How to Best Target Two Keyword Phrases for a Business Directory

Our client has medical centers all over the US and we rank really well for the term "DIALYSIS CENTER" as well as all the major markets "DIALYSIS CENTER LOS ANGELES", etc.
We need to add in a Second Keyword Phrase of "CKD CENTER" (which is an alternate term for the same medical center).
Should we change all the TITLE, H1, etc that we have done to a COMBINED term of "CKD DIALYSIS CENTER" or "DIALYSIS CKD CENTER" and all the local market variations? We can't create 2 pages for one business in the directory, but we're not sure the right way to make sure that the pages are now targeted for 2 terms.

Yes, I think it does. We were hoping that we could just modify all the TITLES to:
"Dialysis Center & CKD Center Los Angeles"
to include the new keyword CKD Center. Or maybe just do:
"CKD Dialysis Center Los Angeles"
and hope that Google will rank us for both CKD Center Los Angeles and Dialysis Center Los Angeles.

Does your keyword research indicate that 'CKD center' is a term or equal value to 'Dialysis center'. Taking just a quick look at Google's keyword planner, it doesn't seem to be, but I'm sure you've done in-depth research on this and have better data than I do from a quick glance. 'CKD center' does not exist as a category in the Google Places for Business category taxonomy, so you can't optimize your listing for this, at least as a category, though you could mention in in your business description. You'd have to see if it exists as a category in any of the other citation sources, but it might not.
Right now, you are ranking highly for what may be your core phrase 'dialysis center city'. If you decide to re-optimize core pages of the website to reflect not one but two terms, then there is a chance that this will split your authority and result in a loss of rankings for the initial phrase, because you are now telling Google that you want all of your authority to go towards ranking two phrases instead of one. I'm not saying that this will definitely happen, because I can't judge this without knowing how authoritative the website is. It may be that the site's Domain Authority is so high, it could stand this without any drop in rankings for the initial phrase. It's just hard to judge something like that from a generic standpoint.
You may need to create new content to reflect this second phrase, add the new keyword to some of the existent pages, earn links that reflect the new keyword and edit the description area of your citations to include this new keyword. Other efforts like Social Media activity or Video Marketing could also help you to start gaining some quicker visibility for this phrase. And, of course, there is PPC. If you need to rank for this new term quickly, you can pay to do so while you are working to build up organic visibility for the new phrase.

Is it best to 301 redirect or use canonical Url when consolidating two pages?
I have build several pages (A and B) with high quantity content. Page A is aged and gets lots of organic traffic, ranks for lots of valuable keywords, and has only internal links to this page. Page B is newer (6 months) and gets little traffic, ranks for no keywords, but has terrific content and many high value external links. As Page A and B are related to a similar theme, I was going to merge content from page B onto page A, but don't know which would be the best approach for handling the links going to page B. For the purposes of keep as much link equity as possible, is it best to us a 301 redirect from B to A or use a canonical URL from B to A?

Localising our business to the correct country
Hi I work for children's furniture business called Tidy Books. We are based in the UK. We have UK site www.tidy-books.co.uk. We also have a US site www.tidy-books.com which is registered in the US. We have fully dedicated and translated French, German and Italian site (www.tidy-books.fr, www.tidy-books.de, www.tidy-books.it) . These all fall under our UK registered address. What I would like, is to have a French, German and Italian business address for these website. We just need an address only. This would mainly be used to for Google business listing and other business listings sites to help rank are sites correctly in their country domains. T Do you know of or recommend any companies that can do this? Is there any implications I need to be aware of, such as tax? Thanks

Any problems with two sites by same owner targeting same keyword search?
I have a site, let's call it ExcellentFreeWidgets.com. There is a page on the site that is very popular and we'll call the page title, "Big Blue Widget." That page is currently #1 for the search "big blue widget." This week, I was able to buy the exact match domain for that page, we'll call it BigBlueWidget.com. I want to build a site on BigBlueWidget.com to better capitalize on that search "big blue widget," which is huge. The content would not be the same wording at all, but it would be the same subject. It would probably be a five page or so website, all about Big Blue Widgets: what they are, where to get them, etc. The sites will not reciprocally link to each other. New new site, BigBlueWidgets.com, would link to the existing site, ExcellentFreeWidgets.com. The new site and the current page will compete for position in the SERPs. Here are my questions to you experts: 1. Will Google care at all that the same entity owns both sites, or will just just rank for the term as they normally would. 2. I am not sure I'll run Adsense on the new site or not. I will be pointing a link back my ExcellentWidgets.com site from a button that says, "Get an Excellent Widget." But if I do run Adsense on it, does Google Adsense care that the same entity has a site and another site's page that are competing for the same term that both have Adsense add on them? Note: I do not want to start a new entity for the new site (I'm in CA and LLC's are $800/year) as it's probably not worth all that hassle and money. Thank you so much. I hope the that obfuscating the real domain names did not confuse the issue too much.

Best Way to Consolidate Domains?
Hello, My company has four websites in the same vertical and we're planning to integrate them all on our main company site. So instead of www.siteone.com, www.sitetwo.com, www.sitethree.com, etc. It would be www.branddomain.com/site-one, www.branddomain.com/site-two, etc. I have a few questions... Should we redirect the old domains to the new directories or leave the old domains and stop updating them with new content... Then have the old content, links, etc. 301 to the same content on the new site? Should we literally move all of the content to the new directories? Any tips are appreciated. It's probably pretty obvious that I don't have a ton of technical skills... my development team will be doing the heavy lifting. I just want to be sure we do this correctly from an SEO perspective! Subdomain or New Domain or Directory path?
Hi Mozzers, I have a dilemma here. I have one of my clients that has its American website and would like to promote its business in canada(2 locations only vs more than 40 in the u.s). URL - Keywords
My domain name contains my top two keywords. Am I penalized if I create another page where I add my domain key words a 2nd time after the domain name along with a subcategory and the name of a state. I don't know what white hat and black hat is so I want to make sure I stay white hat. Also I didn't know it but is it true that your title shows up in your domain name?

Keyword weight in Domain Name
Hi All, I'm looking for some advice on URL structure. Our domain name includes 1/2 of many keyword strategies that we're considering.
