Multiple locations for business displaying in search

I have two locations for my business but now if I search for the term "car medics" on Google search only one of the locations display now. I'm not exactly sure when this change happened but If you refer to my August screenshot http://puu.sh/lACx7/6329ef916e.png compared to today's screenshot http://puu.sh/lABPS/415fa451c1.png. The search results used to display both locations which is exactly what I wanted.
How can I have this corrected? I don't want people to think I only serve at one location. I specifically made two location pages instead of listing both on a single contact page on my website to delineate I have two locations. Yes I understand both locations will come up if I check Google Maps but I want the same thing for on Google search as well.

My pleasure, and I hope it was helpful. Regarding developing separate landing pages, that's a decision you'll need to make, of course, but as you've raised a concern about Google not properly showing both locations, what I'm explaining to you is something that could possibly help with this. It's totally fine that the cities are close to one another. That's common for many businesses. But if you want each office you have to be treated as separate and equal, unique landing pages and unique citation sets will be the common best practice advice you'll see for this scenario.

Thanks for the suggestions and for pointing out about the NAP issue. I didn't notice it until now but the Perth Rd listing should be showing Glenburnie and the proper postal code not Elginburg like I have it set to in the GMB dashboard yet it's not reflecting this properly in the search or maps which is something I'll have to contact Google about.
While I understand I shouldn't have both locations if they're not in the same city pointing both to the homepage which is optimised for the city of Kingston, it's because the other location is so close to Kingston I'd rather it be this way than to make a separate landing page for Glenburnie. I'm more so interested in targeting the Kingston area.
I'll do some testing with my phone when I can get a chance to see if only one location displays because I'm in closer proximity to it than the other location to confirm if that is the case.

Thanks for the screenshots - they illustrate your question very clearly. Because I'm not located in Canada, I have to add your city name to my query rather then setting my location. When I search for 'Car Medics Elginburg', I am getting both of your locations, as in your August screenshot.
As to why you are no longer seeing this searching from where you are, it's important to understand that it's always totally up to Google whether they want to display one location or both. Some ideas:
1. It could be that they are only showing you the location physically closest to your mobile or desktop device. Have you tried taking your cell phone closer to the second location and doing the search from there to see if it is then showing as a single result, or as part of a double result?
2. Looks like you're not sharing phone numbers, so that's a good thing.
3. Looks like both businesses could earn some more reviews to make them a bit more powerful.
4. Here's something odd. From the Maps results, I'm clicking on the website link for your Perth Rd. location and am being taken here:
This looks like a homepage, and rather than having Elginburg as the core city term you're optimizing for, it's talking about Kingston. Additionally, in looking up at your masthead, there appears to be NAP discrepancy going on. Your Google My Business data is:
1985 Perth Road
Glenburnie, ON K0H 1S0vs. what is on your website:
1985 Perth Rd, Elginburg,ON K0H 1M0, Canada
So, is this business located in Kingston, Elginburg or Glenburnie? Clearly there is a discrepancy here of some kind that could be contributing to a lack of trust on Google's part in the data they have about your business.

It is not a best practice to have both GMB listings link to the same page on your website. You should have a unique landing page for each location and link your GMB listings to these instead of the homepage. These landing pages should be optimized only for their own NAP - without mixing in other geo-terms. They should feature strong, unique content and be linked to from a high level menu and elsewhere within the website.
In Sum -
You have NAP inconsistency going on for the Perth Rd. Location, and it's very confusing that both listings are clicking to a page talking about Kingston. More effort needs to be made to sort these locations out from one another and to be sure that NAP is consistently listed for each location everywhere it appears on the website, on GMB and on all citations.
Now, whether this will resolve the issue you are experiencing with only one location appearing is another matter. It's very important that you do the above work, but it still could be a user-as-centroid phenomenon you're experiencing on either desktop or mobile devices as you've got 2 locations in 2 different cities. Google may simply be choosing to show you the location nearest you, and I think it would be smart to test this physically with phones, bearing in mind that no 2 customers are guaranteed to see the same results. Their results will also be governed by their own physical location at the time of search, and other forms of personalization. Test both with phones with no geo-terms added to the search query and test with geo-terms added. See what you get.
What I've mentioned here is a start to troubleshooting. There could be other factors involved, but I really hope these quick thoughts help!

Influencing telephone number search
Hey All, I am not sure this is possible but here goes... I've a phone number pulled in from "Google My Business" for the company I work for Caravan Guard Insurance. We have different numbers for specific functions e.g. claims, renewals, quotes. Currently If I type in "caravan guard claims number" into Google Search it shows our general tel number which is clearly pulled in from GMB and the Knowledge Panel. Can this be influenced or have multiple options? For example If I were to search "caravan guard number" it would continue to show our default customer number like present, but if I were to search for "caravan guard claims number" it shows our claims number. Where does the small description on a business listing come from in google maps?
Hi All, Simple question, but I'm struggling to find the answer, so I hope someone is able to help. How Do I Remove Address from Google Business Page?
Not very up to date in handling local listings, so here's my situation. I have an office that is not going out of business, but instead going virtual. So that physical address will no longer exist but the team is intact. So I am dealing with the Google Business Listing page for this office at https://business.google.com/ In the "Published on" section, it has Google Search, Google Maps, and Google+. I want to remove it from Maps and the address from this account. There's an address for this store, but editing it only seems to allow changing, but not removal. There is also the option of "Mark as Permanently Closed", but surely that isn't the best option since that will leave a nasty red "PERMANENTLY CLOSED" in the results when searching. What's the best course of action here?

Map placement on google disappear after claiming business
Hi guys 1st of all pls bear with me as i am new to this, google created a page for our business im not sure how probably its automatic and since it was created by google its unclaimed. My friend have been telling us that everytime he search for our business which is a furniture business located in the philippines he just type in our exact business name "evergreen diamond school supplies" then map or location appear on the right side of the google search engine. After finding out about google business from a friend i tried to claim our business page, we hire a web developer to build a website for us and since our business name is too long "evergreen diamond school supplies" the dev team suggested a shorter name which is "edssph.com" since "edss.com" is not available then after 2 weeks site was done and we launched it. We claimed the unclaimed business page of our business and it took us 3 weeks to receive the post card and now it was verified. We are very happy and when we type our business name "evergreen diamond school supplies" map appears and contact #'s are there and all the necessary info users need but after 2 days whenever i type "evergreen diamond school supplies" location doesnt appear anymore i have to type in "evergreen diamond school supplies taguig" where taguig is our city where our business is located, so what happened? i hope someone here can guide me. If "eevergreen diamond school supplies" doesnt work anymore i am fairly new to local SEO so i'd like to know what happened or what could i have done wrong. thanks in advance

How do I get Google Knowledge Graph to display my schema snippet added on our official website?
Right now, Google is connecting our company google query to a Knowledge Graph that contains Wikipedia information, and a map to the location of our place but with the name of the company spelled wrong. It also says 'Claim this business'. I would like to override this. We have a G+ page for our company , and as well i have added a Schema to display the information correctly in the Knowledge graph. But these changes have not seemed to help to change the knowledge graph. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Bing Places for Business - Worth It?
Hey Fellow Mozzers, I am trying to determine if Bing Places for Business is worth the time and effort it takes to create listings. My business has 900 locations, and would take some time to create the bulk upload file to load into the Bing Places for Business dashboard. My question is, since Bing already does a good job of creating business listings using data from 3rd party sources such as Yelp and Citysearch, where I already have a strong presence for each of my locations, is there any value in overriding the automatically created business page for each of my location with information that I upload?
