The kwd tool was broken overnight, but is in the process of being repaired right now. So sorry about this!

Try browsing through sites like Yahoo Answers, or sites devote to antique appraisals where readers can write in. You'll be able to get an idea of what words people use.

They are extreme examples, but Adobe Reader ranks for "click here" because of all of the links pointing to it with "click here" to download adobe acrobat since the beginning of (web) time. Same with Disney and Yahoo ranking for "click here to exit", as adult/liquor sites often have a click to enter if you're over 18, and click to exit if you don't want to visit that site, and they'll link to Disney or Yahoo.

In cases like this, it may be advisable to go ahead and pay a professional for an audit/evaluation of the site. This is the type of thing that takes some time to examine, especially with so many moving parts. Q&A is great for some questions, but some of the larger ones like this (especially with a foreign language and different version of Google) are better suited to someone who can spend a few hours devoted to your site and your competitors and figure out what is happening and give you some advice as to the next steps.

It should already be marked as answered, since you selected answers as a "good answer".

We just deployed a new script today that emails people after one week if their question is still "unanswered", and there may be a bug there. We'll take a look. Thanks for letting us know!

Edit: I looked at timestamps, and I think we emailed you, then you came and marked several responses a "good answer", which marked the question as answered, and removed the "mark as answered" button the emails talked about.

Moz doesn't have this, but there are a number of tools you can use for this purpose. Xenu Link Sleuth and Screaming Frog both will help you in this process.

Sadly, Google often puts in their own snippet for the meta description, and will even change the meta titles on you too, depending on your query. There's often not a whole lot you can do about it, except take comfort that it happens even to sites like apple.com.

Matt updated his post to clarify that Guest Blogging for SEO purposes / links is what he has an issue with, not the concept of guest blogging as a whole.

Trust me, it hasn't slowed down the number of guest post submissions that YouMoz is getting!

Do be aware that all links from Q&A are nofollow.

For sure, go ahead and make those regular links. You have no reason to tell Google that "I don't trust these links".

Do you trust the links? Did anyone pay you for them (monetary or trade)?

If you trust them, and it's something you'd put in an email to a family member, don't put on a nofollow. If they're links someone asked you to put there, consider putting on a nofollow.

Does that help, or just muddy the waters more?

If you redirect those pages to the landing pages, the content that was helping those pages rank would be gone. It's not a long-term strategy.

Well, the name on the category (one or two words) seems to be the only thing different on these pages. Are you sure that "Erotic Passion 1981 Hollywood Movie Watch Online" is Sci-Fi and a Hollywood Movie and a Family Movie?

You probably want to NOT index the category pages, and index only individual movie titles.

In general, this type of site often has challenges with ranking in a search engine. There's little to no original content, and the search engines aren't going to see where you're providing any value to the visitors. For a long-term strategy, you're going to need to think of how you can add value and make your site different from other sites that also list movies.

Anthony has some good advice here. Now that it's been almost a month, have the SERPs changed at all? Has this review gone down?

Solving it depends somewhat on the cause of the duplicate content. If you can give us examples of a couple of URLs, that will help.

For example, if www.example.com and example.com are listed as duplicates, then you need to make sure your site resolves to just www or non-www.

Instead, if you have a carpet cleaning service and you have 500 words about your service for each city you serve, and only the city name is changed between cities, then you'd want to rewrite your content.

The services mainly help you identify what needs to be addressed, then an actual human comes in and needs to interpret the results and make the changes. There's no magic software out there where you can click, have everything fixed, and get on the first page of Google.

I don't have the expertise to answer this question, but am wondering if it should be part of your other question at http://moz.com/community/q/cleaning-up-after-penguin-next-steps or if it is a separate question? It can be helpful to have just one conversation going about a topic instead of two. Actually, EGOL is an expert in his field, and gave some great advice. You've got a tough road ahead of you with scraping products, so I heartily endorse his thought of focusing on a relatively small number of products first, giving them a lot of attention, and seeing if that will work.

I'm searching for that anchor text with a site:sexualproblems.net, and once the site comes up (it takes a while), I'm not seeing that anchor text on the site itself, though Google did see it at one point. I wonder if their site got hacked?

No, for two different reasons.

1. You are not local to New York City.

2. Web design is not considered a local business by Google, and has not been for several years. Even if you were in New York City, you wouldn't be able to show up in local for web design.

Can you give a little more information about your business? Is this for a local business, that meets with customers at either your location or their location? If it's for web design, that's not considered by Google to be a local business. There are some ways for service businesses to be listed with the address hidden, but most things do require and address and phone number. What type of business is this for?

There isn't a way for a user to force Google to give the larger sitelinks like that, unfortunately. It's something they do at their choosing.

It's not related to links, but are any of the images that you use copyright? You don't want to go into the effort of putting the site together and getting people to know about it only to get takedown notices because images are used without permission.

The OP is actually asking how many other users have it disabled, not how to personally enable or disable it.

Multiple H2s are just fine. We do it all the time on the Moz site (just check out our blog posts).

As Wiqas mentioned, we can't give that information because Google isn't passing it along to anyone at all. We can give you what Bing and Yahoo send along, but Google is not providing that information anymore.

Tools like Xenu Link Sleuth and Screaming Frog are also good for looking at your outgoing links, checking their status codes, etc.

I did a little research, and this page https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1722022?hl=en has useful information about the Site Stats info. Following is the relevant excerpt about when you need the box. I don't have a clear answer for how to change the settings and remove it in bulk, however.

• Conversion Tracking includes the option to notify customers about cookies: During the setup process, we'll help you create a notification box for your website that lets your customers know they're being tracked. This is known as the Google Site Stats box, which appears on your conversion page -- the page customers see after they complete a conversion. This notification appears only for customers who've been referred by Google to your site. When customers click on it, Google tells them that they don't have to accept the conversion cookie if they don't want to and reminds them that none of their personal information is being recorded or used in any way. Customers will also have an opportunity to provide feedback about your website.
• Promote a clear privacy policy: If you don't use the Google Sites Stats box, we ask that you review your website's privacy policy to make sure it discloses your use of tracking technology.

You may not be able to change much content, but you can add content. Add a human element that discusses why product A may be better than product C.
