RE: How long for authority to transfer form an old page to a new page via a 301 redirect? (& Moz PA score update?)
Moz Page Authority is a separate metric. Sadly, we have no pipeline from Google where they tell us exactly what they think of a site. We update our metrics about every month, so it may take a couple of months to see authority changed to a new page in Moz.

RE: Rank tracker not showing proper rankings.
I took a look at your account, and the one thing I'd try is to do the www search for just the domain itself, and not the subfolder you added. I'm also going to have our help desk take a closer look at this to make sure everything is working properly and fix things if there is an issue.

RE: Rank tracker not showing proper rankings.
Hi Adam,
When you're looking at the ranking on your own computer, are you using an incognito browser where you're not logged in to the search engine and don't have any search history?
For the keyword, is it a local result? Plain search result? Image result? On occasion, that can also trip us up.

RE: Backlinks through dofollow commenting
Are you saying 10-20 comments on each blog each week? That's going to look quite unnatural.
What if the blogs decide to nofollow their comments? Would you still be happy to have your comments there? Is there a purpose to your commenting besides the hope of passing page rank?

RE: Craigslist key word spamming/flagging?
I haven't used it for those purposes, but Craigslist would also want to know about that type of spam. If you're going to complain about a TOS violation, it's best that you not also violate their TOS.
Give them as much information as possible -- search queries that show the ads from the same person, how you identify it as the same person/entity, and make sure the queries don't have any false positives.

RE: Craigslist key word spamming/flagging?
Have you tried contacting abuse@craigslist.org? That's where to report things like this.
Flagging software and services would be a violation of their TOS as well (see Use at http://www.craigslist.org/about/terms.of.use).

RE: Are backlinks the most important factor in SEO?
We have some good background information about search engines and SEO in general at http://moz.com/beginners-guide-to-seo that can help you with the bigger picture, too.

RE: Set Up of Goal Tracking with Google Analytics-$750 a Fair Price????
Are the forms going through a third-party processor on a different domain or different subdomain? Dealing with goal completion when it's not on the same domain and you don't have full access to the other domain can be a bit tricky. I had a developer grow a few more gray hairs when she set up ecommerce tracking on my site that uses an external payment processor.
