Hi All,

How can share other website content in our website and same for other user, how can share our content on his website?

Everyone is saying, sharing content will be good but Google saying you can add duplicate content so i want to know process for content sharing to earning natural links.

I just answered this question where you asked it on another thread. In brief, sharing content does not mean copying and pasting the content, it means sharing a link or otherwise telling people about the source of the content.

Backlinks on sites that aren't relevant, how does google determine relevancy?

I have a competitor who I've talked about on here before about how they passed us in ranking for our main keywords and that they were a new site ( less than 6 months old ). Well after further digging a few things were found out: Our site seems to have a penguin penalty causing our keywords ( a group of synonyms as well ) from ranking better than rank 30. As well our competitor has been using this weird backlink tactic of using SEO sites ( a friend? ), a parent site to prop it up ( footer links and others ) as well has links inside articles that aren't relevant as in having a commercial niche page inside a lawyer site page talking about phone dialing. Then the low DA directory sites. I'm curious as to if penguin algo will catch them once it comes out, if not penguin a manual review would certainly catch their tactics, but this site is doing everything else other than proper SEO. What do you think?

Linkbuild on 'new' or 'old' url?

Hi, I'm trying to rank for a keyword. For the last year and 4 months the rank hasn't changed much. It stays on the 3th page. Within this period the rank has first gone down and then up. Three months ago I started doing linkbuilding for the url the keyword was linked to. This is a main category page. Lately, I don't know when exactly I've discovered that the keyword is ranking for a different url, a product category of these items for 1 brand. I'm wondering if it's wise to shift my focus and start using the 'new' url for linkbuilding? The 'old' url isn't in the top 100 for the keyword. However, if you search for the url in Google, it shows up. And, if I'm advised to shift my focus to the 'new' url, is it advisable to go back and change the backlinks to the 'new' url? A question related to the above one, is there another tool like Open Site Explorer which shows you an overview of the backlinks directing to a deeplink? Like MajestickSEO. I'm trying to get the most extensive overview possible. Thanks in advance.

Google Website Ranking Problem

I have a website with not so big amount of backlinks and PA 16 DA 6. I try to search it in semrush and its do not show me any result for it. But I have different website with DA 18 and PA 9 and it is indexed in google. It is have 4 keyword not so well but at least it is indexed and I can begin to bring backlinks and blogs and it will grow up. What can be problem about this website. I do not give website link here to avoid problem. But i can send link in private. But what you can recommend to me to do to make this website show up in google.

I have identified some potential long tail keywords. But I am not a good writer. My strengths are in programming so I am coding the web site. In the mean time, what is the best way to create related content in terms of blog entries. I intend to have landing page in my blog and rank it as high as possible. Google Disavow File Update

Is there any specific format to update the Disavow file? Also if I submitted the file a months ago, and need to update it now... should I leave the old 'excluded domains' or should I remove them? Lets say this is what I have: How would you update it? #explanation from to Google went here... and ended here.

Why does my infographic rank better on other websites than my own?

I recently created an infographic that was quite popular in my niche and a lot of people linked to it and embedded it on their own sites. Now, if you search the term I was trying to rank for, everybody who linked to me ranks higher than the page that everyone is linking to and it's the page where the original graphic was posted. According to SEOmoz, I have the highest Domain and Page Authority than everyone else in front of me. How the hell is this possible? Client Content Strategy (or lack of)

Hey everyone, I just finished pitching a client for some SEO work. He said he does not want to write any type of content. He also said his industry is so unique that he does not want anyone else writing content for him either. His site has about 25 pages of total content now. I am going to get all of his onpage seo good to go but what would you do? Just build links? I really prefer to have some sort of content strategy in place but find it can be challenging with clients.

Buying Branded URL's

Hello A competitor of mine has a bunch of branded terms that they purchased, with backlinks point to their main site, is there a specific reason they do this? If I analyze the links on the "branded url" theres it has very little juice/authority? Is it worth it to do this? ex www.siteCOUPON.com. or www.mainsite.biz I have a .ca and something similar to our site re-directing through register.com in Iframe. But would they just be using those terms because it has high search volume? Would this help me in anyway? Thank you!
