How to give access, invite additional users?
-
We have Standard subscription to Moz Analytics. I can't find option to how to give other team members access to view the analytics. I need other team members just to view same analytics profile, no need for them to create or modify profiles.
Can anyone point me where do I invite other team members?
Thanks.

Hi friends! To be as clear as possible, this functionality is now available in Moz Pro. You can learn about it here.
-
Yes, we now have this functionality, as Chris said in his most recent response! If you have any additional questions, please start a new thread or send an email to help@moz.com. Thanks, David!
-
Just renewed our subscription and disappointed this functionality is still not available. I remember this was 'in development' about 2 years ago when others asked the same question. Any eta on development?
Edit: Just click on Chris's link, looks like I spoke too soon!
-
Yes, you can generate reports and share those with other team members if you do not want to give them full access but its one login i'm afraid.
-
Is this still the case?
-
We don't have the separate login feature right now, though it is being worked on. For now, it is everyone sharing an account.
-
Unfortunately this feature is not in Moz at the moment, I'm sure it will be added soon. For now you will just have to share the account you are using or create regular reports for them to view.
You can view a thread on it here -

Unsolved Overview for New Users
Hello, I'm looking for an overview for how to use some of the MOZ features for teammates that are unfamiliar with the full ins and outs of SEO. Or perhaps a list of tips to share out with them? Is there any sort of webinar or tips that you have available or perhaps a training they could attend? Thanks!

Can I access old data/keyword research if I cancel my Moz Pro account?
I'm currently on the free month trial period for Moz Pro and I will probably cancel the account before the free period ends, but if I want to renew my subscription later, what happens to all the previous data? And does all the keyword research I've done disappear when I cancel it, or is it restored when I renew the subscription? Any insight is helpful! Thank you!

When I crawl my site On Moz it says it can't access the robots.txt file, but crawl is fine on SEM Rush - Anyone know any reason for this?
Hi guys, When I try to run a site crawl on Moz it returns an error saying that it has failed due to an error with the robots.txt file. However, my site can be crawled by SEM Rush with no mention of problems with roots.txt file issues. My developer has looked into it and insists their is no problem with my robots.txt and I've tried the Moz crawl at least 6 times over an 8 week period. Has anyone ever seen such a large discrepancy between Moz and SEM Rush or have any ideas why Moz has this issue with my site?? TIA everyone

Is Search Visibility giving a fair comparison with your competition?
I dived into the Search Visibility metric and what it actually says. In short, I believe it to be an aggregated score for all keywords targeted. However, our list of targeted keywords also include specific 'branded' keywords (and e.g. names of company leaders), which (presumably) aren't targeted by our competition. So what does the comparison with our competitors (i.e. Search Visbility x Competition graph) actually tell us? Isn't it giving a skewed impression? (Or are keywords labeled as 'branded' not taken into consideration in the Search Visibility metric?)

Why Moz New Users Are Left Alone?
New users when sign up to an application like Moz need concrete support to make them familiarized the basics at least, but Moz seems to be not realizing this hardship of the new users or intentionally ignoring it. There is no chat service or phone numbers to quickly contact the designated agent for some quick help. Mail responses that are received after much time have their limitations -- not much interactive. What the new users should do, because the Moz is not that simple for new users. [edited question for formatting]

What level of GA user permission is required to add a GA profile to a campaign?
Can I confirm whether or not a specific level of access is required to connect Google Analytics to a campaign? Or if access, whatever user permission level that may be will suffice? GA User Permissions

So the page-grader is giving my site an A, but it is ranking below some websites that the grader gives an F to. What is the point of the page grader?
Basically, I am new to this..very new. In fact, my field was neuroscience, and now I work in marketing.. I just started using seomoz, and for one website that I build. I followed all of the guidelines moz has to offer. On the grade section, I got an for a specific keyword. However, when I rate my site for that keyword, it does not even rank in the top 50. The keyword is even in the domain! Also, some sites that rank in the top 25 have an F rating for the same keyword. Why do they rank higher?

What do Pro Subscribers Get that Free Users Don't?
I've been playing with my new account here on Moz, and I'm trying to figure out what Pro subscribers get that Free users don't get. Is there a page somewhere that lists the differences? I Googled, but couldn't find one.
