I've purchased a PR 6 domain what will be best use of it ? Should make a new site or redirect it to my low pr sites? Or I wasted my $100 ?

Two great answers here already.
Basically, you may have a strong resource to work with but Google is also keen on not allowing brand new site owners from benefitting too much from the authority of newly-purchased websites. Google is a domain registrar for the sole purpose of accessing comprehensive whois information and understanding when websites / domains change hands. If a domain's registration information, hosting and content changes drastically, there is nothing stopping Google from removing the authority that domain once had.
Again, this is not to say that the domain won't be useful, but you will probably need to build a useful site on that domain that reflects the quality of the links that have helped it achieve a PR6 in the past. Simply redirecting it to a new location will probably not be of much use - I seem to remember that Google started stamping out that practice's usefulness five or six years ago.
$100 also seems quite cheap for a PR6 domain, but maybe you lucked out!

There are a lot of questions to be asked to give you the best answer possible.
What does the link profile look like? Are any of the old pages indexed? Is this an expired domain? Did it have a penalty before? What are the metrics behind the domain (ie MozTrust, Citation Flow, etc)
Just because it was a PR6 doesn't mean it still has PR6 value. I've seen a lot of PR sites that get that way because of a 301 redirect. Metrics behind the domain are way more important to me than the actual PR#. I've sen PR1 sites provide better link juice than PR3 sites because of the relevancy of the site and the link profile of site.
That being said. I would throw the domain into Majestic SEO, SEMRush and do a site: search.
Here are some useful resources to help you going forward:

Buying a domain for the purpose of redirecting isn't the best use unless its in the same niche the link profile will look different. You could work on creating a separate site with good content that engages people and then can get a good link via that or risk 301 the site however its not a guarantee of a boost in SEO and could just dilute some of the links you've already earnt. It depends on how white/ black hat you want to play it really. White hat wise you've wasted your money, black/grey hate there are some uses but they don't always work.

'SEO Footers'
We have an internal debate going on right now about the use of a link list of SEO pages in the footer. My stance is that they serve no purpose to people (heatmaps consistently show near zero activity), therefore they shouldn't be used. I believe that if something on a website is user-facing, then it should also beneficial to a user - not solely there for bots. There are much better ways to get bots to those pages, and for those people who didn't enter through an SEO page, internal linking where appropriate will be much more effective at getting them there. However, I have some opposition to this theory and wanted to get some community feedback on the topic. Anyone have thoughts, experience, or data to share on this subject?

Can I Use Meta NoIndex to Block Unwanted Links?
I have a forum thread on my site that is completely user generated, not spammy at all, but it is attracting about 45 backlinks from really spammy sites. Usually when this happens, the thread is created by a spammer and I just 404 it. But in this instance, the thread is completely legit, and I wouldn't want to 404 it because users could find it useful. If I add a meta noindex, nofollow tag to the header, will the spammy pagerank still be passed? How best can I protect myself from these low quality backlinks? I don't want to get slapped by Penguin! **Note: I cannot find contact information from the spam sites and it's in a foreign language.

How should I use the 2nd link if a site allows 2 in the body of a guest post?
I've been doing some guest posting, and some sites allow one link, others allow more. I'm worried I might be getting too many guest posts with multiple links. I'd appreciate your thoughts on the following: 1. If there are 50+ guest posts going to my website (posted over the span of several months), each with 2 links pointing back only to my site is that too much of a pattern? How would you use the 2nd link in a guest post if not to link to your own site? 2. Does linking to .edu or .gov in the guest post make the post more valuable in terms of SEO? Some people recommend using the 2nd link to do this. Thanks!

What to do if you've been hacked.....
Just logged into our CMS system and it appears we have been hacked. All page titles have been hijacked adding a secondary title tag linking out to website http://emapaydayloans.com with anchor text pay day loans. Our Web Dev team are working on fixing the hack now. My concern is the potential knock on effect to SEO. This looks like a bad neighbourhood site: 3 pages indexed PR 0 And for I don't know how long we've had almost every page on all our domains linking out with the following page title including the same link and anchor text: payday loans I assume its a wait and see at this stage.

First of 183 million with 6 backlinks
Hello Everyone, I am from Hungary and i'd like to ask about a Hungarian site: www.viagra.info.hu. (do not need to speak Hungarian to be able to answer) If you type viagra in google.hu this is the first page of 183 million (not bad) with a wonderful number of 6 backlinks, coming before wikipedia and 70000 backlink sites. Additional info: site is one year old:) I can not discover the black hat but surely there is. Any idea? My other question is how they are doing that when looking from the serps below their description tag there are 3 links (their menus) that are not sitelinks? Someone please help me

Interesting Case Study. Website with 70 PA and 73 DA but PR 0?
http://www.jewelry.hyper-info.com/ This website has no backlinks reported on google, but loads of backlinks across the web. It also doesn't even rank top 50 on its topic keyword [Jewelry Tips]. I would be very wary of building a link on a site like this, but thats my opinion. How would you rate this websites link based on this data?
