I'm in a situation where content is getting muddled up with my client.

Explanation
1. **Website A (client) **releases a press release offline;
2. **Website B (third party news website) **uploads this release to their blog;
3. Website A then uploads this release to their blog.
Q1: Who will Google see as the original creator of this content?

Q2: If **Website A **and Website B upload the content at the same time, who will Google see as the original creator?

Any advice on these questions would be highly appreciated.

We Just Found Out One Of Our Writers Has Been Plagiarizing - Now What?

I just found out one of the writers we employ has been simply copying and pasting content from other websites into our clients' websites. She's been doing this for about six weeks. We are going to speak with our clients to apologize and let them know that the problem is being rectified, but my question is how to best address this issue from an SEO standpoint? I know that the content needs to be rewritten, but those links are now six weeks old - is it best to remove them altogether and start from scratch, or just rewrite the content under the old link? 301 redirect not working

I setup a wordpress blog about 6 months ago called Infographic Directory on this URL: http://infographicdirectory.wordpress.com and less then a week after I set it up I was #1 on Google for infographic directory and my posts were ranking reasonably well. Because the blog was quite successful and got nearly quarter of a million visitors in the first few months I decided to take it a bit more seriously and purchased a proper domain name: http://infographic-directory.com I set up a proper 301 redirect about 6 weeks ago but my rankings are still terrible - worst then ever. I am getting outranked on Google for infographic directory by my Crunchbase.com listing for the blog name: infographic directory and my blog posts are not showing up in the rankings at all. Should I just be patient or do you think I might have been hit with a penalty or something?

Issues with copying online forum reviews on own website

Apologies- I asked a similar question the other day but did not word it as clearly as possible. We are looking at having a text box of 'What customers say' on our product pages using reviews written about us online (to remain factual) and wanted to know if this created any issues relating to search engines finding matching content on two separate websites? Will this have any SEO implications as effectively we are 'plagiarising' the content in the eyes of the bots even though it is just customer opinion of our own products right? Thanks in advance.
