Unsolved Concerned

I'm new to MOZ and thought I'd try it out free for 30 days, knuckle down and fix any issues with my website since I only set it up in January and want to keep it in tip top condition and try to get it ranking. Well, I made my way through each page and fixed everything and then I come to in the inbound links/domains and my eyes turn into saucers and I almost fall off my chair.
I have 1 inbound link with a spam score of 78% from a site named "Nitter". How on earth do I get rid of this and what the heck is "Nitter"?!

@millieandtilly Make good use of links.
Links are a key component of your SEO, as we teach in our SEO Masterclass, and it's critical that you get them correctly. Here are three things to keep in mind when it comes to spam signals: When it comes to employing links, the keyword is 'natural.' It makes sense to connect to sources when discussing facts or utilizing statistics, for example, if you're talking about SEO (as we are here). It's also a good idea to double-check that you've linked to a high-quality, authoritative site. It's also normal that if your website just has 10,000 words, you'll only have 10-50 links. However, if you have 100,000 words, you may only have 100-500 words.

@millieandtilly Good morning! I don't know much about Nitter other than that it is a Twitter alternative. I recommend you read Tom Capper's recent tutorial on disavowing links to learn more about what to do with links you've received that you don't want: https://moz.com/blog/when-to-disavow-links

Unsolved What would you be your biggest concerning facing our community?
Yes, the entire country is changing, but even more so in our once little nook. As a Realtor, I am out in the community and I hear a number of concerns about our community and the transitions that lie ahead. Concerns about housing, schooling, infrastructure even the changing job market.

Footer backlink for/to Web Design Agency
I read some old (10+ years) information on whether footer backlinks from the websites that design agencies build are seen as spammy and potentially cause a negative effect. We have over 150 websites that we have built over the last few years, all with sitewide footer backlinks back to our homepage (designed and managed by COMPANY NAME). Semrush flags some of the links as potential spammy links. What are the current thoughts on this type of footer backlink? Are we better to have 1 dofollow backlink and the rest of the website nofollow from each domain?

Should I disavow these links?
Hi all, I have a ski website that I am currently performing a toxic backlink audit on. I have noted that a lot of the links being flagged as toxic/spammy by the tool I am using seem to be the same/similar sites with different URLs. The sites are vaguely related to skiing (relating to helicopter travel options for travelling to ski resorts) but it is concerning me that there are so many of them and they are being flagged as so toxic.

Do you think it is worth disavowing these? Or contacting the owner to ask them to remove the link? I have included an example of some of the links below. https://www.cannes-helicopters.co.uk/index.php?menuopen=21&showcontent=5
https://nice-helicopter.co.uk/index.php?menuopen=21&showcontent=5
https://monaco-helicopter.co.uk/index.php?menuopen=21&showcontent=5 Slightly different site but same favicon icon:
