Remove moz team conversation bubble

That little notification bubble on the bottom right corner of my account has finally gotten well beyond the point of irritation. Is there any way that I can permanently disable this?

Thanks for the response, David. It would be nice if it could be disabled somewhere in our settings or moved elsewhere on the page. I actually have a lot of things going on in the lower-right portion of my screen, so that is a very annoying place to have something.

We can remove your from our list of receiving unsolicited messages but cannot disable the bubble entirely as this is our easiest way for our customers to reach out to our help team for issues.

SEMrush has one of those bubbles.
I had severe vision problems when I first subscribed there and had to use the bottom of my monitor to assist in reading tabular data.
When I complained to SEMrush they quickly added an "X" to the bubble, and it now disappears for the rest of my visit.
I recently had surgery to fix my vision problems and now its still nice to get rid of that bubble.

Why Moz DA of my website not increasing?

Attempts to fix MOZ recommended issues resulted in drastic ranking drop.
I have a website built in SquareSpace. https://www.ruffhaus.com/ I recently started working with MOZ to track and improve organic SEO. After my initial site crawl, search visibility was reported at a waping 2.38%. Moz showed several critical crawler issues. Most were redirect, 4xx and long URL. So I started working on fixing the redirect and 4xx issues first. I thought this was a good thing. But now my already sad search visibility has dropped to .07% (-95.97%!). I also went from #1 on keyword, brand implementation plan (and 3 variations), to #27. What? Wondering where I went wrong and how to remedy? This is all new to me so I am sure I'm not providing all the info you need to answer my question. Hoping providing the site URL will help. Fire away!

A lot of duplicate content issues - does Moz understand canonical URL?
Hi, Since I subscribed to Moz my Magento store has given a lot of duplicate content issues. However, I did have a problem with Canonical URL at the time. It has been settled for a couple of weeks by now and although I had 302 redirects before, I configured Magento to 301 today. Since Moz has been crawling and showing duplicate content for exactly the same Magento pages but with endings like store=us, store=aus etc (since I have several store views enabled), I am wondering whether canonical URL does actually help Google to skip these versions of the duplicate pages and does Moz also understand it and will it reduce the amount of duplicate content errors once the 301 redirects and canonical URLs have been properly set for a week or so? Why Moz New Users Are Left Alone?
New users when sign up to an application like Moz need concrete support to make them familiarized the basics at least, but Moz seems to be not realizing this hardship of the new users or intentionally ignoring it. There is no chat service or phone numbers to quickly contact the designated agent for some quick help. Mail responses that are received after much time have their limitations -- not much interactive. Can I upgrade my moz subscription from large to premium without getting my campaigns being deleted?Do i need to wait till the end of the month to resubscribe?
I'm planning to take a large subscription of moz..but i may need a premium account in the future.Can I upgrade it in the middle of my current subscription or will i have to wait till my subscription gets over? Also, I'm planning to take only one month currently but i'll renew it once the month completes so can i continue the same account without my campaigns being deleted?

Moz Analytics - How can I turn a whole report to 'Monthly'?
Hello, After spending 3 days setting up 14 clients on this system, by this, I mean I went through each client and re-made the same report 14 times as there is no alternative..I have noticed on my reports that: 'Dashboard' is set to 'Weekly' Social is set to 'Daily' Branding is set to 'Monthly' First questions, when I try to run a report, I go to Add Module and change 'Weekly' to 'Monthly', but when I press next, it changes itself back again, am I doing something wrong? UPDATE: I have found that I have go back in the reports, change the heading to 'Monthly' and then re-add this section again. How can I just run a whole report with monthly values? Surely, I do not have to re-do the entire report AGAIN, just to get a different value? I am mortified at how unfinished this product is, if this is the case.

Moz Analytics - Custom Report Question
Hello Moz Forums! I'm having problems building custom reports for my clients. So, i've managed to put together a few reports and I've set these to be scheduled for weekly automated emailing! Now, here's the problem, before sending it to my clients, I was testing this by sending it to myself. This is what I receive: http://www.freelance-seo.co.uk/images/Moz.png I don't really want my clients to see 'By Moz!' everywhere when I send this out, is there a way to change this automated mail? Or a way to just just send the PDF without a link? Alternatively, have I just failed in using this product? Edit: Just to clarify! The 'simply change your report settings' option, just takes me to an option to edit the report title, not the email in any way.
