I'm trying to help my friend , I need your suggestion.
I gathered all the data , Please find the attachment , our spam score is 5 as compared with competitors
0 root domain 0 total links
1.)How can we increase the page authority ?
2.)Should i buy more backlinks ? Which website you will recommend me ?
3.) How can i reduce my spam score to 0 or 1 ? I'm not sure about the links which are attached to my website? However, I read in moz article it could be because large domain and few links. It doesn't show any thing on open site explorer.
It looks like we haven't discovered link data for this site or URL.
- We are running google ads , Facebooks ads and twitter.

Unfortunately for you, Moz's spam score is doing its job very well here - there is a lot of spam in your backlink profile.
Looking at your list of referring domains, there are a lot of .ru, .in. .jp links etc which is strange for a US dentist, particularly when they're not in English.
The anchor profile is a pretty good indication of spam here as well: no mention of the company name and in the top 20 most used anchors, only 1 of those isn't a blatant keyword. The other signal I noticed that's often an indication of spam is the fact that you went from 25 links to 411 in a couple of days.
Basically, the best way to lower your spam score is to lower your spam
Quality links should be relevant to what you do and from high quality websites. -

This post should shed some light on how Spam Score is calculated, as should this Whiteboard Friday.
It's calculated differently from, say, Domain or Page Authority, which are nearly straight link metrics. I'd recommend going through both, as they'll give you a much better sense of how to lower your score. -

It's difficult to say without having your domain name and I honestly don't know enough about how Moz generates their spam score metric to give you an accurate answer as to why you have a 5.
That said:
1.)How can we increase the page authority ? Building high quality backlinks will increase your page authority.
2.)Should i buy more backlinks ? Which website you will****recommend me ? This is an easy one: no. Buying backlinks is a great way to increase your spam score
3.) How can i reduce my spam score to 0 or 1 ? I'm not sure about the links which are attached to my website? However, I read in moz article it could be because large domain and few links. It doesn't show any thing on open site explorer.
As I mentioned, I'm not 100% sure this metric is generated but I'd expect that building high quality backlinks to your landing pages will lower this score. Having few links would give you low Page Authority and Domain Authority but I doubt it would increase your spam score unless you only had a handful of links and they were mostly bad.

One website or multiple websites
Im going round in circles with the best way to go about marketting my business from an SEO and usability stand point. My company specialise in self adhesive films and vinyls which give us quite a varied niche. Our main areas are: Window films and interior vinyls such as printed wallpaper, wall coverings, furniture wraps etc for homes and businesses - For this area we cover nationwide Automotive films such as car window tinting, car and van wraps and paint protection films - for this we need the vehicles bringing to us so this is a more local are (around 20 miles of us max) Signs and graphics - anything from office signs, pavement signs to printed banners - these are all commercial and we go to the customer. For this its a new side to the business and Id say wed look to go withing 50 miles of our base. My dilemma is, firstly when pushing social media etc we have a real divide for who we target as we have the home owers and business owners on one hand and then car enthusiasts on the other. Also from an SEO point of view theres the local vs nationwide aspect. A few people I have spoken to have said trying to target local for some services and national for others may be a little problematic. I have some people saying have all services under one domain as the links back to the site and content will all help the site to rank better. This sounds logical to me. But then Ive had other people saying split the site into 2/3 sites. Definitely split the automotive which is local from the other national areas as these are also going to be a different audience 9car enthusiasts vs home/business owners). It will mean doing two lots of SEO but the sites will be more focused on the target audience and we can have one tagret local search and the other national. This too seems very logical. My gut feeling is that both options are sort of right but doesn anyone have any advice that could help me figure this out. Also to make things a little more complicated we have an ecommerce side were we supply goods direct to the public. Woudl I be better to have a fresh domain which is simply an ecommerce platform or have a seperate shop section on my main domain were people can go to buy the products if they dont want us to fit them?

From traction to non existent! What happened to my Photography site and what can I do to fix it?
Aloha guys, To start as I always do with the (awesome) Moz community I wanted to say thanks for the insight! This has to be one of the best online communities and help resource with great positive and concise help that really makes a difference, so many thanks everyone! PS I also do my best to relay what I learn here to fellow business owners and point them to SEO boosting avenues to help support the community as much as possible. Anyways... **My Photo website ** **Current top wedding website (I do enjoy her work!!!) ** Attached below is a link to some stats/graphs! The Problem! After the recent Google update last month I've had a drop in my site visibility from 5.8% and some change to now .7% of search volume.. Painful for my photo & video business here on Kauai to say the least. A few images are attached, is there also any correlations you guys can see or think may help to get my site up to the first page? I know we deliver some of the very best work here on the island and deliver great service too, its a bummer that we cant do more for folks visiting here that dont even know we exist! The question! Do you guys have any ideas on what can be done to get my page to gaining organic traction and doing great again? My goal is to have our business rank for Kauai Wedding Videographer, Kauai Wedding Photographer, and Kauai Family Photographer! My moz dashboard is still saying we're on the way for that but that my search visibility is way way down. Any clarity or ideas are greatly appreciated you guys! If I kill off the franchisee websites and create a corp SEO monster...will my Company's SEO suffer? Pros and Cons?
Our 25 franchisees sell one product of our 7 within the Corporate porfolio. We getting ready to release a brand new corp website employing all the best possible SEO practices. Since the franchisee's barely maintain their 3-page website...we are thinking of killing them off. We will create some market pages on the Corp side and continue to use HubSpot to pass along leads to the individual franchisees. Corporate has robust Content Marketing strategy in place. Any suggestions? Cases studies?

Two websites, same business name, same NAP
Hi, A client of mine offers loft conversions and wants to make a go of it. So he has a website dedicated to loft conversions. He is also a joiner/carpenter and has another old website which offers general joinery work and insurance work. Both websites have the same business name and same address and phone number. There is only one Google place page for the loft conversions website. The loft conversions website is not ranking as well as we would like locally. Could it be due to the same NAP? What are the best options? Redirect the old website to the loft conversions one (he might not like that idea) Change the address and phone number on one website?(and all subsequent citations?) Would love some help on this!

Have you heard of any white hat methods for influencing Google's auto suggest/auto complete?
We have a client who has a "friend" who says he can get keyword phrases that include their business name to show up in Google's auto suggest when doing a search. We have not heard much about this and are skeptical to these claims as we know how Google comes up with these suggested keyword phrases. Wondering if anyone in the community heard much about tactics to influence auto suggest/auto complete and would like to know your opinion about it.
