Adwords "seller reviews" not showing
-
We have been building up our reviews (with trustpilot) over the last few months, which has been picked up by google's reviews, and on the 2 July we passed the 30 reviews mark, (takes about a week or two before it shows the reviews on google reviews).
So we have had + 30 reviews for over 6 weeks now, our score is 4.8/5 but are "Seller Reviews" is still not showing on our adwords.
Is there any other reason our seller reviews would not be showing yet?

Thanks for coming back and letting us know what happened. Glad it finally got fixed for you!
-
So another month passes and it is eventually fixed. Our account merchant account was suspended for about a month due to an issue with the feed (about 8 months ago), but that was fixed and the account was unsuspended 7 months ago. Google support said that this was causing the seller reviews not to show (even though the guide lines say you don't need a merchant account to have seller reviews).
My advice to anyone that finds themselves with the same problem is to contact google asap and keep chasing them until its fixed

Got a response from google adwords help team (first contacted them 2 weeks ago):
"I have heard back from the technical team and there seems to be an issue in your merchant center account. I am checking with the team about the next steps and will get back to you as soon as I receive the same."
I'm surprised the issue is with merchant centre because in the guide lines : http://goo.gl/ZaAN7N
"You don't need to have a Google Merchant Center account for your ads to be eligible for seller ratings."That was over a week ago, so I chased them up:
"I have reached out to my technical team and we are trying to figure out why the seller ratings are not showing. We have established that the settings are perfect from the AdWords front end, and it meets the criteria also."
So guess I have to wait until google fix it

I asked them before, but they basicly just copy and pasted from the FAQ, saying its up to google.
-
hi,
I would have to agree with you 100% I have not seen 1 through 5 star reviews show up without rich snippets personally either.
Have you spoken to trust pilot?
Sincerely,
Thomas

Thanks for the reply, but looking into that, its over a year old, and that issue seems to be resolved (the trustpilot reviews are being show on the page the original poster is linked to)
Also the Trustpilot FAQ says that its review should show in adwords (but it takes 2-4 weeks), but it can not guarantee that it will show.
Trustpilot basicly advertise the fact its reviews are included in google adwords:
The reviews your customers publish on Trustpilot may appear in 3 places:
- Google’s normal organic search results
- Google Shopping Merchant Reviews
- Google AdWords Merchant Reviews
Note: "Google’s normal organic search results" , I have never seen this before with any 3rd party review site, review scores in organic search always come from rich snippets (that I have ever seen)
-
hi,
apparently Google is aware of the issue and is trying to work it out.
Here's some information
http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/merchant-center/iXuk8WXBqX4
https://support.trustpilot.com/entries/23015547-Google-and-Trustpilot-FAQ
this last link is older however it talks about a very similar issue with stellar ratings and licensing problems keeping them from showing up on Add words.
Sincerely,
Thomas

Google Merchant Center product reviews
My googlefu is not good enough to put the words together to find an answer for this, but I am sure there is one out there. I am making a review feed for a client's site to submit their product reviews to google merchant center. But one problem we are having is that the reviews are generalized, like how amazon does it. A sample product would be Whey Protein, this product is available in 4 different sizes and has 4 different GTIN's (one for each size). But the reviews we collect are just for the base product of Whey Protein. What I am trying to figure out, is if I can assign a parent GTIN, then correlate the reviews to that GTIN and then let them populate for the child GTIN's some how.

Adwords Express Vs Adwords for small business
Hi there I specialise in helping Local businesses with their online visibility through SEO. More recently I have been thinking about delving into Google AdWords so i can offer an additional service to my small business owner but was wondering what the best approach would be.

Should I use Google AdWords express or just Google AdWords? Should I set up individual accounts for each of my clients so they are somehow "portable" or should they all sit under the same master account? As you can see my knowledge is somehow limited and any help would be welcome. If you can point me in some easy to follow tutorial directly aimed at PPC for small businesses that would be awesome. Many thanks0 -

Google Adwords Clicks not registering properly???
Hello Moz World, I am running a Google Adwords campaign utilizing Google Search and Search Partners only. These are traditional text ads. When I look at the analytics through Google Adwords, I am seeing 60 clicks. Great! However, when I look through the keywords in the ad groups, none of my keywords are registering clicks. I also checked search terms under the keyword tab, and no keywords are populating. Where are my ads being clicked, and how can I view information on these clicks. This is a relatively new campaign, and I am still trying to figure out if I am targeting the right keywords. Thanks ahead of time for all the great responses! B/R Will H.

Adwords & Analytics Different Product Listing Results
Hi We have recently set up a Product Listings ad campaign via AdWords and have seen some impressive initial figures in our AdWords account. However, when viewing data from the same period in Analytics it shows completely different statistics. For example, from 1st-16th June, AdWords shows 604 clicks and 29 conversions from our Product Listings campaign but Google Analytics only shows 23 clicks and 0 conversions across the same period. Any ideas why these variations show? Is there any additional tracking code that needs to be inserted at all? Thanks

Which landing page is used to calculate "Landing Page Experience" of a keyword in Adwords?
In Google Adwords, one ad group can have multiple landing pages, yet keywords are shared. So when I look at the keywords, they use one of the landing pages from ads, but which one? Shall we create separate ad groups and set only one landing page per group to avoid this problem? If this is the way then how come landing page is not a shared property like the keywords in ad groups? I hope someone with enough Google Adwords experience can help me here. Thanks,
