I make a new campaign and nothing happens?

I have just set up an account and when I make my first campaign it stays at stage one, nothing happens?

Hi Belinda,
Thanks for the update! I am glad that your campaigns are up and running now. Yes! As far as that login issue, we are working on fixing that. If you have any issues with your individual account in the future, please email the Help Team at help@moz.com. Thanks so much for hanging in there. We appreciate your patience.

Hi Christy
It is working now thank you. Although I am finding that the system doesn't always save my campaign settings. For example, after adding social and competitor information, then when I return to the interface, having signed out and signed back in, I need to add some settings again, such as the campaigns social settings and competitor settings. Currently now, all is saving correctly.
Regards
Belinda

Hi,
I have now tried this stage on:
iMac : Safari, Chrome, Firefox - cookies allowed
Mac Mini: Safari, Chrome, Firefox - cookies allowed
iPad
PC: Chrome, Opera, Firefox - cookies allowed
every single time I add the first stage details of Campaign name and site to track, press next, the wheel spins then nothing, all options remain greyed out.
This is very annoying when your information says you can get up and running in 5 minutes.
Can you advise please.
Belinda

sounds as if there is something wrong with your settings within the browsers in general... do you accept cookies?
If you have the possibility to use a different PC/MAC or even a tablet you should try out that...
I use moz with Opera under Win 7 Ultimate and everything works fine...

Hi, When I go to Creat a Campaign, stage one seems to be 'basics' I enter a campaign name and a site to track, press next and then nothing happens...
It doesn't take me to the next stage.
I have tried the form in Safari, Firefox and Chrome, nothing happens to take me to the next stage of setting up a campaign ?

how many time has passed since you set up your campaign?
It might take up to 1 week until you get any (first) data...

Campaigns
I wanted to track different pages on my website with Moz in terms of keyword positions. Do I have to set up a new campaign for each url on my website that I want to track? I have to test campaigns set up in the free trial at present and it seems easy to track url movements when it is set up in its own page.

Moz not recognising url to setup a new account
I am attempting to setup a new account for my client but Moz is having a problem and not registering the url http://www.esc.uk.net/. I get the "oops" message & read the info on the FAQ page it refers to. Why do I keep getting an "Oops" message when I type and submit my campaign URL? To create a campaign, we need to receive a valid HTTP response from the web server hosting your site. While the site may be accessible from a standard web browser, other user-agents and search engine bots may receive a different response. If you receive this error, we recommend running a test by sending an HTTP response using any online HTTP tool. Using an online HTTP tool I believe I received an HTTP response. What else can I do? Regards Terry

My campaign hasn't updated since wk of Sept 18-24
Even though it shows it should run weekly the campaign appears to be stuck. Also, it seems like campaign frequency should be a variable under campaign settings, but isn't. Is there a way to manually run the campaign to add the data?

New to using MOZ. Familiar with Google Analytics. With MOZ is there a code snippet to include on my site?
Just taken over web marketing responsibilities at my company. Will be doing some major website upgrades soon. I'm not familiar with MOZ and don't want to overwrite anything. So when setting up MOZ, is there a code snippet that goes anyplace on the site like there is with Google analytics? Thanks.

We have lot's of vertical markets (roughly 13), and lot's of business area's (7). From a reporting perspective I need to report by business area, as well as by vertical market. On top of this, we have 9 regional website.
