.com version and .org version of site
-
So i just discovered that a site I now managae has a .com version - as well as the .org version that is the one everyone knows about!
I'm guessing this is not a good thing...
So the whole site eg www.abc.org/example has a mirror page www.abc.com/example....
What should I do about this? Is it really bad to have 2 versions out there?
Thanks!

I agree with Mike. I would also share another site you are familiar with has both a .org and .com and I would recommend you follow their lead: www.seomoz.com/q

If you can not 301 one website to the other then place a canonical tag on the two websites to the most applicable website you want to have ranking. It is not advisable to have 2 websites with the same content 100%.

Yes, two websites will compete with each other. Why not forward one to the other. If it is a for-profit, I'd go with the .com and Non-Profit with .org. While this per-se might not be the rule, in many people minds the association is made that .org is non-profit. Might just add some trust to your website.

How accurate is Google analytics at measuring traffic? (Free version)
Hi Guys. When we compare our actual sales to Google analytics conversions it can be way out. Sometimes as much as 50%. Is this the same for the data on traffic? And if so, does the data tend to be out by a similar amount over time? i.e) If we compare this year and last year it give us a good indicator of differences in traffic volume? (albeit not 100% accurate?) Thanks. Isaac.

Human Representation on a site
Hello Friends, thank you for helping in advance. My website http://www.FrontlineMobility.com gets a lot of traffic and with our Google Adwords campaigns we have very good click through rates(percentages from 1 percent to 4 percent). So I know that I am getting people to my site, but I can't get them to spend money. It seems like they get there ready to buy, but something turns them away at the last moment. My Partner feels like we should put more pictures of people on the site so that people feel like there is a face to our company. I am also in agreement with this, but I would also like to know if anything else is wrong with our site that perhaps maybe another set of eyes could perceive. Thank you again Moz friends. Site speed not being reported accurately?
We're constantly on the lookout for site speed, and Google's Webmaster tools are saying that we're really really slow (on the order of 5-15 seconds per page). But the site NEVER feels that slow, and lots of other tools say we're in the 3-5 second range. Further, we've implemented literally 100% of Google's suggestions, and all we have are ad units that now render using Googles Async ad loader, further reducing time to interactivity. Could Google be dinging us in search results for this? Here's an example page that they said loaded in 200+ seconds (!?!) http://hark.com/clips/kwkdqqtzsg-terran-nuclear-launch-detected Thanks!
