It's been over a year of going back and forth with Google My Business team regarding my GMB page. It was active for 2+ years prior with over 20+ reviews. I email GMB weekly to find out the status of the page and they keep saying it is a technical glitch and they are waiting for an update. Would love to get any advice on how to resolve my business page so it appears again on the Google maps or who I can contact to resolve this issue. This is our third time creating a new G+ business page https://plus.google.com/+LocalSEOSearchToronto

1: Google hasn't disclosed much regarding the technical glitch but instead they keep advising us to wait for their response and it is being looked into.
2: I have not escalated using the GMB forum, but will be doing so after your recommendation.
3: I have not escalated this matter using Twitter however I will be doing so after your recommendation.
Thank you for all your help and I will keep you posted in terms of what the outcome is in the coming days/weeks.

All of the above appear to be stemming from Facebook rather than Google. This could have nothing to do with why your GMB listing isn't appearing if Google is saying it's a technical glitch, but it caught my eye as setting up chains of listings for employees could result in listing suspension. Google hasn't done a super job about communications surrounding this, but if you built listings like this on Google it could possibly have gotten the account flagged for spam. A few more questions:

Have you tried pleading for escalation of your issue in the GMB forum?

Have you tried Google's GMB Twitter support? Sometimes the service there is faster. https://twitter.com/GoogleMyBiz
The level of support really varies across Google's support vehicles. I'd be going for the forum and Twitter on this after a year of having no listing.
At the very least, the company should clean up those Facebook pages so that they aren't diluting the clear NAP of the company. This won't resolve the issue you're experiencing with GMB, but it's important nevertheless.

The only active one that I have is my corporate main office at 210 Simcoe Street. I had sales reps in different locations and set up a GMB for those locations when I first started the business 4 years ago. I deleted all the pages based on several discussions with the Google My Business team and currently have 1 active page.

Thank you for your quick response.
1: Google My Business - specially Google Maps
2: I currently have 1 GMB page for my corporate address. I had created 2 other ones then was advised to remove them completely and start all over using a personal Gmail account
3: disappeared over a year ago
4: I have only created new GMB pages based on the recommendation of the specialists at Google advising me when and how to do so.
5: From my knowledge there has not been any suspensions. I have followed their guidelines
Would love to hear from the community to see if there is anything I can do further to get this matter resolved or if anyone else has encountered a similar situation.

Just wanted to add that you definitely do seem to be missing from packs, knowledge panel and maps. Curious about the physical location of your business. I'm looking you up in Check Listing and see 7 possible addresses associated with your business if I toggle the hidden results:

Are you talking about a Google My Business listing, or a Google+ page? What you've linked to in your post is the latter.

What is the best practice way to attribute a Google Review?
An example might be a local directory site, where multiple businesses are featured. To flesh out the respective business profiles, Google Reviews are included. Copying/pasting would be the definition of duplicate content. I wonder though if hyperlinking to the review itself would be enough? For a random example: "you literally have never had better ice cream. cutest shop in charleston sc" - Mandee Jalbert, Google Review Google doesn't appear to have a review embed option- am I wrong? Review stars dropped off in Google from Rich Snippets (started in October '17 - Jan '18 timeframe)
Our review stars from Rich Snippets are not showing up in Google for Novus products. I believe these are structured correctly or at least there are no errors. We have tried to troubleshoot on our own and asked multiple SEO'er's and partners, but have not had success. Turning to MOZ! They were there in September/October timeframe but dropped off in October to January timeframe. example URL: https://www.google.com/search?q=hif+1+alpha+antibody&oq=hif+1+alpha+antibod (It seems to be off all products); This started in October to January time frame so was before the latest algo update.

Google My Business - Switching from Local to National Presence
Hi, Before I started with my current employer (a national B2B company), someone set them up with a Google My Business page that has resulted in the home office appearing as a local search result. As a result, our competitors have a much more professional national Knowledge Graph sidebar complete with logo, Wikipedia blurb, social links, etc. displayed while we have a local result with reviews, images, and Google Map location. Since we are a B2B business with a national presence, I am trying to transition from the local to broader company Knowledge Graph result, but I'm struggling to find information on the best steps to remove the local result. While the reviews are improving, this is a service-based business with a B2C element when it comes to end users, so historical reviews have been unkind -- to the point that I'd like to make the transition to a national presence not only to better reflect the entire region we serve, but also to remove as much review visibility as possible. The only option in Google My Business I've seen so far is to report the business as being closed, which, of course, it is not. I know a big Step 1 is to get a new Wikipedia page for the business created. (The company is legitimately deserving of one. I'm still trying to find the most effective approach to tackling this without violating Wikipedia policies. ) Outside of that step, however, is there any sort of process someone can recommend for tackling this local-to-nation Google transition? Google crawling item page reviews
Hi Moz community, I've been trying to do some on-site work and noticed that our product pages reviews may not be totally optimized. It used to be that all of the text from the reviews appeared in the actual code of the page, but now none of that text appears, so it may not be getting crawled. The change was most likely released when we had an item page redesign. However, when I Google a review snippet, it does seem to come up, so maybe Google is crawling that data despite it not being SEO optimized. Is this really an issue if the review snippets are showing up in search, there's been a lot of talk that Google is now better at crawling javascript. Thanks
