It's been 1 year, why hasn't our Moz Local completion percent improved?

Our listing is about to renew, but the completion percentage has not improved since the first month we started with Moz twelve months ago. I see in Moz there are many duplicate listings for this business. I was under the impression that Moz was handling this as part of the yearly fee; is that correct? If not, what needs to be done to resolve these issues and make sure our listings are complete and accurate?

Hey there Brandon! Sorry to hear your local listings haven't completely updated.
We recommend writing in to help@moz.com so we can check out what's going on! In some cases there is a technical issue with the data push that we can clear up, but sometimes it is a delay issue with our partner sites. If you write in with your listing details we'll be happy to take a look!
As for the duplicates, closing them involves a manual review process on our partners' side that, to be honest, can take a while to complete. We can check these out for you, as well, if you write in. Thanks!

Moz Local showing wrong Acxiom Listing
Hey there -- The Acxiom listing that is showing up for a client in Moz Local isn't the clients business. It's showing a different law office. The only overlapping data is the city, state and zip code. For reference, the client has claimed their Acxiom business listing. Anything I can do to fix this? Today I was checking out the MOZ Local product, and when I put in the client name and info, it said $50 a year. When I went to purchase it, it came up at $84! Can anyone explain this please???

Moz Local Not Accepting Full Address
Hi, So we've just purchased the Agency version of Moz Local and decided to submit our agency first. Moz pulls addresses from Google and Facebook, both of which have the correct address for our business. However, when I search for our agency on Moz Local, a line from our address is missing. Moz doesn't allow you edit most of the address for spam reasons, but it lets you enter a manual 'Address Line 2', which is perfect as that's what's missing.... Unfortunately, it appears this has a very low character limit and it only accepts two of the three words in the address - 'Teesside Industrial' instead of 'Teesside Industrial Estate'! For local SEO, your address needs to be perfectly consistent across every single directory... so how do I overcome this if Moz won't allow me to enter our correct address? Cheers, Lewis

Moz Local: How to Update Yahoo?
Hi - I am using Moz Local and trying to update a Yahoo local listing. The Moz link into Yahoo just leads to the Yahoo (Yext) paid service for multiple citation updates. How do you claim and update a Yahoo local business page? It looks like my page was automatically fed from Yelp to Yahoo, but there is no way to update anything in Yahoo without paying their fee. Help?

On Moz Local, localeze says "this listing is already managed by someone else"
Hey Mozzers, For my Moz local listings, there is a yellow exclamation mark on localeze and it says "this listing is already managed by someone else". My company previously had a listing with localeze, but we closed it early this year. How can I remove localeze's control of our account? How can I make sure Localeze is feeding all the appropriate sites with the correct information? thanks, Evan Jerkunica
