Moz Local Problems

On the 9th I tried to get Moz Local, but it would not connect to the right g+ page. I've been told their working on it, but after a week...nothing.
Has anyone else had this problem? if so, how long did it take for them to fix it?

P.S. Mozzers, if you respond, do not mark it as "answered." I need answers from customers who can give me a timeline from their experience. As nice as you all are, I'm over the generic support responses.

Hey everyone!
Just got a note from Erin at MOZ and the Google+ issue is fixed! Kudos to the team on getting that done. I know how tedious and time consuming debugging this issue must have been, but they kept on it even after this thread went cold.

The truth is we don't have a timeline on when this will be fixed. Our engineers have been looking into this for over a week, but we don't have an ETA yet since it is something that needs to be fixed on a global level, and is not account specific. We always appreciate feedback, so I'll be sure to leave your question as "unanswered" so other members of the community can chime in. 
As Kevin said, the Health Page (http://health.moz.com/) is a great place to stay posted on current issues. While we don't currently have this issue on our Moz Health Page, we're planning to update it!

Hey Kevin,
Mine is a different issue. It's specific to Moz Local; not the regular campaign settings. Actually, I'm assuming it's a different issue, because it's a different product. But, who knows, maybe they are related.

I still have problems connecting G+ to my campaigns here. There some tips that work for some but not for me and I really don't know why.

Moz Local Duplicating Street Address
Hi, Whenever I done a lookup for a client we were hoping to get on Moz Local, the listing that appeared has a repeating street address. For Example: 123 Some Street, 123 Some Street, Some City, Some ZIP Code I have checked Google Plus / Google My Business and no such repetition is there, however, under the Incomplete section it's showing Google as the one that's incorrect, but when I click through to Google the address is correct - see attached images... I have gone through all the other listings and they are correct from what I can see through the Moz Report. Also, this is happening with more than one address that I have checked - see attached images. If anyone has any input on the matter it would be greatly appreciated. Moz Local bulk upload US only
Moz Local has launched in the UK and I am currently using it to update my citations on one of my sites. I tried to upload a CSV with the rest of my citations but it claims Moz Local is US only and does not accept my Country Codes of UK or not having a State. Has anyone else had a similar problem or knows a work around? Thanks

I'm looking for some documentation on Moz Local about the distribution network. I know Moz submits directly to:

Best of the Web However, Moz doesn't seem to provide documentation on what sites will be updated from their distribution network. I need to know how this entire distribution network compares to the Check Listing graph provided by Moz Local. For example, I know Yahoo is part of Localeze's distribution network. What sites in the Check Listing graph are not part of the entire distribution network?0 -
How does Moz Local work with business that don't have a physical location? (e.g., handyman, locksmith, etc.)
I'm wondering how Moz Local will handle a business that doesn't want to publicly display an address. A handyman, landscaper, or locksmith might want to do something like this. Is it easily handled or do you have to manually try to "work around" to hide the address on sites that let you? Thanks!
