"We are collecting your traffic data now!" message displayed for many days
-
I am getting this message: "We are collecting your traffic data now! You should see your traffic metrics here within the next 24 to 48 hours." for more then 3 days now and I'm starting to worry...
Is this showing only to me or is a delay on all MOZ accounts?

Hey There,
I would recommend writing into us at help@moz.com with your campaign information so that we can look into the issue more directly and forward the information over to our engineers if necessary.
We look forward to hearing from you there soon.

Hi, I'm having the same experience Sorina above for one of my campaigns. It was set up on Friday and it's Tuesday now...

Glad to hear it, Sorina! Let us know if you run into any other issues.

Hi Chiaryn,
Everything is OK now, both data from Analytics and Facebook/twitters now show up.
Thank you!

Hey Sorina,
I took a look at all of your campaigns in both Moz Analytics beta and PRO and it looks like the traffic data is update for all of your campaigns. Can you take another look and let me know if you are still seeing the error message? If so, please let me know which campaign you are seeing the error on. You can email us directly at help@moz.com if you prefer to keep the campaign information private.
I look forward to hearing back soon.

Chiaryn,
This clears up the question I had but it does not clear up the original question. Can your look at Sorina's original question? I cannot tell if she is having a problem or if it is just taking a little longer to run the report.

Hey Ron,
We actually update our Google Analytics data on Mondays and the rest of the campaign information is based on the day of the week that your campaign was set up. So, if your data updates on Wednesdays or Thursdays, than it is because they were created on a Wednesday or a Thursday.
I hope that clears things up.

They usually gather information for the reports on Wednesdays or Thursdays. My guess is that you will need to wait until then. You might want to e-mail tech support to see if anything else is going on.

Keywords showed volume before but now they say 'no data available'
Keywords showed volume before but now they say 'no data available'. And this is happening with common words like "prints" - I'm dead certain this keyword should not have 'no data available'. What's going on? How do I reset or fix this? I only have 12 days left of my trial and I can't even use the feature I need.

"Our crawler was not able to access the robots.txt file on your site."
Hi Mozzers! I've received an error message saying the site can't be crawled because Moz is unable to access the robots.txt. I've spoken to the webmaster and he can't understand why the robot.txt can't be accessed as this seems to be fine: https://k3syspro.com/robots.txt and Google isn't flagging anything up to us. Does anyone know why this may be? Thanks, Matthew

Emails from Moz display incorrect report information
Hey, I have noticed that for the last 3 weeks or so the emails from Moz have been displaying incorrect information. The results it shows in the email seem to be from previous crawls. For example The previous week a sitemap that didn't update that caused 400+ pages to appear as 404's. This wasn't reported in the email and it stated there were only 2 errors on the site. (Of which we knew about anyway and choose to ignore). Thankfully i checked the crawl report anyway out of habit and saw the onsite report to show 400+ crawl errors. I went on to fix these errors. This week, the crawl report showed 400+ crawl errors, I immediately logged on to the website to check the campaign to find there are only the 2 expected crawl errors. It is almost as if the info from the campaign is being pulled and emailed to me seconds before it is updated from the crawl info. I am finding this to be the case in both the keyword and crawl errors email reports.

Trial ended, card charged, but campaign data is gone!
I activated a free trial of Moz about a month ago. On the 17th, it tried to charge my credit card and failed. It tried again on the 19th and succeeded. My account is now active and at the subscriber level. However, my campaign data is gone! I re-activated the campaign in Pro as instructed, but the data is from back in March. There should be data from the past month. I tried to re-activate the campaign in the new Analytics, but it won't do anything. I press the Activate button, and nothing happens. I was hoping to use Moz and get some work done today, but now I am unable to. I was under the impression that, once payment went through, I would be able to access all of my current Campaign data. Instead, the data I'm seeing is only available through Pro, not the new Analytics. Also, the data is from back in March, not recent data. How can I regain access to my recent Analytics Crawl and other data?
