Website blocked by Robots.text while in Google Places Pending.

Hello everyone,
If I have pending google places listing, and I added my websites robot.text to block search engines. Will I still get accepted in Google Place?
The reason is. We want to block the Google Places listings from search, and only show up on the google places listings. As we have to have a similar website with more explicit content we want to rank on the search results.

Why does my business does not appear on Google Maps ?
I recently created a Google + Profile for a client (I'm from Canada), even created a profile for Google Maps, received the code and my business is now verified. It's been nearly three weeks and the business still does not show or is even marked on Google Maps. I reviewed my profile to make sure I did not forget anything. Is there something that I can do to get my listing back in Places?
My Google Places listing is not showing as of Friday. The business name is Emerald Coast Carpet Cleaning in Shalimar, Florida. The area that I'am trying to show for is the Fort Walton/ Destin area. All my competitors are still showing in Places but mine is not. I am still seeing it on the map though. I didn't change anything in the profile in the past 14 days.
