How do I conduct organic SEO for a company with 2 locations?

Hi,
I'm currently working on improving rankings for a web design company. I think i'm possibly getting a bit hung up on this but I'm a bit stuck! The company has offices in 2 locations in the UK - in both Leicester and London. Do I need to include the 2 different locations in my keywords to improve ranking for both locations, say someone searching in Leicester searching for say 'web design Leicester'? ie one of my page titles (with keywords) is currently:
Web design agency, Graphic design, Branding, Leicester & LondonAm I going about this in the right way?

If you are looking for local accounts then I would focus first on your local markets. You may get less traffic but it will be more qualified. It should be a little less competitive as well. Plus it will give you an edge in the local maps, which could completely alter the universal results when they update the UK search to match the US blended search.
But getting ranked locally for "web design" will require some focus on the generic term as well. So I would place a priority on your local target market first. Go for "web design Leicester" first. Worry about generic rank 2nd.
I would title it:
"Leicester Web Design by COMPANY NAME"
or
"Leicester Web Design | COMPANY NAME"
"Leicester Web Design & Graphic Design | COMPANY NAME"
Ideally if you want to rank for each local term then you would want a page specific to each local search.
"Leicester Web Design | COMPANY NAME"
"Leicester Graphic Design | COMPANY NAME"

You can have landing pages for each location that speaks to those location. You can have both locations listed on the contact page and footer of your site.
Sure, that title works, but I would define Branding a bit better. Corporate Branding
This does not get your company name in the title which is good on the home page at least. That is why it might be best to have one landing page for each as well as your other efforts.

Relevant but not-relevant keywords impact to SEO
Hello, I would like to know if the selection of individual keywords(that are not primary, secondary or tertiary) are important for SEO regardless of the relevancy to the page topic. I am wondering how much of a contribution a non-P1/P2/P3 can make in terms of SEO? For example it is a product page and I have built my content with P1,P2&P3 based only on the product and its properties itself. Do you think that a content gap for the page could be the production process of that product? So lets' say my topic is "hair types" (P1) and my subtopics are "Straight," "wavy," and "curly"(P2s) which I used as subtitles. But throughout the page, I am planning to add some relevant but not-directly-relevant keywords here and there since they have high metrics and volumes. For example a potential sentence I can add: "innovative hair products these days can offer amazing results for the desired hair types". It is not specifically about "hair types" but I am using the keyword "innovative hair products" (good metrics keyword) which may help for the traffic... Another potential not-so-direct sentence can be: "For all hair types, the hair damages are common: heat damage, chemical damage and mechanical damage". Would adding this extra sentence where I am not specifically talking about "hair types" (my topic) but "hair damages" and damage examples (off-topic high metric keywords) help me to drive traffic to my website? And how much of an impact would it be?0 -
How to optimise 2 (almost) identical ecommerce pages
I have an ecommerce site selling only 1 product on subscription. However, I want to offer a free trial of the product on 1 page, and a buy it now on the other, thus 2 pages, but selling exactly the same product. I also thought it would give me the opportunity to rank both pages for separate keywords? Will this strategy work, or should I just look at combining both of these pages into 1 ? If so, would I then just build out blog content around my keyword list? Many thanks

Does a dynamic meta creation harmful for seo?
Hi guys another newbie question. I have this 20 categories and i want each of it to have a dynamic meta to save time rather than doing it manually. All the 20 categories are name of countries. Target keyword: rent a car (category) Lets say im browsing malaysia category. Meta Title: Find affordable rent a car in malaysia Meta Description: Find affordable rent a car in malaysia only here at website.com, call and book for a car now! Meta Keywords: rent a car in malaysia, malaysia rent a car, affordable rent a car malaysia, cheap cars in malaysia Now i move to another category lets say hongkong, the meta should change dynamically by changing just the name of the category Meta Title: Find affordable rent a car in hongkong Meta Description: Find affordable rent a car in hongkong only here at website.com, call and book for a car now! Meta Description: rent a car in hongkong, hongkong rent a car, affordable rent a car hongkong, cheap cars in hongkong and this goes to all other categories as well. Will it hurt my seo? i mean it could be a form of duplicate content or whatever. Also please correct me of doing my meta, if its correct especially in meta keywords i dont want keyword stuffing as a problem why im not ranking. Thanks a lot guys. Anchor Text Phrases: Can you get 2 for 1?
Using a phrase such as "Compare Car Insurance Quotes" as the anchor text, will google count that phrase as an exact much as well as the shorter version "Compare Car Insurance" or is it only the full phrase? I assume also that keyword phrases on the page will count as 2 for 1 as google will just look at the set of words and use both phrases? Thoughts? Ash

What is the relationship/difference between categories and keywords in terms of google local seo?
I know that they are very similar as search signals, but I would like to understand the exact relationship.
