I have grey listings, but I have already registered, how do I fix this?

I have multiple grey listings,but i believe I have already registered for them. I want to raise my Moz score.

The Moz Site crawl has pulled this issue on our site: Error Code 901: DNS Errors Prevented Crawler from Resolving Hostname We have double checked to ensure that the site is not blocking any crawls but the error is still happening. This is preventing Moz from acknowledging the other errors that we have fixed. How do I prevent/fix this error message? Thanks!

Hello, Here is my business info: Bright Vessel 18487 SE Federal Hwy #5
Jupiter, FL 33469 561.935.6418 https://www.brightvessel.com/contact-2/ "One of your listings managed by Moz Local appears to no longer have data on either Google or Facebook. As a result we're pausing further updates. However, information distributed so far will be unaffected for the duration of your subscription." I checked both my accounts and saw the only discrepancy was the suite # was missing on Facebook. I added but I am not sure what else I need to do. Can someone help? Thanks, Judd

If I "close" a duplicate listing on Factual, Acxiom, SuperPages, Bing or Localeze, what exactly happens?

When I click "close" for a duplicate location with wrong information, does it mark that location as PERMANENTLY CLOSED on the website (factual, acxiom, etc), or does it delete it from that website? Additionally, once that location on that site is marked as permanently closed or deleted, does Moz Local then re-add the correct information to that site? Thanks!!!

Not able to validate my listings in Moz Local.

Hi Team, I have recently updated my location listings in Moz Local and I could not able to validate those listings & move it to "ready to publish" section. Also, I have all the listings that are perfect & verified in Google business but Moz Local could not retrieve my listings from Google and not allowing me to validate it. How does the "Update Listing" in the InComplete section of Moz Local work?

I know it takes you to the listing site. Do you then have to create an account and claim the listing and then update it there? Does claiming the listing lose the connection with Moz Local? I've been spending a lot of time claiming listings and wondering if that's correct or not. Thanks Dana
