Google Local Listing Ranking/Traffic Metrics in the Google Search Console?

A client of mine asked me if it was possible to see local listing data (ranking/traffic stats) in the Google Search Console for a URL. I figured the Google Search Console only shows organic metrics not 3-pack/local listing performance. However I could be mistaken.

Does the Google Search Console report this?

Choosing Your Own Photo for Google Business?

When we type in our business name, our google business profile comes up on the right-hand side per usual. However, the photo that is displayed is not the one we want to be displayed. Is there a way to change that? Is there a way to tell google "this is the photo we want to display in search?" Is Moz Local useful for a specialized small business?

I can see the use of Moz Local for businesses for the general public, like a restaurant. But is it useful for a more specialized business like a recording studio? The studio ranks high on Google already for our city (usually #1 but some days #2). It's not like people are driving around and grab their phone to look up an emergency recording studio stop. Is it useful?

How to have profiles removed from google feature box

I have a client who is a lawyer and used to work at law firm. Since he has opened his own practice. But if I do a search for my clients name a google feature box comes up and says he works for this previous law firm. How do I get this removed. There is no mention of him on the competitors web site.

Business Name Change and Local Listings

Hi, I'm working with a local bakery. We're going to change the name, rebuilt the site and branding, change to a new domain. My question is: Is it better to do all the local listings now, then go and update the name and website when we launch, or is it better to wait until the new site launches? Also, we're merging the catering brand into the new brand, what should I do with the old profiles from the catering business? There are 7 good reviews on various platforms (Facebook, Yelp, Google) Thanks!
