Do I have account access after my free trial ends?
-
Hi guys,
Will I still have access to my account and the stats after my free trial ends and I decide not to purchase?
My boss is leaving town for a month and I want to be able to give him a tour, show him numbers, etc.
Aside from building new campaigns and having data updated, will I still have access to the account?
Thanks in advance,
-
Yes, asking and responding to questions is a paid feature. Unfortunately, this means you wouldn't be able to respond to old questions you have posted if you no longer have a paid subscription.
You can, however, gain access to the Q&A forum without a paid account by getting over 500 MozPoints, which you can learn more about here. You can do that by adding valuable comments to the blog posts, completing your account profile, writing a blog post that gets accepted to the YouMoz blog, and a few other things noted in that link, as well.

So asking questions is a paid service? That will not be allowed when and if i stop my account? What about the questions i have already asked or the conversations? i will have access to them and can continue them?
thanks

Asking questions in the Q&A is actually a paid Pro feature, but you will still be able to read questions and answers and read or comment on the blog with a free account. The Learn section of the site, apart from the Q&A forum, is free to browse and does not require a paid account.

hello,
So that feature here like reading the community posts and asking questions will be still free after an account is canceled?
thanks

Hi There,
Thanks for writing in with a great question!
If you cancel your account, I'm afraid you would no longer have access to the reporting features of the account. The reports and campaigns are part of the paid features of the account, and only the community features like the blog and a few tools such as Open Site Explorer and Followerwonk are accessible with a free account.
I hope this information helps! Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Cannot Access Moz Analytics
I've been trying to access Moz Analytics for over a month but have continued to see this error message: http://screencast.com/t/GMnN6l9WEI tried on all browsers and cleared my cache. The login works, because I am able to access it on other computers but not on my primary computer. This leads me to believe that Moz' servers are blocking out my computer's IP address for whatever reason.I've tried emailing the help team and calling but have not gotten any sort of response so far. Anyone have a solution?

Duplicate Content Report: Duplicate URLs being crawled with "++" at the end
Hi, In our Moz report over the past few weeks I've noticed some duplicate URLs appearing like the following: Original (valid) URL: http://www.paperstone.co.uk/cat_553-616_Office-Pins-Clips-and-Bands.aspx?filter_colour=Green Duplicate URL: http://www.paperstone.co.uk/cat_553-616_Office-Pins-Clips-and-Bands.aspx?filter_colour=Green**++** These aren't appearing in Webmaster Tools, or in a Screaming Frog crawl of our site so I'm wondering if this is a bug with the Moz crawler? I realise that it could be resolved using a canonical reference, or performing a 301 from the duplicate to the canonical URL but I'd like to find out what's causing it and whether anyone else was experiencing the same problem. Thanks, George
