I am trying to upload my local csv file and I have no errors. I have a listing on Google + and Facebook and they look like they match the file exactly. I do not want to setup another list to create duplicates. What do i do?

Hi Jeremy,
Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble with Moz Local! I think I found the issues here :).
For Google+, we'll need you to be registered as a 'verified local business' in order to show up in the Moz Local system. Here's a link to get that process started: https://support.google.com/business/answer/2911778?hl=en&ref_topic=4596754
On Facebook, it looks like your page's name is listed as 'SearchOutsidethebox.com by Jeremy Wood', whereas on Moz Local your name is listed as 'SearchOutsidetheBox.com'. You'll just want to make sure that those match up as well, and we should be able to find the page in no time!
I hope this helps! Enjoy your day, and keep on Mozzing on!

Hey Jeremy
I think the problem is that your Google+ page needs to be a business page and it also needs the address of the business added there.
You can make a business page here: http://www.google.com/business/
Google will have to verify that you are at that address and then it will take some time to update after that, so if you re-upload the CSV and it's still telling you that, it might just take some time for everything to show that it is in order.
Hope that helps!

Unsolved can I set up a white-labeled version of Moz local
I am wondering if Moz Pro account users have the option to set up a white-labeled version of the Moz Local Listings Checker? And if so, how? It would be an excellent tool to entice customers to sign up for our services.

Moz Local not finding Facebook page
I've got a listing on Moz Local - www.carolinasmilesnc.com. It finds most listings OK. When looking for other listing services where it locates a matching listing, it cannot seem to find the Facebook page. They have identical phone numbers as what we submitted (verified by Google) as well as the street address. We keyed in the Facebook link in the details of the listing for Moz Local. Moz Local only shows an option to create a page. How do I get it to connect to the existing and very robust Facebook page?

How does Moz Local respond when confronted with a YEXT verified listing?
From what I can tell, Yext overrides Moz Local. So if you're paying Moz Local for listing service & someone else comes along and purchase Yext for that same business's listing, the directories incorporated with Yext WILL NOT listen to Moz Local. They show the Yext listing information. Can I get this confirmed by someone at Moz? Point being... if in Moz Local vs Yext, Moz Local always loses to Yext, there's not a lot of point in having Moz Local -- Especially since Yahoo now requires Yext to update Yahoo Local Map listings.

In Moz local my listing percentages have been decreasing the past couple of weeks and are not updating anymore. How can I get these updating again and back to increasing to be complete?
In Moz local my listing percentages have been decreasing the past couple of weeks and are not updating anymore. How can I get these updating again and back to increasing to be complete? This has been happening to almost all of my listings, I have 39 listing and of those only 6 listing percentages increased, 4 stayed the same and the rest decreased significantly over the last 2 weeks.

How to create a moz local listing for a service area?
I have a client who service a very wide area, from a major city to about 100 miles north of it, they only have one location but their business is never conducted inside the office. When creating a moz local CSV, any special suggestions on how to best configure it so it's listed for a wide area? Thanks!
