Hi, today I receive email with your invoice. The problem is that this invoice is from october when was end of trial moz. In october I am not receive any email from you if I would like to continue with moz and which moz I would like to choose. Today I receive invoice period of 11.10. to 11.11.2014. Also in this time I am not used moz, not added or changed anything in moz so this payment is from me is not correct from your side. I am confident that you can see if some trial customer used moz or not. This is not correct for you. Also I sent some massage your help tim in billing information. This message I can not see in the private messages so I want to know if you receive it and why I am not see it in private messages. Also I wrote that you cancle my account, gebet card, delite me from all your lists and refund me a money.
-
Thanks for the heads up! Since billing matters are usually best resolved via email, I'll reply to the email we had going. You will hear from me in a few minutes
-
Hello Abe,
I still haven't received refund. Can you please check asap?
-
Thanks very much for your help!
-
Hey Thommas,
I'm afraid I don't see that you've replied to the email that I responded to yesterday. If you send in a new email with each reply, those don't come directly to me; they just go into a queue that is shared by everyone on the help team.
As for the period between, 6/23 and 7/12, I'm afraid the renewal on 6/13 was for a monthly contract and we aren't able to provide partial refunds. We did provide a full refund for the month of July, and you will see that back in your account shortly.
-
I'll respond to your ticket now, we are working on improving the timing of our billing system now and I apologize for the confusion. Never hesitate to write in directly to help@Moz.com for anything billing related and we will certainly get back to you as fast as we can, we promise.
-
sorry to jump in the middle of this but i have similar question. My trial ends on 16.07 and i suppose to cancel it today because i don't use this service anymore. But today MOz just went ahead and charge my visa with monthly fee for next month, Please check my case and cancel money booking or refund. (i already send ticket)
-
Thanks Chiaryn, that's correct. I have cancelled on 6/23 as this was the day I moved my campaigns from moz to serpbook.
Shouldn't I also receive a refund for the period from 6/23 to 7/12 ?
btw, I tried the email support yesterday but still no response.
-
Hello Thommas,
I am so sorry that you ran into this issue! It seems there was a syncing error in the backend that caused your account to remain active, although I do see that you cancelled your account on 6/23. I sincerely apologize for that.
This confirms that I have fully canceled your account and issued you a refund for the charge on 7/12. You should see the funds back in your account within the next 2-3 business days.
If you need any other assistance, it would be best if you can follow up via the email request, as I will be quicker to respond that way.
Chiaryn

This is rather urgent as my card was billed even tho I canceled my subscription last month.
-
I'm seeing two emails from you within the past three hours to our help desk. We generally respond within 24 hours, so you will be hearing back. I wanted to let you know the emails weren't lost.
-
I have emailed already but nobody got back to me. You really should have a phone support for billing
-
I'm seeing you as still a pro subscriber. If you can't see anything at the billing page in your profile, please send us an email at help@moz.com and we can fix things up from there.
-
there is no such option when I log in there. I have unsubscribed from Pro some tine ago but to my surprise I was invoiced again even tho I am no longer a pro subscriber. I need a refund ASAP.
-
From the billing page at https://moz.com/billing, there's a live chat option. We may not have the live chat available as many hours today, as many of us are at MozCon right now, but there will be people there to answer any tickets you submit.

Moz having a few issues with their site?
I've seemed to have a load of issues as of late. Just small graphical things but still enough to make me concerned. 1. https://moz.com/community/users/4207879 being noindex (however it seems to other users an external tools work) (image proof: https://i.gyazo.com/2e77c94ffd068718e9e149e8afef1e44.png ) 2. Moz Point Swag
So, I've been away from the SEO world for a few years but now I'm back in full swing and I noticed I have enough points for "A special MozPoints t-shirt and a Roger vinyl figurine" but had never gotten those because I assume it must have become an added swag during my hiatus... but I'd absolutely love to get hold of that as my boss is a big Roger fanboy and it would be hilarious to have that on my desk as a friendly mocking. If I can't, I can't. But I figured it couldn't hurt to ask.

Moz Pro Reports - Can I create Monthly client reports?
I am just trying to work out if I am able to create monthly SEO reports? I see that when setting up a custom report in my campaigns, i can get it to run daily, weekly or monthly. But i'm just double checking that if i set the reports to run monthly, its going to collect all of the data from that full month, not just grab the data from the most recent week? Thanks

On Page Optimization and Page Grader in Moz Needs Some Fixes
Okay, so I've brought this up a couple times to your team and have always been met with resistance and confusion, but I really feel like the fundamental design of your on page grader (the auto one) needs some changes in order to be really useful. Let's start with the basics. An on page grader is supposed to be a tool where you can enter your keyword or keywords and have it scan the URL to see how well the keyword has been implemented on the page. It checks for heading use, anchor text, alt tags, frequency of use, etc. We all should get this if we are here. Now, your manual page grader does just that and does a great job of it. I find it very useful for checking newly created pages, landing pages, competitor pages and the like. However, your auto version found in the Search > On-Page Optimizations is the culprit here. So, according to several staff at Moz, this tool scans your site every week when the rest of your site scan is done. It then takes the rankings of pages for ranked and tracked keywords and assigns a grade for that page. Here's the major problem.... in almost all of my accounts, it very rarely gets the association with keyword and URL correct. Thus, it returns a low page grade even though the grade of the URL would be an A or B for the correct keyword. What seems to be happening is I'm tracking multiple keywords, sometime close variations. This grade tool in a lot of cases is grading a page more than once for several keywords it's ranking for. All the variants it gets a low grade for because the exact keywords isn't in the title, headings, etc. The second thing that seems to be happening is some pages are not being graded using the primary keyword, but instead a variation. In this case it only shows low grades for the page. On one occurrence of trying to discuss this issue with you, I got scoffed at for saying the tool was "guessing at which keyword to use for the grade". Your staff was very adamant in saying "it's not a guess!" My counter point was, call it what you want, it's in accurate to the intended keyword to be optimized for. Now, when one first gets to this tool, all of the above doesn't seem like that big of a deal because there's an "add & manage page grade" section. This section allows you to add and manage page grades. So, one would think that you could go to this tool, add an page grades for keywords that the tool didn't automatically associate and delete ones that it added with an incorrect association and that would be the end of it. However, that's NOT quite the end of it. At your own admission, the tool doesn't function like that. Each week when a new scan is completed, these pages grades essentially reset. So any page grade that you deleted will simply show right back up again. Now, before I go any further, let me explain why this is such an issue for me. First, on page optimization is something my company does and sells as a service and we are pretty good at it. Not saying we're the best, but we're better than most. That said, one of my reasons for choosing Moz was because according to the verbiage on the pages, one can create branded reports to include on page optimization. However, when the tool doesn't get the right keyword to landing page AND there's no way to manually override it, then basically all of my reports make it look like my pages grades suck, when in face they don't. Now, if in my campaigns I only added the exact keyword for each page and didn't do any variations of, then this tools becomes much more accurate. However, I want to track multiple variations. Bottom line is this: I need a page grading and reporting tool I can count on and actually use. Thus far, you solution is riddled with problems and every time I bring it up, you fight me on it saying it's working as it's supposed to. What I'm saying here is "as it's supposed to" is fundamentally wrong. I'd like to discuss this with someone at this point, and preferably someone a bit higher up than a first tier support person because frankly, I'm not getting anywhere. Overall I love your service, but it's things like this that have me questioning wether or not Moz is right. I'm giving you opportunity after opportunity to prove to me that it is. Help me work this out so we can continue that trend. Thanks, Micha

My Whole Moz Account Went Missing - Started From Scratch But Not Working Again
Hi guys my whole moz account went awol - lost all my previous campaign data in terms of search listings - got a bit fed up so started from scratch, the first week was ok but now I login to see where I am on the search engines and all I get is '-' can anyone help - I am paying top dollar for this service but it seems so unstable, I thought I was using this to save me time keying in hundreds of search phrases and manually checking them and as I am sure many of you will appreciate checking daily can drive you crackers so I signed up with the belief that once a week I would get an in depth report and as such I could take a sigh of relief and get away from the obsessive compulsion to check my listings daily - this does not seem to be the case - pretty frustrated to be honest. kind regards Gareth

Is Moz creating a Bunker-Mentality with its Customers?
I’ve been using Moz (and SEOMoz) for almost 3 years. During that time, I’ve found them to be very engaged; however, during the last several months, I’ve found a shift in this philosophy—which is a bit disheartening: SEOMoz used to have a very simple contact-us page that listed an email to the help desk as well as the office. Now, they have the locations of the two Moz offices, with no phone numbers or emails. Moz’s help hub, used to have a form that could be completed when you were having issues. Now, there is only a list of community-managed resources to access. The only way you can find the way to contact their help desk is if something breaks & the website gives you an email help@moz.com. However, this email account seems to get overloaded quite often and you will get a “Delivery Response Failed” message because their inbox is full. Does anyone know how to get a hold of Moz directly? I'm having some issues accessing Moz Analytics and really need help from their support team.
