 301 redirect from the old to the new page?
