Should I post my upcoming blog series on my blog or on Google+

I am in the process of writing a series of blog posts covering one subject in more detail.
Normally, I would just post my blog posts on my blog, but I have heard and read recently that posting content on Google+ is having very good results.
So should I post this series exclusively on my Google+ pages instead with a link back to my blog and site or just focus on posting on my blog as I have done before?

Ask yourself, who is your audience? Are they on G+? If so writing stuff on G+ might be a good idea, however if your audience is not there I would suggest leaving it on your blog.
In general as well, I agree with EGOL by leaving it on your own website you are leaving the opportunity for the post to be shared not just on G+, but on FB, Twitter, and now even Pinterest. Only on very special circumstances, would I suggest writing a full-length post on G+.

I would post the blog on your website but then write an eye-catching summary on G+ with a link back to each of your blog posts after you publish each one.
I would also mention them on FB and Twitter, etc. and do the same. Not only is this good for SEO, but if you have a high quality blog post, you can generate referral traffic and interest with these posts.

Post on your website, put a snippet and a link on your G+

If you want people to visit your Google+ page then post it there. If you want people visiting your website then post it on your blog.
Personally, I would be posting it on my website. Then any visitor, links, likes, tweets will contribute to my site rather than to a Google+ page that I don't control.

Having trouble removing certain photos from our Google plus?
I have a client that has images appearing on their on their Google+ profile that they don't want. They are not user uploaded images....but images being uploaded via Google maps and other sources. There is no readily available "delete" option for these particular photos. Google provided this article about dealing with these photos https://support.google.com/business/answer/6130451?hl=en&ref_topic=6130059. It turns out we have to "flag" this photos to get them removed. We can just take them off the Google+ profile. Does anybody know a work around for this? We don't want to wait weeks or months for Google to manually remove these photos.

How Have You Got More Likes On Google +?
Hi All, My company has done fairly well with regards to achieving followings on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. BUT one that we REALLY struggle to get a following on is Google +. We have about 25 Google + followers, compared to 1.2k Facebook likes and over 2k Twitter followers. We do relatively similar things on each of these. What can we do to increase our following specifically on Google +? As it stands we do pretty similar things, it would just appear that there's not much taste for us on Google +! What kind of things have you guys done to boost your followings on Google +.? All suggestions are appreciated! Thanks Sam

Opinions/advice on Blog posts please
I'm an intern at an Accounts Software Company. I'm doing SEO for them. As part of this I've recently started blogging. I'm doing this in an effort to increase traffic to the blog, and try to shift content focus away from Startup Methodology and increase focus on the product..I've had some success with it, in terms of increased Domain Authority and keyword ranking. At the same time, Keyword ranking can suddenly drop for some keywords, closely related to the ones I'm trying to rank for. The further difficulty is, that nobody wants to read about Accounting subjects. I've tried to make my posts as interesting and as valuable as possible.I'm still having trouble gauging whether I'm going about things the right way.Please take a look at some of the posts I've done. Google Play rankings?
Hi everyone, I've spent the last hour or two googling information on Google Play app rankings, and a few websites mention that standard pagerank of the app page is taken into account when calculating rankings. This seems to make sense, though I'd estimate it's probably not a large factor, with daily downloads being a much higher factor IMO. So my question is, how much of a factor does standard link-building for a Google Play app webpage have in the rankings?. We're trying to increase exposure of an app we've built (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.onedirection), and though we seem to have more downloads, reviews and +1's than others, we seem to be ranking beneath them. Is it possible to add more than 1 author for a post?

What could Google+ do for your SEO?
If your a Google+ wizard and do everything right, so optimise your profile, pick up 1000's of followers, followers engage with your posts by adding a comment or a plus, followers are even going to your website and sharing content using the Google plus button etc. What kind of effect would this have on your SEO? Would this kind of activity improve your Auth? Side question: Forget the above, what movement would you expect if one of your pages received 1000 plus's from real users, would you expect to see a jump in SERP's I know every website is different, im just looking to see what I could expect if the work was put in to achieve the above.

Google showing less index pages for facebook.com ?
site:facebook.com 7,350,000,000 results in Google ( When I login with gmail account) site:facebook.com 7,360,000,000 results in Google ( Without Login) Don't you you people think its quite big difference ? I want to know about extra 10,000,000 index pages ?

Why is FailBlog allowed to make 2,000 dollars a day posting OTHER PEOPLE's videos?
So if FailBlog makes about 2 grand a day in YouTube revenue for posting other people's videos, then why can't someone just make their own FailBlog? In other words, someone could simply download all of FailBlog's videos, and remove their logo, and publish the videos on youtube as their own. Afterall, FailBlog doesn't own the videos anyway. Neither YouTube nor FailBlog seems keen on vetting videos - to see the rightful owner. Yet they are happy to both profit from videos of ambiguous ownership. Or, even, unambigous ownership. e.g. its obvious failblog doesnt own this media http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BNQLmHKlmiE
