Localeze Listing Managed By Someone Else?
-
According to Localeze, we don't have a listing for our Tampa office. However, according to Moz Local, it is managed by someone else. What does that mean? Is Moz Local telling me that their services can't manage Localese and I need to do that listing myself or that someone else has control of our listing and I need to figure out how to get it from them? Or, does it mean something else entirely?
Thanks,
Ruben

Yeah, we aren't paying for anything, but I'll send the email. Thanks for responding, and thanks Miriam!

Hi Ruben,
Thanks for reaching out!
In a nutshell, Localeze is just one of our partners that we push data to. If you've already uploaded your local data and are paying for Localeze, the only thing that will happen is that we won't push any updates to them.
In this case I would suggest submitting a help ticket to help@moz.com, this way we can dig into the issues involved with this situation a little more deeply.
We look forward to hearing from you soon and wish you a wonderful day!

Thanks!

Unsolved Listing Permanence
Do listings revert to original state after cancelling Moz Local subscription? I know Yext is a feed that needs to be in place for their listings to show, and when you cancel the subscription, the listings all revert to how they were before you started (if you are lucky). I was told that Moz Local was different by a rep of the underlying platform that Moz white labels. Is this true , or still true? Thanks

What do I do if the business listed in Moz Local Business Listing for Yellow Pages is wrong?
Hey there! I have a business listing set up in Moz Local. The system seems to have accurately found the business on most networks, but on Yellow Pages, it has a completely different business listed (my business is a Pilates studio and it has a soccer club listed). What are the steps I can take to fix this? I can claim my listing on Yellow Pages, but after I do that, how does Moz Local associate the two? Thanks, --eric

Difference in dashboard accuracy vs listing accuracy
On the dashboard of our listings, the accuracy is different than when you click on the listing. For example, one listing says 93% when you look on the dashboard, but when I click on it is says "88%, get it to 99%". Why is there a difference?

If I "close" a duplicate listing on Factual, Acxiom, SuperPages, Bing or Localeze, what exactly happens?
When I click "close" for a duplicate location with wrong information, does it mark that location as PERMANENTLY CLOSED on the website (factual, acxiom, etc), or does it delete it from that website? Additionally, once that location on that site is marked as permanently closed or deleted, does Moz Local then re-add the correct information to that site? Thanks!!!

"We were unable to validate the following listings with Google or Facebook"
Hi, I'm trying to submit the Moz Local service and it keeps saying unable to validate the listing even though our Facebook and Google accounts have been provided and match the listing. Has anyone else had this problem? It seems to be struggling to find our listing for some reason.

Moz Local, listings still not correct
I've been using Moz Local on all my clients. One client in particular, I've been using Moz Local on for 6 months. Their Moz Local stats all look good inside the dash board. While killing some time the weekend, I ran a few reports on them in Bright Local. None of the sites Moz Local is supposed to be pushing too has the correct listings. They are all different just like before I started. Why is this?

Localeze Duplicates
I'm trying to resolve a localeze duplicate but the link provided errors out with a 500 error when you get to localeze. Is anyone else seeing this issue. I was really hoping Moz Local would help there, because of the one edit a year localeze policy if you don't have some form of account.
