Hi @elenamendez
In 2024, after the March core update. What strategy we should follow to build quality guest post backlinks?
Before this recent core update, I was only building links on free guest post sites but Now, I realized that we should avoid such type of free register guest post sites...
So, could you please advise on the following:
- How can we find guest post sites that will accept our submissions without payment? (Yes, I will provide them with original content)
- What should we include in our email pitch to these sites?
- Is it effective to outreach to these sites? (I've noticed there is a very low response rate)

Everything You Need to Know About Financial Market
What is Financial Market?
Financial market is a word that describes the market in which bonds, stocks, securities, currencies are traded. Few financial markets do safe trillions of dollars in business every day, and some are small and less active. These are the markets in which businesses increase their cash, companies reduce risks, and investors make more money.
The importance of financial markets
The financial market is the space where the buying and selling of financial assets and securities takes place. It allocates limited resources to the country's economy. He serves as an agent between investors and collectors, raising capital between them.
In the financial market, the stock market allows investors to buy and trade shares in public companies. The issuance of new shares is first offered on the primary stock market, while the securities are traded on the secondary market.
Types of financial markets
Over the Counter (OTC) - They operate a public stock exchange that is not listed on the NASDAQ, American Stock Exchange, and New York Stock Exchange. In the OTC market, companies are usually operated by small companies that can be sold cheaply and are less regulated for nifty support and resistance levels.
Bond Market - The financial market is where investors lend money against bonds as collateral for a specified period of time at a predetermined interest rate. Bonds are issued by corporations, states, municipalities and federal governments around the world.
Money Markets - They trade highly liquid and short maturities and lend securities with maturities less than a year.
Derivatives market - they trade securities whose value is determined by their underlying asset. The value of a derivative contract is governed by the market price of the underlying entity, the derivatives market securities, including futures, options, CFDs, forward contracts and swaps.
The Forex market is a financial market with RSI bullish stocks in which investors trade currencies. It is the most liquid financial market in the world.
What are Crypto Currencies?
Cryptocurrency is digital money. This means there is no coin or banknote - everything is online. You can transfer cryptocurrency to someone online without intermediaries, such as a bank. Bitcoin and Ether are well-known cryptocurrencies, but new cryptocurrencies continue to be created.
People can use cryptocurrency for fast payments and to avoid transaction fees. Some may receive cryptocurrency as an investment, hoping that its value will increase. You can buy cryptocurrency with a credit card or, in some cases, get it through a process called mining. Cryptocurrency is stored in a digital wallet online, on your computer or other hardware.
What is Bitcoin?
Bitcoin is a decentralized peer-to-peer digital currency that allows instant payments to anyone around the world using encryption keys, thereby protecting the identity of traders for trading resistance and support. In other words, Bitcoin is electronic money that uses peer-to-peer networks and removes the need for a financial institution. This means that there is no physical currency, it is not issued or controlled by any authority, unlike traditional currency, which is regulated by banks and government regulations.
Unsurprisingly, bitcoin support and resistance levels emerged in 2008 just after Occupy Wall Street accused major banks of misusing borrower money, defrauding customers, tampering with the system, and charging staggering fees. The pioneers of Bitcoin wanted to hold the seller accountable, eliminate middlemen, remove interest fees, and make transactions transparent in order to hack corruption, create organic value on the network, and lower fees. They created a decentralized system where you could control your money and know what was going on, regardless of the banks.
Bitcoin coinmarketcap has advanced far in a relatively short time. Companies around the world, from REEDS Jewelers, a major US jewelry chain, to a private hospital in Warsaw, Poland, accept its currency. Billion-dollar companies like Dell, Expedia, PayPal and Microsoft do the same. Websites promote it, publications such as Bitcoin Magazine publish its news and price shares, forums discuss cryptocurrency and trade its coins. It has an application programming interface (API), price index and exchange rate.
Problems include account hacking by thieves, high volatility and transaction delays. On the other hand, people in third world countries may find Bitcoin as their most reliable channel to transfer or receive money.

Hi there,
Just to add to the current answers, guest posting can still add value but needs to be done for reasons that aren't just about the link. There needs to be more value added so that you focus on quality over quantity.
I wrote a post on this a few months ago which goes into lots of detail which may be helpful to read.
Cheers.

Hello There,
If you are placing a sponsored post on a site now, there are many relevant websites that have been set up to accept guest posts, even with good DA and PA and traffic Google advises you to add a tag without an index or rel sponsored to the links coming out of it.
It depends.
If it's the usually low-quality guest post, then no.
If you're on websites that have been set up to accept guest posts, then no.
If you are on websites where it is easy to get a guest post then no.
If it's a genuine business website that doesn't accept guest posts and has its own clean link profile, and the content is really good and ranks on Google on quality then it still works.
Regards:

Yep the latter makes perfect sense, but so many sites are scared of offering post opportunities because of what is going on with Google, that there are not many that will do it. Those that do are unlikely to be offering do-follow links.
I would try things like Help a Reporter Out and getting in with Journalists to get good inclusion. This is more like PR than it is link building.

Hi Andy, Thank you for your reply. Here is another reply I got from another agency: ''It depends. If it's the usual low quality guest posting then no. If it's on websites that have been set up to accept guest posts then no. If it's on websites where it's easy to get a guest post on then no. If it's a genuine business website that doesn't accept guest posts, and has its own clean link profile, and the content is really good and ranks in Google on merit of the quality... Then yes'' The problem here is how to get backlinks from a genuine business website that doesn't accept guest posts?
-
Hi,
I would advise you stay away from using guest posts to build backlinks - it is a bit of an old strategy and anyone can post an article on a site and then place a link in it. I have seen less and less value from these as time has gone on - to the point I stopped offering this as a service altogether some time ago.
If you are placing a sponsored post on a site now, Google advises that you add a no index or rel=sponsored tag to the link(s) coming out from it.
There is no substitute for good old honest editorially aquired backlinks - they just take more work.
Andy

Zen and the art of link building.
If I understood correctly MozTrust measure the trust of a website, so getting a backlink from a website with a high MozTrust is generally better than getting a backlink from a website with a lower MozTrust, correct? I also saw a loose correlation between MozTrust and Majestic TrustFlow; in general if I take a list of websites and I order them by MozTrust or TrustFlow I get a somehow similar list, even if there's jumps here and there and the positions are not always the same. This reinforce my belief is better to have backlinks from website with high MozTrust (and high TrustFlow). I also understood Domain Authority is, instead, a measure of the potential ranking of a website. So, the two are measuring things which are different, MozTrust is telling you how good it is to get a link from a certain website, DA is telling you how much probable it is to rank well for that website. While hunting for backlinks and trying to figure out what is the best place to get one, I also use a third metric, the number of TOP20 positions for the website. I am doing this on a pure empirical basis, because in my little experience I saw much better results with backlinks when the the linking domain had a lot of positions in TOP20. If I got everything correctly, I would expect a correlation between all these factors. If a website has a high DA I would expect it to rank well and have a lot of TOP20 positions, also backlinks from that website should be worth something. But then... I have found a bunch of websites with a high DA, like 40/50/60, with incredibly small amount of TOP20 positions, like 5 or 10 or 50, and with a respectable MozTrust. And also I saw excellent results with backlinks from websites with 50k TOP20 position and a low DA and a low MozTrust and negligible results with backlinks from websites with a high DA/MozTrust but little or none TOP20 positions. What is your experience? As anyone an explanation of why DA/MozTrust/TrustFlow doesn't match with the count of SERP top postions? Am I getting too geeky?

Domain extensions and link building
Hi, If you were trying to rank your website for a search term in Google UK, would it be more beneficial to build links from .co.uk websites then any other? I have read on Hubspot if your targeting UK rankings then link building from .co.uk domains will have a good impact on UK rankings? Thanks

Site not responding well to Link Building
I worked on around 15 EMDs and all of them have similar template but different content. They are all two KW EMDs. Now I did KW research and changed Title tags and Did around 10- 15 links for them in and they all reacted very well to link building except one site. I did the link building for this site in 3 batches- 7 links in first 10 days, then another 7 in next 10 days and another 7 links after 7 days. Site's ranking decreased with each link building. Then I removed the low quality links recently. Now What do you guys suggest should I again do link building?? (though everytime I did link building site lost rankings as mentioned earlier) or WHAT IS THE NEXT STRATEGY AFTER REMOVING BAD LINKS? START LINKING AGAIN, WAIT FOR SOMETIME ?

Guest Posts on Sites With Irrelevant Outbound Links
Suppose you came across a website in your niche with solid domain authority that accepts guest posts. However you notice some of the guest posts are linking out to somewhat off-topic sites. If you already have an article that you think would be accepted easily and all you have to do is spend 10 minutes to craft an email pitch, would you do it? Why?

Key subject areas for link building have been defined but I am keen to apply a template to past and future link building opportunities as I build on the link building tactics I have a number of link building targets e.g. form competitor analysis, existing links from websites and looking to reach out to amend their anchor text, prospect websites Does anyone have a good insight into categorising the different link building targets by sector? Many thanks Simon
