I make a new campaign and nothing happens?

I have just set up an account and when I make my first campaign it stays at stage one, nothing happens?

Thanks for the update! I am glad that your campaigns are up and running now. Yes! As far as that login issue, we are working on fixing that. It is working now thank you. Although I am finding that the system doesn't always save my campaign settings. For example, after adding social and competitor information, then when I return to the interface, having signed out and signed back in, I need to add some settings again, such as the campaigns social settings and competitor settings. Currently now, all is saving correctly.

ve done everything you can do... the reason why it doesn
t work can`t be figured out by ourselves, it seems... please use: help@moz.com and send them our conversation for example... tell the support about your issue directly... they can and will help you then!sorry for not being more helpful at this point

I have now tried this stage on:
iMac : Safari, Chrome, Firefox - cookies allowed
Mac Mini: Safari, Chrome, Firefox - cookies allowed
iPad
PC: Chrome, Opera, Firefox - cookies allowed
every single time I add the first stage details of Campaign name and site to track, press next, the wheel spins then nothing, all options remain greyed out.
This is very annoying when your information says you can get up and running in 5 minutes.
Can you advise please.

sounds as if there is something wrong with your settings within the browsers in general... do you accept cookies?
If you have the possibility to use a different PC/MAC or even a tablet you should try out that...
I use moz with Opera under Win 7 Ultimate and everything works fine...

Hi, When I go to Creat a Campaign, stage one seems to be 'basics' I enter a campaign name and a site to track, press next and then nothing happens...
It doesn't take me to the next stage.
I have tried the form in Safari, Firefox and Chrome, nothing happens to take me to the next stage of setting up a campaign ?

how many time has passed since you set up your campaign?
It might take up to 1 week until you get any (first) data...

Problem creating campaign
Hello everyone! I am a newbie here. I am trying to create a campaign, however I got stuck at the first step! It says 'We have already started building this campaign. If you entered the wrong URL and would like to track a different site, please create a new campaign." please see attached image. I thought it would be very straight forward... I have tried to create another campaign with a different website and it worked, so I don't understand what has gone wrong with this campaign. I'm setting up a new campaign and getting the error "This does not appear to be a valid URL" What's wrong?
I've tried multiple times (over 2 days) with every variation of the URL with no luck. Any ideas for why the URL does not seem to be working?

Campaign Setup Re-Direction
Hello!I am trying to setup my first campaign, we have a GEOIP re-direct in place for the .co.uk domain to go to the .com site however we have specified that bots do not get re-directed.When I enter the .co.uk domain name at setup stage I get the following message: "We have detected that the domain mywebsiteco.uk redirects to www.mywebsite.com. We do not recommend tracking a redirect URL. Would you like to track www.mywebsite.com for this campaign instead?" I have setup the rogerBot user agent in Firefox to see if I get re-directed but I do not so I can't figure out why i'm getting this message. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks Chirs

I am new to MOZ, I set up one tracking campaign two weeks ago, I have tracked no keywords, I have done some keyword research for ranking difficulty and in two weeks I have already hit 50K pages crawled, I'm maxed out, is this common?
I am a startup and can't afford the higher plans yet. And even their highest plan is 600K pages crawled, which seems really low considering how lightly I used the tool and how quickly I hit 50K. Does anyone have any advice or information on how they use the tool on lower packages? Did I do something wrong to hit 50K pages crawled that fast? Does this pricing make any sense, it seems like an incredibly high price, I love the tool, any help is appreciated.
