How much Page Authority passes?

Hi,
I have a little question maybe you Mozers can solve me.
I have a friend has a website, highly reputated (Page Authority 73 / Domain Authority 69), actually my website its a 30/17 score. Just have 6 domains roots linking to me.
My question is, how much of that linkjuice will pass to me in numbers?

Disclaimer: I'm not a data scientist and can't speak to the mathematically specifics of how much "juice" a particular link will pass in terms of Moz Metrics (Domain Authorithy, Page Authority, MozTrust) but I can tell you the answer depends on several variables, including but not limited to:
- Specific authority metrics of the linking page
- Number of links on the page
And from Google's point of view especially, factors such as the position of the link on the page, relevance of the page/domain and anchor text are just a few considerations at play.
In fact, beyond the pure mathematically calculations, there are literally dozens of factors that determine the value of link. For a good introduction to the subject, one of my all-time favorite blog posts was written by my boss Rand:

There are so many factors that go into play when figuring out how much a certain link will benefit your SEO. I wouldn't look to quantify it if I was you. Just be happy that your friend shared some link love. Maybe you should buy him a Coke!

Very different results for 2 different pages
My site is samhillbands.com If I search “Book a band in Charlottesville” - This page is returned #1 out of 427,000 https://www.samhillbands.com/bands-by-location/Charlottesville-VA However if I search "Book a band in Atlanta" - I do have a result on page 1 out of 16,700,000 https://www.samhillbands.com/bands/retreat-band But the corresponding /bands-by-location/ page is nowhere to be found: https://www.samhillbands.com/bands-by-location/Atlanta-GA Thoughts on what I can do?

Has anyone seen a recent drop in Page Authority?
We have seen a sizeable drop in Page Authority for three of our key category pages over the last one week.The total number of linking root domains has increased for all the three pages. We have disavowed a few spammy links but we doubt that would cause a drop in page authority. The domain authority is unchanged.Is there any way we could figure out the cause of the drop? Has anyone else also noticed a drop in page authority for their pages? Are Links/Resources pages considered spam?
I'm dabbling with link building in a non link-happy industry, traffic safety (IE Traffic cones, barricades, safety vests, etc...). We currently are doing #RCS in terms of giveaways for college students as well as discounts in a wider EDU Outreach campaign as well as legitimate guest posting. I have started to use Link Prospector, and got a list of links/resources pages that we can get info from. I found some great links through here, including ways to get links from higher-profile .gov domains, but was wondering if it is worth it to go after the high(er) quality links/resources pages. By higher quality, I usually set a floor of a DA 25-30 and have a limited amount of external links per page. These would be for branded keywords (IE the company name/domain) and not exact match anchor text. I'd really like to see how other SEOs feel about this. Correlation between Page Rank of the Home Page and Internal Pages?
I have noticed that Domains with high page rank for their home page also tend to have high page rank for their Internal Pages irrespective of the Quality of the Internal Pages Is there any direct correlation between the "Page Rank of the Home Page" and "Page Rank of the Internal Pages" and, if Yes, then to what extent?
