SEO from INDIA Smarter then Google?
-
Exploring this url:
In Open Site Explorer, it is clear those guys bought one of those package available on site like eLance.com a low price over seas!!!
Where freelancer around the word can be hired for a fews bucks. For example, I post a job on eLance for SEO and most of the freelancer submitting where from INDIA. For just a few hundreds dollars, you can get a complet SEO package. At first, the price was attractive, but when posting on seoMoz and doing research, I came to the conclusion, the techniques they use might hurt more the produce positive result...
How can you get a D.A. of 45 using backlinks they get?
I read all those things about Google algorithm, and Panda and Penguin and this and that... Being impossible to crack!
Do you have a explanation?
I work really hard ans spends lots of $$$ to have a clean site selling furnace filters
I follow all the SEO guide lines, practice only white hat trying to built somethings, but with a P.A. of 19 and a competitors ranking like this, I ask myself:"Maybe INDIA is smarter then Google and I should do like this site, spend a couple of hundreds dollars and buy myself a high D.A."

To add an actionable response to the mix.....
I suggest making a list of authority sites within your niche or closely related. Research what kind of sites they are linking to (if only gov sites etc. then scratch off the list). If you find other sites similar to yourself that have links then make a resource not currently available and start a campaign that has merit as to why high authority sites SHOULD link to you. (for the benefit of their users and their site)
"I want to make money" is not unique in any way and in my opinion if you are teetering on turning to spammy farm style marketing to build your site then you are probably a long ways from where you need to be. When you are talking about yourself you will find few to listen but when you start talking about others and focusing on ways that you can be an asset to them you will find an audience truly interested in what you have to say.
For example: Dedicate a small section of your site to filters specially for homes that were certified with Energy Star AirPlus at the time they were built. Then go to http://epa.gov/iaplus01/join_now.html and sign up as an ally to the program. If accepted (it is not tough by any means) then you get a DA 100 dofollow back link from the ultimate authority in your industry, the EPA. Doesn't that sound like a better long term business building option than choosing strategies that will position yourself as the enemy to a $100 Billion Company that controls 70% of the worlds search volume?

"How can you get a D.A. of 45 using backlinks they get?"
Keep in mind that Domain Authority doesn't have the same strong spam algorithms that Google incorporates. Although there is a consideration for spammy sites, it's actually much easier to manipulate Domain Authority than it is Google (although in the future improvements to Domain Authority will likely mean more spam is discounted)
Unfortunately, manipulating Domain Authority in a black-hat way does nothing for your rankings. While Domain Authority remains one of the best predictors of how a domain will rank in search results, Google does not actually take Domain Authority into considerations. If your competitors are buying obvious unnatural links, it's likely they are not doing as well in search results as you might suspect.
If you're looking for long lasting results, better to have 1 good earned link than 1000 spammy one.

Dont listen to chris, you can lose your 19 DA points along with your money with the next algorithm update by google. he just messing with you.
1. Do not get duped with cheap prices or "paid" links. if you want paid links, run a PR campaign, far far better value. do some press releases if you have news to share. "paid links" of most other kinds really will bite you at some point.
2. you are not doing "everything" in your power, not even close.
3. DIY SEO can be very time consuming and hard to do properly, that is why people like you, business owners whose time is worth more than sitting and learning all about SEO, hire people whose lives revolve around SEO.
4. per my basic and quick look up of your website:
-
Your top referring "followed" baclink comes from a page with DA of 55. not so stellar.
-
you have 10 total "root domains" giving you 312 backlinks. looks kind of very spammy! that is 31 links per each root domain and only 10 total referring root domains.
-
per a little further digging
I notice that your anchor text profile does not seem something too healthy for SEO, very little relevance, and very irrelevant variance. You need to do some keyword research and better optimize your page titles and on-page SEO and then try to integrate those KWs in a non-spammy way into your controlled back-links (those you can edit). you further really need to invest in a way to have user or third party generated content about you and your company.
there you go, now you have a few things to get started on instead of just being upset and pondering what you have done wrong or what those other guys do. SEO is no quick fix nor easy thing to mess with and requires a lot of study time and dedication on a continuous basis.
Good luck!

Does Google only show high rankings to webmasters?
Hello! I'm using Google Chrome browser. On the browser logged in with the Google Web Master account, the keyword ranking of my site is ranked on pages 1 to 2. However, in the case of the Google Secret tab and other browsers that have not logged in to the Google Web Master account, the keyword ranking of my site is only 10 pages. Which one is more reliable?

Sitelinks Search Box impact for SEO
I am wondering how the relatively new sitelinks search box impacts the SEO rankings for a specific site or keyword combination - do you guys have any experience or bechmarks on this? Obviously it should help on getting more real estate on the SERP page (due to adding the search box), but do you also get extra goodwill and improved SERP position from adding it? Also, is the impact different on different type of terms, let's say single brand or category term such as "Bestbuy" (or "coupon") or a combination term "Bestbuy Apple" (or "Dixons coupon")? Thanks in advance!

Have just submitted Disavow file to Google: Shall I wait until after they have removed bad links to start new content lead SEO campaign?
Hi guys, I am currently conducting some SEO work for a client. Their previous SEO company had built a lot of low quality/spam links to their site and as a result their rankings and traffic have dropped dramatically. I have analysed their current link profile, and have submitted the spammiest domains to Google via the Disavow tool. The question I had was.. Do I wait until Google removes the spam links that I have submitted, and then start the new content based SEO campaign. Or would it be okay to start the content based SEO campaign now, even though the current spam links havent been removed yet.. Look forward to your replies on this...

Is our sub-domain messing up our seo for our root?
We have a website (mysite.com) that we control and a subdomain (affiliate.mysite.com) that is 3rd-Party Content completely out of our control. I've found that nearly all or our Crawl Errors are coming from this subdomain. Same deal with 95% of our warnings: they all come from the subdomain. The two website are very much interlinked, as the subdomain serves up the header and footer of the root domain through iFrames and the 3rd-party content in the middle-section. On the root domain there are countless links pointing at this 3rd-party subdomain. How do these errors affect the root domain, and how do you propose we address the issue?

Black Hat? Is it really possible my new client paid someone to SEO the word "here"?
I just took on a client and first thing I saw in Webmaster Tools was the dreaded "Unnatural Link Patterns" message dated Apr 7th, 2012. MajesticSEO is reporting 212 backlinks, OSE is reporting 251. Nothing out of the ordinary, in fact they only anchor text is their brand. However, we then ran an SEO PowerSuite Crawl and found 429 backlinks with 78.1% of links use the anchor text "here" and 77.9% of all links point to the same URL. If this is indeed true I can see why they got the message from Google. The company has admitted they hired a service to do SEO for $299/mo for several months but when they saw no results they quit. Could this company really have gone after "here". It not, I can't find anything that would give them the message they got from Google Webmaster Tools.

Publishing Press Releases after Google Panda 2.5
For the past few years I have been publish press releases on my site for a number of business. I have high traffic on my site. I noticed that with the Google Panda 2.5 update PRNewswire.com dropped visibility by 83%. Should I stay away from publishing press releases now? Does Google consider Press Releases to be "content scraping" since multiple sources are publishing the release?

www.maliflo.asso.fr I don't kow why, i use since end of january 2011 IBP, only for some submissions to directories and for managing some lists of urls. I submitted about 30/40 directories never at the same time , but raher day after day, smoothly. On www.territoires-et-ntic.fr and www.amvo.fr which are blogs, i have installed some external rss feeds to display as articles, i decided to stop that but i don't know if it's related to such "blacklistage" from google. I don't use any nasty "blackhat" programs or else.. I'am really upset about that, i claim this morning with the same words as now, a new indexation but i don't know how long it will take ?Any idea ? Which are the tools which could help me to scan for maybe any malicious maleware on my hosting provider ? Many tks0
