Unsolved Why is Moz telling me to add services when there isn't a ps
-
When I click the "Add services" link, it takes me to the "Rich Data" page where there isn't a place to list your services. All of the fields in my "Rich Data" page are full and there is not anymore room to name services. What do I do?

Moz's suggestion to add services to your website, even when they don't exist, may be due to misinterpretations of your content, keyword usage, or technical errors. Ensure your website accurately reflects your offerings, seo remove misleading keywords, and check for technical issues. If the problem persists, consider reaching out to Moz's customer support for clarification and assistance.

Yes, it is legitimate to both ask and answer questions on Google My Business (GMB). GMB provides a platform for businesses and users to interact, ask questions, and provide answers to help others learn more about the business. It's a valuable tool for engaging with customers and providing relevant information. (Canada PR) (Are You Legally Entitled to Work in Canada?)

It can be confusing when Moz suggests adding services without a primary service (PS) listed. This might happen due to a discrepancy or incomplete information in your business profile. To address this, consider reviewing and updating your business details in Moz. If the issue persists, reach out to their support team for clarification and guidance on how to accurately represent your services. Ensuring an accurate online profile is crucial for potential customers to understand what your business offers.

Unsolved Listing Permanence
Do listings revert to original state after cancelling Moz Local subscription? I know Yext is a feed that needs to be in place for their listings to show, and when you cancel the subscription, the listings all revert to how they were before you started (if you are lucky). I was told that Moz Local was different by a rep of the underlying platform that Moz white labels. Is this true , or still true? Thanks

How long do Facebook and Google pages have to be published before Moz can verify them?
Hi there. I've checked the forums and have seen similar questions, but couldn't find an answer in them. I have a listing that I imported from my Google My Business account, but it comes up as unverified for both Facebook and Google. Both pages exist, but have only been published for about 3 weeks. Both sites contain the accurate business information and are the appropriate types of pages, so the best I can determine from what I've read in the other posts is that "newly" published Facebook and Google pages may not be able to be verified by Moz Local. So the question is, what is considered "newly published"? The Facebook business page is: https://www.facebook.com/JTBentonConsulting/ The Google+ page is: https://plus.google.com/b/114469171569907148968/+JTBentonConsultingAdamstown?pageId=114469171569907148968&hl=en The name registered for Google My Business is: J T Benton Consulting - Mobile Notary Public Any ideas?

Does Moz track mobile queries?
Sorry if this has been asked before (searched to no avail), and it's probably a dumb question... but if you're still reading... 🙂 I'd like to determine which pages of my site show up on MOBILE searches (i.e. user is on an iPhone). I know that Moz shows searches "from" a certain location, but my understanding (which may be wrong!) is that the SERP on a mobile device is sometimes different from a desktop search. Ultimately, I'm trying to decide whether to create a whole different layout for my home page ONLY for mobile devices, and if virtually everyone finding my site on a mobile phone would see that page first. I figured if Moz tracked "mobile SERP rankings", then I could simply see if any pages besides the home page are ranking for my targeted terms. Any thoughts or clarifications greatly appreciated! 🙂 ~ Scott
