MOZ toolbar not recognising me as signed in
-
Since SEOMoz became MOZ, my toolbar is no longer working. Is this a known issue?
I'm definitely signed into the account (hence this email), but the toolbar still requests login.
Apologies if I'm not the only one to report it.

Wow!! Sorry to hear that. I will follow up this side and let you know if we have seen any similar issues.
On the MozBar - let me know how you get on with version 2.6.

Response was as follows:
Hi Jon
Yes, I have 2.6 installed. I’ve now uninstalled it and wil try again tomorrow.
I also had a lot of problems trying to read, open and reply to this email. Your emails seem to crash outlook in a similar vein that Paypal emails used to: https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=paypal+emails+cause+outlook+to+creash&rlz=1C1LENP_enGB485GB485&oq=paypal+emails+cause+outlook+to+creash&aqs=chrome.0.57.5928j0&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8#rlz=1C1LENP_enGB485GB485&q=paypal+emails+cause+outlook+to+crash&spell=1&sa=X&ei=xNSsUdbZLMW00QXdgYHgDg&ved=0CCsQvwUoAA&bav=on.2,or.r_qf.&bvm=bv.47244034,d.d2k&fp=62ecb0084cfd0724&biw=1600&bih=809 - but only since the change to MOZ.
This email took 25 mins and various freezes and restarts. Screen grab attached.

I'll try Jon. All the Moz forum emails are crashing my outlook every time they arrive. That was part of the response I sent!

Hi Robb,
I am sorry - I did not see your reply to my response. Maybe you could re-post in this thread? Sorry you are having trouble.

Jon
I replied to this via email and I'm wondering if you received it? I only ask as the first response was very prompt.

Hey Robb!
Have you updated to the latest version of the MozBar (version 2.60)? We updated the MozBar last week, including a change to authentication. Most browsers will automatically do this for you (typically on a restart) - but you may need to do this manually. We have published some instructions here http://moz.com/help/pro/mozbar
Let me know if this fixes the problem!

Are the metrics in Moz's SERP analysis relevant in my area?
Our site (https://loco2.com/) specialises in train journey planning at ticket booking, so we want to improve our ranking when people search Google for a specific journey they want to make (eg "London to Barcelona by train"). We have a set of about 400 Guide pages (eg London to Barcelona) which we want people to find when they search for those journeys. I've been trying to find out why some of those pages do better than others in search, and what our competitors are doing better. I was hoping that the SERP analysis and Keyword Reports tool could help me with this, so I ran analyses for a set of the keyword phrases we want to rank for, but I was surprised to find that most of the metrics in both the basic and full reports don't seem to relate to how high in the search result a page ranks. The screengrab attached shows the results for "Brussels to Paris train", which are fairly typical - many of the top-ranking pages have fairly low scores for most metrics, and the metrics don't seem to have much effect on how high they are in the search results. ( I assume N/A means the Page Authority is very low, or is it not calculated for some other reason?) I looked into this a bit further by downloading full reports for 11 keyword searches, and comparing the average scores for each metric with the rank, but I still couldn't see any effects of the metrics on the ranks. If anything, pages with higher Page Authority and Domain Authority were further down in search rankings. Does this mean that link metrics aren't very important for the kinds of pages we're looking at? This makes sense to me, because if I'm searching for tickets from London to Barcelona I want to find a very specific results page which is unlikely to have many links, but I keep reading that link metrics are one of the most important factors in SEO. Am I misunderstanding something? wJ9uUcG

How many times have you reauthorized your facebook account for Moz analytics?
I have hardly any facebook data, because Moz constantly needs me to reauthorize it. It's extremely annoying, but I wanted to make sure this is a Moz error and not a user error. Is it just me or do other people have to keep doing this as well? Thanks, Ruben

How you can manipulate your MOZ DA
I have become frustrated at MOZ in the last few months, none of my backlinks have made it into the index. Old back links. Long story short, I figured out the issue and I figured out how anyone can manipulate their DA. I wrote a blog post about it here, http://blog.dh42.com/manipulate-moz/

White Label Version of Moz Pro?
I may have missed it, but is there a white label option for Moz Pro? I have a few clients that would like to login and have a look at competition, rankings, etc. Perhaps something like WebCEO or MySEOtool?

Perplexed - Errors increasing, moz rank dropping, conflicting data from other sources. Please Help.
Hi there, I'm in a bit of a bind and could seriously do with some help. For the past month I've been working with a client to resolve errors onsite. In that period my moz rank has plummeted and my errors (dupe title & content) have increased dramatically. The correlation makes sense, the increase - not so much. Here's why, screaming frog is reporting that the majority of duplicate titles have been removed or dealt with. I've also got the assurance of the developer that the suggested changes are being implemented. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with the CMS - umbraco - and this is the first time I'm working with this particular developer, so I'm not sure how to gauge progress without using moz tools. So, here are my immediate questions: 1. Why would I get different results from Screaming Frog and Rogerbot? 2. Has anyone here been in a similar situation and could they recommend areas to watch for errors creeping in? 3. Is there a way of identifying which errors have occurred when? Narrowing it down to the week each error occurred would be good enough. 4. Is anybody aware of any inherent SEO flaws in umbraco or common SEO mistakes made using the CMS? 5. is there anything I could provide you with to help you help me? 6. Do you have a suggestion? I'm pretty stuck. Thanks in advance.

SEOMoz toolbar - Anyone else have problems with Search Profiles?
(Using Firefox 7.0.1) I just downloaded the toolbar and the Custom Search Profiles do not work--clicking on any of them adds "%" and numbers to the search query. I've created a couple of specific locations and I'd really like to get this figured out. Does this function work correctly for anyone? Am I doing something wrong?
