How often does Moz crawl my website ?
(I have a number of issues I believe I have fixed, and wondered if there was a manual request to re-crawl ?)
Thanks.
Austin.

Perfect, thanks.

Thank you, Auston, I was unsure of the number of pages thanks for clearing that up

Hi Austin
All campaign updates occur once a week on the same day based on when the campaign was first created. The crawl tests Thomas suggested is helpful as well for instant crawls. Our crawl-test in research tools will limit to 3000 pages.
Cheers!

You asked "how often Moz crawls a site" I'm assuming you are asking about a campaign that would be once a week per a campaign & depending on the size/ number of pages of the site
See FAQ
https://moz.com/help/guides/moz-pro-overview/crawl-diagnostics
There are methods you could either create another campaign however my advice would be to use Moz simply crawl test it will let you crawl your site for issues immediately.
https://moz.com/researchtools/crawl-test
That should take care of it, however.
If for whatever reason that does not help some tools are free if your site has less than 500 pages you can use https://www.screamingfrog.co.uk/seo-spider/
Although to get what you want you most likely will have to spend money.
It sounds like crawl test will do what you want. If it does not still needs to be crawled.
Third-party tools like Screaming Frog SEO Spider Pro and deepcrawl.com Are instant and very helpful Additions to the fantastic tools Moz already offers.
I hope this helps,
Tom

Why does Moz only seem to be crawling a snap shot of the site I am working with?
I was wondering if anyone can help? I am working using Moz to help improve the SEO on a website I am working with, the website contains thousands of pages, yet for some reason Moz only seems to be crawling a small snap shot of the website. I know there are particular pages that I had added a couple of weeks ago - about 300 in total - and none of these were showing on the first crawl, so I did another on-demand crawl and some of these showed up then. Despite this, it says it crawled 700ish pages, but there are getting close to 20-30ish thousand live pages on the site. Any thoughts and guidance as to why they crawling may be stopping?

I’d like to set up a Moz campaign that crawls just the primary website, not subdomains
Is this something you could help with? (it either bombs or crawls everything, so I assume I’m missing something in the campaign settings, or it’s just not possible.

How to have MOZ site crawl pre-launch
Hi, Our new website is about to launch. We would love to have moz.com SITE CRAWL our site before launch. For issues like "missing meta description" and everything else that moz.com checks. We would love to do it before we launch. The new site is currently on a different domain than our live site. example.com <-- this is our live site. new-site.com <-- this is our "staging" server with the new site. We have a long running campaign for example.com Do we need to create a new campain for new-site.com ? Or is there some other simpler way? When we launch we will switch the site from new-site.com to example.com .. example.com will be the address for the new site.. Any ideas or suggestions? best practices? edit Forgot to say thank you for your help and input 🙂

Why wont rogerbot crawl my page?
How can I find out why rogerbot won't crawl an individual page I give it to crawl for page-grader? Google, bing, yahoo all crawl pages just fine, but I put in one of the internal pages fo page-grader to check for keywords and it gave me an F -- it isn't crawling the page because the keyword IS in the title and it says it isn't. How do I diagnose the problem?

How do I update the crawl issues & Notifications?
I have a list of errors, most relating to missing meta descriptions. I have added a meta description to a page, visited the site and viewed the source, and the meta description is now there. When I go to analyze issues, the report it gives back for the link contains the same missing meta description as previously. How do I get it to update and realize the issue has been fixed?

How do you "Moz Crawl" a website? Newbie...
Hi everyone; I've used Screaming Frog in the past and it's simple: you enter the URL to the box and click "start" and.. voila: as the button says, the crawling starts. I've had the Pro version of Moz for a while now and haven't really 'done' anything with it. I'd like to crawl a website and thought it would be as easy as it's always been with Screaming Frog... but, for some reason, I can't find the 'way' to do it. I find it really frustrating especially cause I feel like an idiot going around in circles thinking I'm missing something really obvious... Until I realised the only solution was to ask here! So... how in the world do you crawl a website using Moz tools? (Pro version) Thanks!
