Google+ Business Page Location Problem

I run a business in the St. Louis area. Oddly, St. Louis is broken up into more than 100 municipalities. Google keeps listing my plus page by the small municipality I am in within St. Louis, which limits my ability to show up in the St. Louis local search results. However, other businesses in town are being listed under St. Louis instead of their municipality.
Any ideas on how to change this? When I go in and try to change it myself, it just stays the same.

Based on my interaction with Google map maker forum moderators, IF you run a SAB (service area business) you should do your edits ONLY in your Places claimed listing.
Can you provide more information about it?

Mmm, problems like this can be really baffling. What I believe I'd try to do in your shoes would be to attempt to edit the data via Google MapMaker (http://www.google.com/mapmaker?tab=MM). I would then go to the Google MapMaker Forum (http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/map-maker) and request than an RER (regional expert reviewer) review your edit requests in that category of the forum. If you can get an RER to respond, they sometimes have the ability to make quite speedy edits and also have direct contact with Google staff.
Can't promise this would work, but it's probably your best bet for seeking resolution. Be prepared to fully disclose all information about your listing as well as providing examples of neighboring businesses that are being given the St. Louis designation so that you are making a good case a clearly describing your issue.

I am in the process of finalizing G+ pages for our financial institution's 70 locations. So far, the only things I see in my control (set-up only) are the basics - address, phone number, website, description, categories, etc. I do have some great information for additional information (drive-through hours, products, services, etc.), but I see that there's not a place for those. So aside from ensuring accuracy, choosing the best categories provided by Google, uploading quality pics, writing an effective/optimized description, and making sure my pins are correct, any other tips for making these the best pages the best I can? Citations for service providers and different locations
My clients are mostly photographers who work from home, so service based and dont have a full address listed or fear to and many want to service bigger cities and not cities they live in, or want more than one city and state. Do on-page video transcripts dilute keyword targeting?
We're considering putting video transcripts in collapsable div tags or using jquery on our actual video page. Videos range from 3 minutes to 12 minutes. For some of the longer videos, is there a chance that having the transcript on-page will dilute the value of our targeted keywords? Or is it the opposite? We just want to make sure we're properly optimizing for SEO/search visibility and not over-optimizing for the sake of it.

Google places - We currently do not support the location
Hi My Google places listing has vanished from the local search results, and when clicking on the 'see your listing on Google' link from the Google Places dashboard I am getting the message We currently do not support the location What is causing this is it due to another listing with the same address? I have now deleted this extra listing which is now showing as suspended until I enter the pin which will remove it. But what other steps do I need to take to get the listing back on google places search results?

Google Places to Google+ Places - Strange Problem!
Hi I had a Google Places listed fully completed 100% and was ranking well in the local search results. However since it has been converted to a Google+ Local page it is not ranking like it used to and the main problem I can see is that the address is now incorrect on theGoogle+ local listing However it wont let me change the address? yet when I click on manage this page and view the listing under Google Places the address is correct? Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Google Plus for clients
Hi folks, I am coming to the realization that most of my local business clients simply do not have the time, desire or knowledge to establish a Google Plus personal profile and business page. Therefore, I have been contemplating the best approach to establishing Google Plus business pages for multiple clients. It would appear that information attached to the personal profile for the primary Google Plus account is not revealed when a business page is viewed, and a single personal profile can establish multiple business pages, would it be safe to assume this may be the correct approach? For example: I have a personal profile and a page for my SEO business. Could I simply create additional business pages for my clients under my account - even though I am not business owner? Are there any adverse ramifications to this approach (e.g. ownership transfer, local SERP issues, etc.)? Thanks!

Google Images in Normal Search
If you search for the term, "Crappie". Listed 4th is a row of images. These kinds of images always seem to grab my attention above the actual search results-- or at least they do for a moment. These images seem to be in order of google images rankings. I may try to take a swing at ranking for these images. Is there anything else I should know before I start? Optimizing Google Places
Hey everyone, Trying to improve my Google Places page for the Pet Medical Center of Las Vegas but am having trouble knowing where to start. There doesn't seem to be a whole lot that can be customized.
